Sent my deceased father a letter congratulating him that he has a lot of PPI so my mum put in for a joint claim, she sent them everything they wanted including 6 of my father's death certificates and they asked her 3 times when my dad can sign his paperwork... She told them he can't he's passed away and he said oh yes I can see that on the screen now but when can he sign it so I took the phone off her and went mad he then said yes I can understand that but when can he sign so I seen red and got angry with him and told him to forget the claim if you can't understand that dead people can not sign anything then I put the phone down on him otherwise I would of went crazy... They've took over 4 months to do a 6 to 8 week process
