I recently had a custom blind installed through Window Accents to cover a skylight in my master bedroom. I worked with Kim through then entire process and she was wonderful. She came out to my home, at my continence, a day or so after I called and explained that I was being woken up at 6AM every day from the skylight. She had to return once more a week later, to assure her technician thought that they'd be able to install her recommended blind due to the area around my skylight being misshaped. Once the appropriate blind for my need was confirmed, I ordered the blind and Kim kept in contact with me during the waiting period and to then schedule installation. Her install team came after work hours (6pm) to install the blind so that it was convenient for my schedule. Even though Window Accents warranties all of their work, my blind has worked perfectly ever since install (I've had it a little less than 3 weeks now), and has been my saving grace each morning when the sun rises!
