I have been going to Willow Creek for approximately eight years. On my last visit I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Brightside. She was patient and took the time to explain everything to me to my satisfaction. Also, Katie is a great dental hygienist, gentle and thorough also explaining everything. She even asked if I wanted a blanket, which was nice (not that I really needed one, but it was very nice).

Very happy with WCD. Their staff is outstanding & very professional. They have the best of the best equipment and their facilities are impeccable. I highly recommend them.

I am so afraid of the dentist but at Willow Creek they always make sure I am comfortable and they make sure I understand what is happening every step of the way. From the front reception, to the hygentist team to the Dentist, every one is kind and understands that every one would rather be somewhere else. Don't be fearful anymore, come to Willow Creek.

Willow Creek Dental makes a dental visit a pleasant experience. Everyone there does their utmost making the patient as comfortable as possible. I felt NO pain during or after my dental procedure.

Dr. O Donnell and Anna his assistant are incredible. I had a crown made and put on, however Dr. O Donnell didn t like the way it fit, so he refit me for another at no cost to make sure it was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. Not many dentists take the time and offer precision like him! I was so impressed by their skill set, their explanation of everything, their awesome humor and most of all genuine care for me. Willow Creek Dental has accommodating services and a friendly, professional staff. The office is modern and clean. Nothing scary about going to the dentist at WCD.

I ve gone through a long process but each step of the way has been made easier by Dr. Blakey, and her amazing staff. Especially Kapka and Mary Lou. I couldn t be happier with my treatment.

I started seeing Dr. Blakeley when I was 16 years old and no matter where she moves or my family and I move we will be lifelong patients. It was such an easy process, and Kristen was a wonderful personality with an impressive knowledge base, she was able to answer every question I had. WCD is the best Dental and Orthodontic practice I have ever been too! They care so deeply about the well being of their patients and it shows - every staff member from the doctors to the front desk is TOP notch.

Dr. Blakeley and Kapka have installed two crowns, both to replace past dental work, and replaced previously done old fillings in two more teeth. I could not be happier with the result! The remarkable thing is that each time, due to state-of-the-art technology in the hands of extremely skilled and knowledgeable dental professionals, the "fit" was perfect. The first-rate doctors at WCD have assembled a first-rate staff - every person I have had the pleasure of interacting with is as wonderful as the person before. I am very happy to have found Willow Creek Dental for all my past and future dental needs.

I was disappointed in my experience at WCD. I learned they honored my current Delta Dental insurance so transferred records to them to begin as a patient. I scheduled my regular teeth cleaning/exam as planned. On the positive side, WCD has a very professional climate, very knowledgeable employees, excellent greeting skills and demonstrated efficient processes and procedures in collecting records, setting appointments and responding to questions in their initial interactions with me as a patient.

My disappointment comes from the fact that they would not do a routine cleaning of my teeth after advising me that I had some below the gum line tarter and would need a deep periodontal cleaning.
This determination was based upon X-ray exams which were basically identical to the X-ray exams from a year earlier provided by my previous dentist. I was further advised that if they only completed a routine cleaning they would be committing insurance fraud by submitting that simpler process to the insurance company for processing.

Frankly, I was astonished by those remarks. The inference is that dental offices that only conduct a routine cleaning on patients who evidence some tarter below the gum line are committing a criminal act. The exam further purported to require that I replace two fillings, add a crown, replace a crown they deemed to be insufficient, repair a chipped filling and tooth, and possibly need a root canal/crown for a spot on the X-ray they could not determine. Additionally, they added I would need to conduct periodontal maintenance cleanings every three months rather than the two cleanings a year I had participated in for the last 29 years with my prior provider, who had always provided treatments and services as needed.

I left the office with a treatment plan estimating a total of $3,164.00 worth of dental work and was not able to accomplish my purpose for being there in the first place: my six month dental cleaning.

WCD certainly has the right to establish standards by which they wish to practice dentistry, but I found the experience to be overly aggressive with suggested or required treatments and mixed messages about whether dental services are optional or not. Truly a disappointing experience. I have made the decision not to continue with WCD as my dental provider. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Willow Creek is absolutely the best place for any of your dental needs. Having gone through a crown, Invisalign, and regular teeth cleanings I can't say enough about Dr. Trepka and Ayako, Katie, and the hygiene team.

To do the team justice at WCD, I should rate each individual visit with 5 stars. Every aspect of that office has been a wonderful experience: from the moment they greet you by name as you walk in, to the scheduling flexibility, to the schedule reminders via text and easy communication, to each and every hygienists, to the doctors themselves, to all of their smiles on your way out; they get it all right. I have been waiting for a dentistry like this for decades. It is great to know I am in such great and capable hands. I leave this review after having been seen for initial consultation, 2-3 cleanings, a root canal, and bottom wisdom teeth extraction. Plenty to get a good idea about the office as a whole. Visit them, you will begin too ENJOY going to the dentist.

I have been with Mary Blakely and her staff for 20+ years, along with my kids. Always have been well taken care of, both dental and personally. All the staff greet me by name when I walk in the door. Katie S. is the hygienist that Rocks, took care of my teeth and gums for years. The specialists that come in for other treatments have been fantastic as well. Thanks Dr. Boyesen, you rock as well!

