A close family member with early dementia amongst other illnesses was cold called and seemed agreed for Wilson Tarquin to deal with her PPI possible reclaim, no idea what she was agreeing to or without any knowledge from the family , after a hospital stay there were constant harassment calls whilst she was bed ridden for payment very rude and abrupt hanging up on her when she was unable to offer payment (as the reclaim cheque hadn't even cleared) which didn't stop even after several complaints, terrible company with low morals and no humanity. We have asked for a full transcript of all conversations now prior to any payment being offered so people can be made accountable for their actions.
