I had chipped a tooth when I was out of town. I called to see what could be done about it. I received a very quick appointment which pleased me.
The Doctor offered to fill the gap, but I just wanted the sharp surface smoothed off. She smoothed the tooth quickly and there was no charge for the procedure.

Nah, better options out there. My current dentist stopped accepting my insurance so I thought I d give Willow a try. I left thoroughly disappointed and won t be back. My teeth/gums are in fine shape for a guy in his mid-forties. I ve only had 1 cavity in my life and have cleanings/visits every six months. I spent two hours at this place. The hygienist took a whole bunch of pictures with a camera and proceeded to point all the things that are wrong with my teeth gums, bite, without taking the time to understand the history. She even went as far as suggesting I visit a doctor to explore some concerns she had. Her reasoning we want to give you the whole picture... . ..which really means they want to berate and nitpick everything about you. I choose to keep my mouth as I had already been there an hour.

The dds comes and and rambles on and on about how great it is to see me again...not taking the time to look that I m a new patient and have never seen him before. He proceeds to tell me how great my teeth are.....buuuut, berates the sealant work my previous dentist had done. Then suggests I start wearing a mouth guard at night as I may have problems in 30-35 years .

Needless to say my family and I will not return. If you are looking to be uncomfortable at an assembly line type place with people that feel it is appropriate to nitpick every part of your teeth/gums, mouth, and anything somewhat related, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a trustworthy place that is inviting, comfortable, and has a vested interest in a long term partnership, goes someplace else. There are 20 dentists in lone tree alone.

Efficient, friendly, very knowledgeable, calm environment. This office was able to replace a crown on a front tooth that was crushed after it fell off - we were leaving on vacation to Mexico in 3days. They got me in on the same day I called, fitted me w/a temporary & I was set!! Amazing!! I returned for the permanent crown when I returned from vacation.

Absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed . They have a top notch staff with great customer service ! I had to have a lot of work done , crowns , bridges , fillings and they all fit like a glove . I've had zero issues with bight or the way they fit . They made a payment plan that works for my budget . The office is sparkling and clean . They offer nitrous if you have anxiety. And even massaging chairs ! This will be my dentist office for many years to come ! If you are looking for a new dentist look no further!

Dr. Blakeley is an absolute gem. I came to Willow Creek Dental to have some very significant dental work done and it was Dr Blakeley who sat down and discussed all of the potential options, timelines and where to start. She took the time to personally go over my treatment plan and answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The treatment plan has never included additional fees or any other unwanted surprises. The billing and insurance processing has been transparent and as easy as you could ask it to be.
Each time that I have come to their office, they are on time, courteous and professional. All of the staff in the office are genuinely caring and helpful and I am so happy that I found them.
Throughout my treatment, I have been impressed with their use of cutting edge technology...and did I mention that they have a dental massage chair?

Kapka is absolutely delightful! I ve had some pretty major things done and she always puts me at ease and makes me laugh! She is also the best dental assistant I ve ever had! She is exactly what a dental patient needs! Marylou is also always willing to help anyway she can! And Dr. Blakeley is the best dentist I have ever had! She listens and always knows how to keep me calm! Her work is excellent! 5 stars for sure for each of them!

Dr O Donnell is an artist. My teeth look fabulous! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Great location and convenient parking.

Dr. Blakely is very professional. The facilities are all very state of the art and yet they are very personable. If you have any anxiety about the dentist, they work with you. My sister needs to have nitrous to get her teeth cleaned and they are all set up for that. They also do implants ( which I am in the process of getting), plus dentures ( which my mom got from here). They do their crowns in house so everything is so much quicker.

They also have an in house dental insurance program where you receive great discounts and only pay $25/ month.

All of my family are big fans of Willow creek dental and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good dentist!

Willow creek dental has changed my oral hygiene habits for the better. They are very friendly and welcoming, nit judgmental at all. I am now a regular patient with great teeth because of them.

