Had my truck in for special coverage. Had a look inside the engine compartment when I returned home. Found a bolt laying in the body cavity - dealership doesn t have any service trucks to investigate the reported problem. They wanted me to schedule another appointment to look into it. Shop manager came out to my house. Pretty disappointed.
