Their top seller, Philippe D, (that is how he introduced himself) unfortunately only sells many small talks ...
Responding to emails and delivering a complete quotation appears to be too difficult. It is a shame that such people can damage the good name of a company.

For me, building equals trust. My experience at Willems Veranda's is different. X.P. in particular has said and promised a lot and that turned out to be incorrect later on.
In the end I was able to buy off my contract at 2500 or start a lawsuit to terminate the contract.
Even the intervention of the big boss, L. W., only intensified the bad feeling I already had.

In short: Think carefully before signing here. Apparently a word is not always a word.

Upon final signing, the representative (who was only once on time for the 3 appointments we had with him, the other times we had to wait for him for almost 45 minutes each time) supposedly called us to grant us a discount that a previous customer would have received, but because that Zen request was not going through to the next customer that we were. He went with his stuff to a separate room to call, but barely 1 minute later he was back. Boss knew what it was about what I would find strange but come on 1 minute you did not say what it is about. From then on it has been more misery than anything else. The representative verbally told you that if it is not approved, you can simply cancel the payment of the 1st invoice. The application was therefore refused by the municipality because there was too little glass in it and we either had to put in more glass or work with an architect, which would cost us 1000 more. Because that architect simply put his signature and the problem was solved. After asking an architect I knew, she couldn't just look at the plans and only then could give her approval. Then I opted for more glass. Price went down a bit, but when I contacted the representative the answer was yes, but you do not have to contact me anymore. Now it is that person. During the entire process, think that I spoke to almost 10 people. From the final measurement I only had a good feeling about Willem's everything before it was a lot of air.

In terms of communication, it is also worth a big 0, for measurements agreements made that they would come by. 3 times agreed 3 times no one seen. My holidays went smoothly, in terms of finish they had made promises that I eventually made myself because they claimed at high and low that it had not been agreed. Because I didn't pay for the last disc for that, I was threatened that they would continue with it legally. Long story short, not satisfied !!!

A company that is far too procedural and not customer-oriented, we feel that they have a monopoly. They are clearing themselves of a lot of things behind their endless clauses in the contract.
When our veranda was delivered, the glass of the dome was broken in and we end up with a plexiglass as a backup solution, it's been 1 month ... In addition, we are in the middle of a heat wave ... not really received an excuse for that, a minimum it seems to me ...
So I cannot yet judge the insulation that the salesperson sold us. I will update this comment within a few weeks.

I allow myself to inform certain people who are eager to call willlems.donc following all the problems I had with them, I was again contacted by their service, following the negative opinion that I have put, and this in order to withdraw my opinion, I have the right to several phone calls, but no question of removing them. I have again problems with the ventilation valves, I noticed there are several months, let it pass the wind despite it being in a closed position, I have as Willems' response, "It's normal" I paid in order to have airtight chassis, and result in the chassis the ventilation grilles let the wind pass, but this is normal according to them, a procedure will be started so that it faces the necessary if within 15 days I have not had a reaction on their part, for my part, this fact I say that the quality is mediocre, I die my fingers to have signed with them.

1. 21.04.2017: We had to make an appointment in the showroom in St.-Martens-Latem. So we had no reference points there where the veranda wanted to be exactly in our garden. We were also overwhelmed by all kinds of discounts and it was suggested to us that it was easy to get permission for the veranda in the municipality of De Pinte. The seller assured us several times that the veranda would not be outside the construction zone. That was our great condition. The evasive answer was: We don't do small verandas.
2. 15.05.2017: Head of file management Willems Verandas asks the construction service of De Pinte whether a notification file is sufficient.
3. 16.05.2017: Mail from the head of file management, Willems Verandas, who again predicts that things will be all right: The person in charge of the De Pinte service estimates the feasibility favorably.
4. 14.06.2017:: when inquiring with the municipality, the procedure proves to be very difficult for us (allotment deviation: large allotment, + 200 homes).
That is why I will call Willems Verandas on 14 June to ask that the design be changed: a small change within the construction zone. This was refused, we have to submit the application as prepared by Willems Verandas.

07.09.2017: Willens Verandas threatening telephone claiming that the application can simply be submitted online. I send an email to Willems Verandas with our agreement to submit the application online. If it is so easy!
10. 18.10.217: registered letter from Willems Veranda asking to pay 5,250 as compensation.

I still turn on Test Purchase, to no avail.

When assembling the verand, the seal (epdm) was not placed correctly.
Result, after several unanswered emails, an after-sales service team comes and sticks a horizontal silicone seal on the terrace tiling!
We directly report our dissatisfaction and again, after several unanswered emails, we are told that we must change the thresholds but that we will have to wait 2 months ...
Two months later, the thresholds are changed in order to replace the seal correctly.
Only for this, they break the concrete to place the joint vertically and several tiles are broken. The thresholds are now 2 cm higher than the level of the tiles and we do not know how to remove the traces of glue.
Simply atrocious result!
Again, emails are sent and go unanswered.
We then decide to notify Test-Achat and, as if by a miracle, the operations manager contacts us directly.
He will come on site to take stock of the situation, apologize and tell us that the company will take its responsibilities. He asks us to send him an estimate for repairing the terrace, which we do as soon as possible.
And there, surprise. We are offered compensation that is not even half the amount needed for repairs.
We report it by email and we suggest to the company to find a freelance who would do the work for the amount of this compensation. We receive an email, 4 days later, to tell us that it is that or nothing and that if it does not suit us, we can go to court, that the procedure will be long and rarely successful ...

We were hoping to work with a serious company and we find ourselves facing a company with dishonest methods !!!

After leaving this negative evaluation, I received threats from legal proceedings if this assessment was not withdrawn. I do not give in to these intimidations.

Be careful, so many other reviewers may have been scared.

The overall rating probably overstates the real customer reviews.

For my part, I was dissatisfied with the work and especially the communication with the seller once the contract signed.

With these threats, I realize the true nature of Willems, very different from the one displayed in their ads. It's the magic of marketing.
