This company are SO full of S#@t they tried to tell me that my mortgage company couldn't find me on the system . That could be because they dont really pay much attention when you do talk to them.

Hopefully when the ppi deadline is done they will be all sacked

They call me 3 or 4 times every day and have done for weeks, yesterday I reported them the Ofcom and called them yet again to ask them to stop calling then they called again yesterday evening and again this morning! I have again reported them to Ofcom and have again called them insisting they stop calling me. Even if I did have any financial compensation due (which I don't) I would never employ a company who push their business on people so aggressively.

Just keep insisting they need to speak to me, rang about 8 times. I just say I am not here! Blicked the number now, but no doubt they will have more numbers to use.

They are a bunch of thieves and scammers. I give them one thing, they don't give up.

Extremely unhappy. Made sure they did not inform me that they charge 48% at the beginning. I have phoned and phoned regarding wanting to be updatec on any refund and had no joy. I have not received a refund and they put me onto a debt collection agency for their costs. They stated no win no fee. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Go to Allay is what i recommend they only charge 30% and much better service. I will definitely go to the ombudsman regarding this. They dont deserve 1 star !

No contact unless I ring them. Left months before updates and contradict themselves all the time. Still no outcome .

There contact us page is a dud, it is purposefully designed to error when you click send. I am an HTML web design engineer. They do this on purpose because they do not want anyone to contact them by email which allows you to have some anonymity. Instead they want your personal details over the phone which is recorded as you indicating you live at a certain address. This information is then passed to your creditors. Or held on file and shared for similar tracing purposes. be wary

I'd give Wilson & Tarqin NO Stars the fact you have to. For anyone claiming don't use these as they DON'T give all details of what they do. They caused a lot of trouble in my bank causing it to SHUT my account down. I got thretend with debt collectors even though I payed it. DO NOT USE THEM THERE A ROBBING COMPANY.

Incompetent liars wish I had never got involved with them, please don't ever use them they don't take any notice of what you're saying. They have caused me nothing but misery.

I don't know who you think you are by sending me unsolicited letters but you can shove them where the sun doesn't shine. You are obviously just thieving con artists who are desperate enough to have a last ditch attempt at PPI claiming before it all drys up. I've not even claimed PPI and IF I did, you would be the last morons on earth I'd ask to do it for me.

Should only be charging 20% plus vat not the excessive amount they are! Would give zero rating if I could. Aggressive collection manner. Rude and condescending staff. Have reported to FCA and ombudsman.

Just been sent a letter dated the 13 Feb 2018 and in this letter they want me to send them my details to check for bank charges I look through the letters to see what I have to fill in and they have also sent me the identification ie there driving licence for a man and his wife that's how far you can trust this company disgusting from this company if you ask me luckily for the man and woman who's identification I have I will destroy it and not use it terrible from Wilson Tarquin use should be ashamed.

I don't have a clue how this company got my contact details, my word of advice to anyone thinking of using them; stay well clear. They are frauds and many others express the same sentiment. Many companies out there, ready to pounce on innocent people, stay well clear of fraud!

once they have your details they will just ring and ring and ring over and over they don't listen to what you say at all, and if you do go with them they start sending threating letters for payment before you even get your money, please read the reviews and choose another company who does not have these problems, i'v e never been so frustrated with telling them i don't want that service, i may as well be on repeat i am wondering how long this will go on for!!!!!!! call after call, telling me i have good news, please GOD help me!!!!!.

oncew they had my infomation, they have not stopped harrisng me every day with calls, i have explained that i want to be removed and they say ok, next day guess what, more calls and texts!!

Never ever deal with this Company. They do nothing but hassle via phone and text. Saying they ring you every 4/5 days. This is a lie they phone nearly every day. Some of their staff are polite others just rude.
I wish i had never dealt with them in the first place. But i certainly will never ever deal with them again.

got to love these ppl ... if you think you qualify for ppi, guys you can go to the banks etc yourself and get the appropriate paperwork. The process is easy and you receive 100% what you are owned. When you use clowns like this your allowing them to take a large slice of money for simple doing nothing apart from a phone call ... data search and to fill in an app.

Call constantly & last time I said I'd take it further if they called again. They've just called & I spoke to a supposed line manager & have said if they don't remove my number I'd contact the ombudsman, ( can't get my name right either) he's promised to take my number off but I don't have any confidence they have.

Disgusting company wished I hadn't bothered, they harrass you contantly with phone calls, messages and email. I received a text message demanding I pay an outstanding invoice for monies I haven't even reviewed, then to go on and threaten me with debt recovery bailiffs. Had a letter in addressed to my dad who passed away 12 years ago. It s claiming my dad has been involved in IVA (not true) and quite honestly looks like a scam. No idea how they got his details, especially 12 years after his death. This is distressing for people and I m sick of people trying to con those that are vulnerable.

