Great local venue, run by really good people. Ample parking, and very safe parking lot. Plenty of nice hotels and restaurants very close, some within walking distance. Inside is spacious, seats are comfortable enough (much better than some similar venues). Nice wide concourse, plenty of vendors with good options, including craft beers. Events are always a good time!

Nice venue great show. Can't have a bottle of water when at a concert. They give it to you in cups. Prices for parking are good 10$. Food a rip off. 4 dollars for a pretzel and a water is 4. Let's get with the times people. Clear bags only. You have to be prepared

Parking lot attendants/security guard at Reserved parking sign was very rude. Simply asked where handicap parking was located and all I got was attitude and a smart comment. Not a great first impression of the facility. Everything else was good.

there. My Grandson there go see the truck pulls the tickets to get in there were OK for r he most part, but however trying to buy anything there was ridiculous the prices were so high that it was a dispointment to my grandson. But he was so excited to be able to actually get to see his favorite monster truck Grave digger everything else mattered to him. He still talks about that night.

As a Hershey Bears fan I was concerned about how I would be treated. While most Penguin fans ignored me several congratulated me on the Bears win and talked fondly of the town of Hershey. However the concourses are far to narrow and cramped. While walking concourses are usually something I enjoy here it was torture.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!??? KEVIN HART and MOHEGAN SUN SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. This is what is wrong with this country. Kicked out because my friend was shutting off her phone because they told us no cell phones. She turned it back on to tell her husband we can not communicate. You people are crooks. And the way you treated people getting kicked out. YOU WILL HAVE RIOTS AT YOUR SHOW. You and all of your security people are an absolute disgrace to this country. And you WONDER WHY PEOPLE ARE ANGRY AT SECURITY//COPS. YOU ARE ONLY HURTING YOURSELF. FU

Visited with the family for a hockey game. Plenty of parking, was free for general public. You could have paid extra for closer spaces. Most staff was helpful, did run into an usher who was having a bad night.

I visit the arena for Penguins Hockey and autocross in the parking lot - not your typical visitor, let's assume. The arena is always clean, neat and tidy on the outside. My experience indoors for hockey is largely the same, clean, neat, well lit. Ushers and staff are friendly and helpful.

Saw Marvel age of heros there with my husband and 3 year old son. It was a great show. Things are pricey there though. The fries with the seasoning and white cheese sauce are delicious. The floor in my row was sticky walking on it.

The comfort of the seats is terrible. They are too small and too close together. They are hard and not positioned well for comfort. It may be an okay venue for something like a hockey game certainly not for a three-hour concert.

Called ahead because I have a 3 month old and needed to bring bottles and dipers. I asked specifically when I called before the show about a CLEAR bookbag to which I was told it would be fine. I was also told I could park and enter More

Arena was very nice, the seats are a bit close and their are no cup holders. There was plenty of food vendors on the concourse level. The suites are very nice and have a wonderful view of outside, in the lobby section. Parking lot was nice plenty of parking spaces.

A wholesome family entering ticket. Overall a good value for all events, although lacks organized energy in crowd participation. In general a clean Arena. Front gate security is a bit overbearing for being in a lesser known small town. You might get the impression that the military is standing over TSA just to get in.

Went to see Trans Siberian orchestra, supposed to open 1 hr in advance, we showed up 30 minutes ahead and the lines were 500 yrs long, only had 2 bag check points huge bottlenecks. Kept ticket holders from getting into the concert on time. 10 minutes prior to Showtime they opened a line for concert goers without bags to check. TSO delayed the start by 15 minutes and one fourth of the venue still was not able to get in on time. 1 would think that when the venue is sold out, management would be intelligent enough to know to have more than 2 lines open leading into an arena. Apparently intelligence is not required to operate this arena.

Great hockey games there, lots of different food options there, the team is Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. They also have lots of events that happen there like Monster Trucks and Disney On Ice. Great for kids from 3 and up. I Would recommend this Arena for your hockey team.

Mohegan Sun Arena can hold 10,000 plus adults comfortably. We have had wonderful venues and excellent performances since it was built. The acoustics are 100% better than they were when the arena was built.
The fee to park is outrageous. You pay to see whatever is showing and then $10.00 to park. Hmmm. Where is that money going???

Nice set up. I had a great time at the concert. I just wish it was a bit more organized and more people attended. The staff were excellent at helping with disability scooter. Thanks guys! The chairs could definitely be more comfortable!

Went to see Jake Owen and upon showing up, without any email or other form of warning, the arena decided to change my front row upper section seat to a very back row lower section seat. The view was awful. After going and complaining, they decided to change me to a handicap seat which was still not at all what I wanted. So rude and unorganized. After the event I have contacted the arena twice to try and understand why they would do that and get an apology but both my emails were ignored for over a month now. Don t go see anything here. I m the biggest penguins fan and just because they are so awful I don t think I ll go back again. Takes an hour to even enter the arena and 2 more to leave the parking lot.
