Each time I need to visit a dentist at Willow Creek Dental, the staff is always willing to do what they can to accommodate me. And each time I come in everyone is always pleasant. I cannot believe how fantastic the service is at Willow Creek!! Every single person was so warm, joyful, & welcoming to me this morning! I m actually excited to go back to see them again! They are thorough with their care & so understanding of how patients feel! On Sunday I sent a message through the website to ask a question, not thinking there would be any response until Monday afternoon at least, but one minute later, Michelle responded to the message! She said she wasn t at her computer right then, but that she would respond to me by Sunday evening to schedule an appointment! Her response was so wonderful to me because she showed & expressed how much she cared about my situation! What an incredible staff! I am so grateful I get to be a patient there!

I really like Willow Creek Dental. It had been several years since I had seen the dentist. I was a little apprehensive about going, but the nice folks at Willow Creek made me feel very comfortable. They are so kind and competent! This morning I had 2 cavities filled. There was no pain at all and I feel great that I was able to get this work done. Really, I m not kidding. The people at Willow Creek Dental are wonderful. I feel like I m on the road to better dental health now.
There were a couple issues, but they cleared everything up right away, and made everything right immediately. They care so much about patient satisfaction, and will do whatever it takes to please their customers. Will continue seeing them!

I was in search for a new dental practice having had previous bad experiences. To be fair, sometimes our experiences match the stress level we take into them. However, Willow Creek Dental seems to get this and they ALL go out of their way to make you feel welcome AND comfortable. From the first greeting when you walk in the door, to the great dental hygienists (in my case Katie), to the great dentists, (in my case Dr. Trepka), Ayako a great dental assistant, to the checkout....it was all wonderful! Woo hoo! I have found my new dental practice!

Going to the dentist was something I had to work myself up for. My previous dental experiences were always very painful and I felt like I was being punished for not having the perfect set of teeth. A friend referred me to Willow Creek a couple of years ago. Now I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I'm an athlete in a contact sport. The hygienists and dentist both are eager to provide suggestions for care, ensure that I'm comfortable, and even help me stay safe and protect my teeth in sports. They remember my name and keep track of my life even though they see so many people. I appreciate the caring personal service and recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone.
I go every 6 months. I drive an hour to get here because I find their quality unrivaled.

So I left the office before they did any treatment on me. The office is very richy, snazzy feel to it ( lone tree, what shall you expect). From what I could see, everyone seemed nice. I previously asked them in email to run my benefits and see what my copay was, and I never got an answer so I figured how bad could it be. I show up for my appointment and when I get called back the lady tells me my out of pocket expense is over 200$! For what? Some Lazer treatment I didn't ask for, x-rays that I don't need (my previous dental office has them on file), and a bunch of other stuff. Yea no thanks.
I'll stick with reality and stay with my current dental office.

Dr. Blakley was amazing!! I had an emergency, and she was in Vail for a conference for the weekend. She came home on Sunday and offered to come that day. I was extremely grateful, because there was no way I could wait until Monday!! Thank you so very much for accommodating my needs!

It s amazing how much a good smile and good teeth improved my confidence! Before Invisalign my teeth were becoming crooked and I noticed myself becoming self conscious when smiling or around others. Once Willow Creek straightened my teeth my confidence is back and I actually get a lot of compliments from people which is new to me. I can t say enough about how my first interaction with WCD was. I called in an emergency situation with a bad toothache and Mallory, who I spoke with on the phone, worked hard to squeeze me in the next morning even though they were booked solid. Fantastic and friendly staff all around!!

We have been going here for 15 years and moved 45 minutes away and still continue to travel to them. The staff is always friendly and the facility is clean. No one likes going to the dentist but they make it pleasant. I have to give a special shout-out to Dr. O'Donnell and his assistant. I had to go in for a minor procedure. No one likes shots and especially in their mouth, I was nervous and he was very calming and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. He was very informative and thorough. We love this place and will continue to go here!

My favorite dental office! The warm, caring, and fun staff take pride in every patient's experience and focus not just on your teeth but your total health. They use the latest tools to make your cleaning a comfortable and convenient experience, and some fancy fluoride that allows me to drink coffee on my way out of the office!
As always, the staff greeted me with a friendly smile and remembered my name. I like that. They have always taken me back for my procedures right on time. A very big plus. My dental work has been a challenge and extensive but the dentists and their technical staff have always guided me thru the process along with addressing my concerns and have made sure that my comfort is maintained at all times.

This place is top notch! Everyone I have encounted from front desk to my hygienist have been so nice, friendly and accommodating. I even got a handwritten thank you note from my hygienist after my first appointment. I recently had to get significant work done and Mary Lou was beyond amazing sitting down with me several times to go over my options during scheduling. During my appointment, Kapka the dental assistant was the bomb. I m not a fan of the dentist and was not the easiest patient and she was beyond patient, comforting, reassuring and efficient. She answered all of my questions and really empathized with how I was feeling. She also moved quickly doing a great job so that I could get it over with. And she put headphones on me playing bob Marley which really helped! Dr. Blakely went above and beyond making sure I was completely numb and comfortable. I ve been to a lot of dentists and I m blown away by this place. Going to the dentist sucks but They re simply amazing at helping you do what you gotta do

Great practice! I've never been to a dentist's office that has been more thorough. Give two hours for your first appointment and be prepared to have pictures taken and your blood pressure checked. Staff is super friendly and the latest technology is offered. I won't be going anywhere else.

They then ensure you have a good experience where most people feel like it would anything but. Never "liked" a dentist before, but I'll be going back cause they were easy to like!

I would recommend Dr. Blakeley to anyone who will listen! I love my teeth. I came to WCD broken and defeated after 2+ years of living a nightmare. I was talked into the worst decision of my life by a lazy dentist, he recommended that at 32 I have all of my teeth pulled and get dentures. I have some pretty serious medical issues so I listened. I wasn't able to eat properly for the last 2 + years plus I hated the way they looked all 3 sets of dentures none of which work to eat with. So when I came to Dr Blakeley we talked in depth on what would need to happen for the best possible outcome. When she said she would help me I was so happy. She always made me feel like I was a priority and never the difficult case that I was. She went above and beyond through the whole 9 months. I love the way they look and I can't tell you how awesome it is to be able to eat properly and at restaurants. If she was able to deal with all of the roadblocks my case threw at her I'm sure she can do anything. You won't be disappointed if you see her. Fallow up Dr. Blakeley is still the worlds best dentist!! Like I stated before I have some a lot crazy medical issues and a few years have went by and new issues have come up and she has always went above and beyond to help me when I m sure any other Dr would
have turned me away with good reason. I can never explain how amazing she and Kapka are. And l can never repay them for everything. If you want a a lifetime dentist that truly cares look no further you have found her. I love these guys