Stop cold calling me! I have no interest in claiming PPI I have never had!

Yes they got me some ppi and yes they took their 24% but then they continued to ring you about getting money from the banks that did not pay me. Told me I had to pay a cancellation fee for them to stop . Spoke to at least 10 different members of staff yet no one passed on any information to each other.
USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

Pleased that they received some money back for me when i was not expecting any, however this was in the form of a cheque so will need paying into the post office and waiting to be cleared. Although i have funds myself to pay their bill i won't until cheque cleared and i am in no hurry to get to pay the cheque in as my bank not near me. However WT are obviously in a hurry for their percentage as like others have stated keep pestering you via email or phone.

Wilson Tarquin: Don t be flattered by one star should be zero. Cold Telephone calls and unsolicited letters to home address. Don t know how they got the personal information to do this but it s causing anxiety and stress. Take a look at companies house, a public database, this company s director has had 9 appointments/companies since 2009, including card services, marketing companies, print services, and a couple of limited financial services. These are either dissolved or they resigned. The Wilson Tarquin entry says the Director is a sales manager. Enough said. The ICO need to take action.

Wont stop calling every day and leaving automated voicemails. I keep blocking the number but they find a new one to ring on instead. Beyond fed up with the harassment.

Got a call from them telling me I had recovered some PPI for me and I would get it in the post.... month later still nothing?

Terrible company - call you all the time and ask for the same information again and again, another time they rang and we told them we we re were about to attend a funeral of a close friend so could not talk to them, and they became aggressive and rude - AVOID !! This company should be reported and shut down.

Wished I had never ever heard of this company they won me some money yes but it's not my fault that royal Bank of Scotland are behind with there payments having so many to pay out.every day someone different calls me at work cos I had three small claims three different people call stressing me out big time all they want is there money rude aggressive and vile the only words I can describe other.if I was face to face with one of them as old as I am nearly 60.he would get a smack on the nose rude and arrogant.PPease do not use this company.

Tried to tell me I was due money back, not true. Guy on phone was articulate and knew the banking lingo but was flogging a dead horse, feel sorry for a clearly intelligent person having to do this as a job. Don't hate the playa, hate the game.

I unfortunately had to give them one star as there isn t an option for zero!! I m sick of getting repeated phone calls from this company and then they don t talk. I receive between 6-8 calls a day!! After an absolute horrific time with this company a few years ago, they have crawled back out from underneath the dirty rock now telling me I owed even more money, this time to do with tax refunds. A company that does not understand the simple English word no should not even be considered as someone to represent you in getting money back.

Having seemingly gotten my number somehow they continually call and text non-stop despite me telling them to take me off their records as they have the wrong number...'I am not Julie and never will be so stop calling'.

I have rung back 4 times to ask them to desist and I continue to receive calls.

Keep harrasing me with calls and when you call back they do not speak and hang up. Added to my blacklist.

If I could zero stars I would, the amount of times this company rings me is unbelievable. I don't want to make any claims, please stop harassing me and take me off your system.

26 1 Star reviews speaks for their own actions. If you would like to present a proposition for business to people royal mail is less harassing than your regime.

Please do not use these cowboys, they are rude, unprofessional and clueless about what service they provide. They have done nothing but hassle me and made me answer questions I've already answered. They've made my life a misery. Gave them one star because I had to leave a review.

Please never use this company they are heavy handed thugs Darren the manager is a threatening Bully. They use dirty tricks and threats of sending in debt collectors when you complained.

Beware and go somewhere else

Sent my deceased father a letter congratulating him that he has a lot of PPI so my mum put in for a joint claim, she sent them everything they wanted including 6 of my father's death certificates and they asked her 3 times when my dad can sign his paperwork... She told them he can't he's passed away and he said oh yes I can see that on the screen now but when can he sign it so I took the phone off her and went mad he then said yes I can understand that but when can he sign so I seen red and got angry with him and told him to forget the claim if you can't understand that dead people can not sign anything then I put the phone down on him otherwise I would of went crazy... They've took over 4 months to do a 6 to 8 week process

A close family member with early dementia amongst other illnesses was cold called and seemed agreed for Wilson Tarquin to deal with her PPI possible reclaim, no idea what she was agreeing to or without any knowledge from the family , after a hospital stay there were constant harassment calls whilst she was bed ridden for payment very rude and abrupt hanging up on her when she was unable to offer payment (as the reclaim cheque hadn't even cleared) which didn't stop even after several complaints, terrible company with low morals and no humanity. We have asked for a full transcript of all conversations now prior to any payment being offered so people can be made accountable for their actions.

Constantly calling my work phone. I have never given this company my number and never answer the phone. They call me once a day sometimes even twice a day. Ridiculous spammy company.

Got some money from them but have been waiting on a cheque for over 6 months now.
