I was in Florida with my 2016 gmc diesel truck which I purchased new from Wills. While travelling to an airport I had issues with a DEF fluid alarm. I wasn t sure what to do. I called wills motors and spoke to the service manager Jim, he advised me to get to the dealer immediately. The truck went into shutdown mode. The truck is under warranty but the nature of the repairs were not covered according to the service Center in Florida. This cost me more than $600 US. I went into Wills once I returned home and much to my surprise Jim remembered who I was from our conversation without even introducing myself. Jim reviewed my invoice and contacted GM on my behalf and the issue was resolved. This is great service both from Jim Mcinerny and GM. It is greatly appreciated.