So I'm one of those people who has fought anxiety as well as I don't get numb. So my excuse is my failing dental health was due to fear. And a few military dentist memories. I can say do to my special nature I have had the opportunity to meet or interact with almost everyone. And I would like to say there kindness, effort, skill, time management make all the problems I have getting in a chair.... Bearable ...so the have given the best gift improvment of my health. This is not a paid add I wasn't asked to leave a review. But if you are like me. Please don't waste anymore time and call them today. I'm not all the way done with treatment to get me tip top shape. But I can say I look forward to the care I get when I come in. I can look every person there in the eye and know they care for me. Did I mention they gave me a sweet electric toothbrush my fist visit. Did I mention dentist have not took lunches because of emergency visits. As well as check in calls after hours. They all know my name. When I can't bear it anymore they give me encouragement and never talk down. Hell sometimes I feel like there a life coach. Not that I asked or they offered I beleve I precive it this way due to there knowledge experience and skill..

I think this may be the nicest dental office I've ever been to, with the friendliest staff I've encountered! I came in for my routine checkup and cleaning, although I was pretty behind due to COVID. If you're worried about cleanliness, this office was tremendous. Everyone was in their proper protective gear, and they even had air purifiers in each room. My cleaning was fantastic and might have been one of the most thorough I've ever had. They have several great hygienists.

I unfortunately needed some treatment, a couple fillings. Being familiar with dentists, I typically don't like that part. They can come off like used car salesmen or pushy. Not here. I was shown photos of everything and explained why it was a concern. I was also shown the pricing with my insurance, and different options I had. I never felt pressured, just informed.

I scheduled treatment with Dr. Trepka and Annette was her assistant. Both fanatic and made the experience enjoyable. One thing that I noticed, was that Annette explained everything she was doing. She explained each step, and why she was doing it. I really appreciated that!

I have been coming to Willow Creek Dental for almost 10 years and have watched the office and the staff grow. But their growth has never changed their patient-focused care. There are several things that make this is office stand out from other dental providers: a) they always have the latest technology; b) they office massaging chairs, Netfix to watch, music to listen to, and even blankets to cover you up if you are cold; c) they treat not just your teeth, but other medical issues such as TMJ, sleep apnea, clenching/grinding and others; and finally d) you feel like the most important patient while you are there because their staff if making sure you are comfortable and educated about your teeth. Due to some bad experiences as a kid, I was never fond of the dentist, but I practically enjoy going to Dr. Blakely's office and would highly recommend it!

Dara is one of the most friendliest people I have met. She made the entire process very easy and comfortable.

I was treated here for a few years, so this is based on my overall experience and not just one visit. First of all, the office is very clean, and very snazzy looking (it s Lone Tree so this is to be expected). The front desk staff, hygienists and doctors are all friendly. However, they like to have a facade of knowing each patient personally- but there is just no way. This practice is very large and it feels fake to me when they greet me by name at the front desk before I ve even said hello (it s obvious they have my picture up on their computer screen). I ve never had personal conversations with the front office staff, and I m pretty sure I saw a different hygienist every time- there s no way they actually know my name. But whatever- I m sure some people like that. My major issue here has been billing. Not an appointment goes by that there isn t an issue that I have to correct. Their statements are vague; when (not if) they overcharge you based on your insurance plan, they ll issue a credit to the account that is very hard to keep track of (they like to apply these credits back and forth between my own account and my husband s); they add on some sort of laser treatment (I can t speak to its efficacy or whether or not it s experimental but ....) to each visit and then of course, insurance doesn t cover it, so even though I have good dental insurance, I paid $60 out of pocket for each cleaning. I m anticipating a reply to the effect of we estimate to the best of our ability what your insurance plan will pay and charge you accordingly .... well your ability is bad, and you should feel bad. I work in insurance myself, and this isn t rocket science. I ve located a new dentist elsewhere and already my first visit there was a huge improvement in all aspects.

Super impressed! Glad I did my homework and found this dental gem. I recently relocated to Denver and I have lived in a number of other cities and seen my share of dentists for cleanings and check ups but this was the best experience I have ever had by far. As a medical provider I know a thing or two about patient care and I think we can all take some notes from the friendly, thorough, streamlined experience offered at Willow Creek Dental. Katie took great care of me and I will definitely be recommending everyone I know in the area in need of dental care their way.

Went in to have crown removed and temporary crown installed. No waiting- there's never any waiting here and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and helpful.

I can t say enough about the community at Willow Creek. From the time I walk in until the time I leave, I am surrounded by people who care as much about my teeth as they do about how I am feeling.
I was asked casually during this last visit if I was having a busy day and if I was on a lunch break or had to go back afterwards. I mentioned that I had an impromptu meeting request come up just before I came in and that I wasn t done by any stretch. The first question they asked was if I needed to get out any faster than normal. When I responded yes, it would be great, the call went out to everyone involved in my appointment to see if they might look at me a little faster so I could get moving.
Most dentists, and doctors for that matter, treat you as a number. Next. Wait in line. I ll get there as soon as I finish up here . I am routinely waiting past the appointment time to see the dentist everywhere else. But here at Willow Creek I am on time and they are so respectful of my time and care.
Again, kudos to everyone involved at the practice. It truly is a team effort there.

I've been coming here for 2 years now, and I love it! They are always so nice!! I had one experience that wasn't the greatest and let them know and they took it very seriously even though it wasn't the biggest of deals. They make sure you are comfortable and go above and beyond in customer service!

Went in for an uncovery. I had never been in this establishment before because I typically work with another provider however my one experience here was exceptional. I was nervous about the uncovery never having had one before but the surgeon and assistant there were top notch. I had MINIMAL discomfort and the results seem great so far. Would definitely recommend!
