I initially called kia wanting to pay off and purchase my leased Sportage. After discussing some major life changes and the need for a larger vehicle, we decided that a lease no longer served me and that a newer and bigger vehicle would better suit my family. Austin and Ryan were polite, patient, friendly and quickly got me into my new Kia Sorento. They worked with me in terms of finances and were fair. Not only did they assist me in purchasing my first brand new car, and with my lease end, they also did so long distance. I'm very grateful. Each experience I've had at William's Kia, including my first when getting my Kia Sportage Lease through Dillon has been great. I have been impressed with my Kia vehicles and I've been continuously impressed with their amazing customer service and sales associates. Thank you so much, again!