Finally! I found someone who helped me with my migraines.
Ever since my car accidents, I've been suffering migraines every hour of the day for 2 1/2 years before I came to willow creek dental. Even the neurologist I had been seeing for 2 years, and countless medicines later, hasn't been able to help as Mark Braasch has been able to.
A family member remembered reading about jaw pains being associated with migraines so, I went to Willow Creek Dental. I was given the invisalign, expensive but totally worth it. At the time my migraines were still raging along with dizziness, jaw pain, jaw popping and locking, and losing my hearing in the left ear. Within the second/third week I took myself off my medicines and haven't used them since. My migraines went from head pain every hour of every day to a couple days a month. All other issues disappeared within the first month, and haven't had an issue since.
I've been on the invisalign for 3-4 months now and am seeing great improvement. I strongly recommend this to anyone who is going through what I've been through.

Try the invisalign, it's worth it!

From day one I was greeted with friendly professionalism - without exception. Each person was skilled and careful at their respective job and made sure I lacked for nothing in being at ease. They all did a superb job in replacing a leaking crown - and no pain!

After many years of attempting to manage a dental problem, I decided to explore options to resolve long term. New to the area, I decided to put my trust in Willow Creek. My treatment is still in progress but so far, it has gone very well. I look forward to putting this problem behind me and believe in the end, I'll have willow creek dental to thank for that.

I have been going to this dentist office since around the beginning of the year and it has been a really good experience. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. Today they were able to get me in last minute do to an emergency and I just want the office and the technician who helped me to know just how much I appreciate it. I have never recommend s dentist to anyone before but I would gladly send my friends or family to this place.

Dr. O'Donnell is awesome and the staff very nice. They seem to all go out of their way to make the visit efficient and effective yet always stay very nice, kind and go out of their way to make the experience a very positive one. I can't recommend Dr. O'Donnell enough! He's very conscious of pain contol and has an excellent "chair-side" manner! He's prepared a VERY thorough plan to repair some structural issues then do some cosmetics so I'll finally have the smile I've wanted for years. He's given me several options to reduce the cost, something I've never heard of! Thank you all for caring for my teeth!

I walked in, alone, scared out of my mind. Yes I am an adult, and yes I get teased for my fear of dentists, but every single person in your office was not only very understanding, but so sweet and compassionate about my fears. You went out of your way to make me comfortable and relax. That on top of getting me in on such short notice. A permanent filling is almost unheard of for same day appointments from what I have heard! Thank you for everything, but most of all for knowing that fears of the dentist are real.

Totally agree with those saying that if you ever God forbid cancel an appointment the front office ladies will not only give you attitude and be completely unprofessional but are completely unwilling to schedule your appointment again. I had to miss an appointment due to being sick with morning sickness and when I tried to reschedule the front office lady Melissa had complete attitude with me and even had the attitude that she was going to ignore my request to reschedule and ask for me to schedule my husband instead. My husband went here to get his wisdom teeth removed and had his gums bleed for months afterwards and was not properly informed by the doctor that his wisdom tooth had caused damage to the tooth it was pushing against. This caused complications and a side cavity where the tooth had been worn from the wisdom tooth and had to be filled by our current dentist after the damage could've been greatly reduced had they properly informed us of the damage to the neighboring tooth at the time they extracted the wisdom tooth. To make matters worse after all of this drama, Melissa caused drama in my family when I had told her that I didn't appreciate the way I was being treated or her completely bitchy tone with me and she decided to go to my husbands aunt to say that I was rude for sticking up for myself for having missed an appointment due to being pregnant with our first child. I am proud to say that my husband and I have found another dentist and we completely regret having wasted any time here. I do not recommend this place unless you are wealthy and willing to be nice to the front office ladies who are all about attitude and drama and God forbid you have any family that does business with them as they will be more than happy to bring them into the arguments as well. Just saying glad I have decided to NEVER do business here again.

