Friendly and professional staff; very clean rooms with big windows for natural light (and views!); This was my first visit -- needing a second opinion regarding a crown. Dr. Brightside and her Treatment Coordinator, BJ, got me in right away for an appointment. X-rays and pictures were taken, uploaded and reviewed with me right away. I felt more comfortable with Dr. Brightside's analysis of my teeth than my prior dentist.
I have had some extensive work done over the last year and have nothing but good things to say about WCD. It is a very nice office, so I feared hidden charges, but have been pleasantly surprised with how upfront they are with costs and helping me know what to expect. I have never been surprised by anything and am so happy with everything I've had done. Melissa W, Kapka, dr Noori and Dr Blakey have been wonderful (just to name a few of the great staff) and I recommend this office to everyone!

The actual cleaning was quick and hygienist was friendly and great with my daughter. However, we waited longer for the dentist to come than the whole appointment took (same issue the last time too). Dentist that saw my daughter was very friendly though.

I'm a bit of a sissy when it comes to dental work but Willow Creek makes sure that your are comfortable and pain free. Annette is a great person to have by your side when you are having work done. She is sweet, kind and understanding and also a hugger!! Thanks for that!! My new crown fit perfect the first time!! Also, Annette, thanks for the envelope to mail out my old gold crown. Got $39.65 back!! Never had that happen before. Since you have to go to the dentist anyway, go to Willow Creek Dental.
My wife and kids have been going to WCD for a few years now. I get a little freaked out at the dentist So needless to say I don't go very often. I got an infection in my gum and woke up in severe pain. My lovely wife forced me to call WCD as soon as they were open. Emily answered the phone and told me that they did not have any appointments available, she could tell by my reaction I was in extreme pain so she squeezed me in.. Not many people would have empathy, especially during a busy work day to fit somebody in and Emily went out of her way to make sure I got the care I needed. Kaylee was my dental hygenist and she was amazing, very sympathetic and gentle. She was great at explaining what she was doing before she did it. DR. O'Donnell Was very efficient in diagnosing my infection and had a appointment arranged to get a root canal. They have a full range of dental services under one roof. The hygenists are incredibly thorough and really 'own' the exam process---and will communicate to you along the way. They are very on top of peripheral patient issues, such as cardiovascular health and sleep apnea.

After 4 months can't seem to get an appointment made for a cleaning. Made the mistake of cancelling an appointment made 3 months ahead of time for having the flu, now can't seem to get a call back or an appointment made.

I've been to Willow Creek Dental several times now and have really enjoyed the experience. The employees there are very nice and well skilled to get things done fast and efficiently. I can honestly say I've never had a complaint that wasn't addressed.
I just had my first visit at WCD. I am very impressed. The hygienist I saw, Marcie, did the most thorough evaluation I have ever had. She did a great job explaining everything and was very gentle. Dr. Trepke was professional and very efficient. If you are looking for a new dentist, give them a look!
I should say that, having lived in many states and multiple countries since 2009, I have been to quite a few dentists running the whole gambit from great to terrifying. I only say this in response to a very few poor reviews of Willow Creek Dental that I have seen.
And my response is, is this the first dentist you've ever been to?
Are you under the mistaken assumption that all dentists look and feel like 5-star spas? Because Willow Creek is the only one I've ever seen. Do you think every dentist has a brand new, pristine office with the latest dental amenities? I assure you, Willow Creek is a rare exception. Do you assume that every dental office has professional and courteous staff that treats you like family even while they're elbow deep in your crusty maw? I'm here to tell you that outside of Willow Creek Dental you're more likely to be treated like an auto part on an assembly line.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that, having been to about six different dentists in total, Willow Creek is by far the best. Thanks!

I am new to the area and I had a filling fall out. My tooth was getting very bad. I called Willow Creek Dental and was amazed that they were able to get me in so quickly. Dr. Blakeley was terrific. It was probably the least painful treatment I've had. Kapka was wonderful, she kept the mood light and was fun to talk to. I had my teeth cleaned afterward and Sarah did a terrific job. Often my gums are sore after a cleaning, but not this time. I highly recommend their office. They're terrific!!

Follow-up review of a recent appointment...Thank you Willow Creek Dental for a great experience! I took my 7 and 9 year old daughters in to WCD on a recent day off from school and the visit exceeded expectations. In the past, my kids were not the least excited to visit the dentist and I have nightmares about a visit where I had to help put flouride on one of their teeth. Thankfully, since visiting WCD that type of visit is in the past. Arrived and had no wait before the first daughter was seen by Kristen who met us in the lobby with a very friendly and calming demeanor. Meanwhile, the other one was focused on the fish and watching TV in the lobby rather than worrying about her appointment. The visits were quick, easy, no tears, and a prize at the end made the experience complete. Kristen even took the time to educate the girls on how they can improve their brushing and flossing -hopefully she will have more influence than I..

I had what I consider my dental nightmare scenario occur a few weeks ago and broke my two front teeth. I called Dr. Mary immediately and she made sure I was okay and not in pain. The next morning, Dr. Mary and her staff were so attentive, assuring, and extended care and compassion beyond expectation. They walked me through the procedure, explained options and offered guidance that reduced my anxiety level to where I was finally able to relax. Watching a show during the procedure increased my comfort level and the procedure was over before I expected. After avoiding going to the dentist for years, I finally bit the bullet and decided to get a checkup. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience at Willow Creek Dentist. The office was extremely modern and clean. I was immediately greeted with a smile (pun intended), and after speaking with Kristen about my concerns I no longer felt anxious. Kristen was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and honest with the information/advice she gave me. I was extremely satisfied with their services and I will be returning for all of my future dental needs.

A new patient, I called for an appointment for a painful tooth, was connected to patient coordinator Stephanie who walked me through the new patient process and set up the appointment. A smiling reception staff greeted me, took information, introduced me to Stephanie and the dental assistant. Everyone had a moment to greet me, answer questions or exchange a little bit of information. It was easy, pleasant and friendly. After a second appointment I know it's not a fluke: this is the best dentist office I've been to. Feels like a luxury spa in the waiting room, all the staff from hygienists, to service/support to the doctors are incredibly friendly and supportive.

The entire staff at Willow Creek is fantastic!! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable as well as compassionate. Dr Blakeley has surrounded herself with highly qualified staff. They even save several spots a day for emergencies.......as I found out recently. I called hoping to get in in a few days when suffering severe pain from an abscess...they told me to come in now......they even had the endodontist they use (Dr Parry) see me that day to do root canal. I cant say enough good things about this office...from the receptionist to the dentist and all the people in between make it as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be!

It's uncommon to think that you have the best dentist in the world, but I unquestionably do. The staff at Willow Creek go above and beyond in every way to treat me like family. All of the staff remembers all my little details, from greeting me warmly when I arrive, asking about family, down to remembering my favorite color and flavor of fluoride rinse. All of the hygienists and technicians and doctors are incredibly courteous and respectful. The facility itself is always up to date with the latest in technology and healthcare, and I always feel comfortable getting any procedure done. All the staff are experts at their jobs and their passion and competency is evident in everything they do. I chose Willow Creek initially because of the proximity to where I lived at the time, but now that I've moved away I still make the commute to come back because I have the best dentist in the world. WCD is the BEST!!!! They seriously treat you like family. They've gone out of their way to get me same day appointments- and that means a lot because they book up SO fast. They also don't push you into doing anything just to make an extra buck (unnecessary X-rays, treatments, etc). They really go above and beyond for their clients. Can't believe it took me 25 years to find a dentist I love but I'm WCD for life!!!
