I cannot believe how fantastic the service is at Willow Creek!! Every single person was so warm, joyful, & welcoming to me this morning! I m actually excited to go back to see them again! They are thorough with their care & so understanding of how patients feel! On Sunday I sent a message through the website to ask a question, not thinking there would be any response until Monday afternoon at least, but one minute later, Michelle responded to the message! She said she wasn t at her computer right then, but that she would respond to me by Sunday evening to schedule an appointment! Her response was so wonderful to me because she showed & expressed how much she cared about my situation! What an incredible staff! I am so grateful I get to be a patient there!