Seriously, the best dentist and ever, I have been going to them for the past several years now and can t say enough about how wonderful they are. Everyone on staff is super friendly and nice. you cannot go wrong with any of the doctors at WIllow Creek. I have been seen by all three doctors and don t have a single complaint about any of them or anyone on staff for that matter! Historically I have had horrible experiences with dentists but that has all changed since I started going to willow creek dental! Never have I ever felt like I was being judged for the condition of my teeth. I m always early for my appointments and have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen. The staff genuinely care about you and your experience! For example I referred my friend who has severe anxiety to them. And when he went in, he told them he bit his last dentist and refused to have any metal tools in his mouth. They were respectful, empathized with him and validated his past experiences. And he now no longer has issues going to the dentist! I have been recommending them to everyone!

I m not one for reviews, but I always appreciate those who do. I ve been going to willow creek for almost two years and they re fantastic. Super friendly staff, clean place, nice location, very patient and thorough. Sitting in the dentist chair is never fun but they re great at calming my nerves. Totally recommend. I have no plans on changing dentists!

Willow Creek Dental is very modern and has all the new state of the art equipments. The waiting area in their new office is alot bigger so you now have more privacy as you wait. You dont feel like your in a dental office anymore. It is very customer centric and makes you comfortable during your whole visit. You can watch TV while getting your teeth worked on which makes the visit time go by fast. The staff is very kid friendly. My 3 children loves to go to the dentist now. Dr. Braasch and his assistance uses the latest technique and dental procedures. They are very informative with any issues and willing to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this dentistry to anybody looking for a new dentist in Denver.

My visits at Willow Creek Dental are great! Prompt service,hygienists are very thorough and informative. I always feel like the dentists there are honest and do what they need to do to keep my teeth healthy. They go above and beyond and have gone out of their way many times to help me .I have been with Willow Creek Dental for several years since I moved to Colorado. From the time I walk through the door until the time I am finished I feel comfortable through the whole process. All of the staff members there do a superb job. I have moved away from the area near Willow Creek Dental but I drive 45 minutes to my appointments because they are worth it!

I have been going to willow creek dental for a couple of years now for multiple treatments of my teeth and have had 10+ visits so far. Every single experience I had there was great. All staff were so nice and wonderful and both Dr. Trepka and Dr. O'Donnell were great and really took good care of me. I was especially super impressed a couple of weeks ago by Dr. O'Donnell's skill on numbing injection as he was so gentle that it didn't hurt at all! That was simply amazing. Sorry that I can't remember all the names but every single staff I have interacted with there was wonderful and always did their best to make me feel comfortable every time and I really appreciate all the efforts!

Best dental office I ve been to in the Denver metroplex! They are WONDERFUL with my kids - easing them into their first cleanings and making it a fun experience! I used to have high anxiety with dental appointments and they have helped ease my fears! Their approach is gentle, kind and professional. Wow! What a great place! They treat you so wonderful and are always asking if you are comfortable and explain in detail what they are doing and why. Never make you feel rushed or nerves ( the dentist can make people uneasy)... they make sure you are getting the best care and make sure everything is perfect!

People alright. Dental chair is like sitting in a bowl. No lumbar, at all. Bridge put in 3 years ago came lose on one side.

BEST dentist office experience I have ever had! I hadn t been in for a cleaning in 7 years and was feeling embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. They made all those concerns go away. The entire new patient process was easy and well explained. I felt comfortable through the whole experience. Kristin was AWESOME. Every person I interacted with in this office was friendly and they are truly interested in getting to know you as a patient AND as a person. I can't begin to describe how amazing Willow Creek Dental is. I HATE dental care and dread going, but this is the first dentist I've ever been to who shows compassion, listens, and provides amazing care with their services. They text for appointment reminders without being annoying, they keep a record of your needs and concerns and make sure they're making you comfortable before providing care, and they make payment and working with insurance easy. And if you really have anxiety, you can get gas which helps incredibly! They even have televisions above the chair so you can ask to watch Netflix or something if you want while they work. Amazing doctors and staff all around, they've made new customers of my family and I for life!

I've never been so happy with a dentist. I called Thursday about my tooth and they were able to get me in that day. They knew exactly what was wrong and had me out of there in an hour.
