Extremely unhappy. Made sure they did not inform me that they charge 48% at the beginning. I have phoned and phoned regarding wanting to be updatec on any refund and had no joy. I have not received a refund and they put me onto a debt collection agency for their costs. They stated no win no fee. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Go to Allay is what i recommend they only charge 30% and much better service. I will definitely go to the ombudsman regarding this. They dont deserve 1 star !
