My first time to the Arena.

My first time to the Arena.

Traffic to the event was horrific. There should have been some variable message signs to direct Traffic to the proper lanes.

Once in the parking lot there was again was confusion to where to go. I had to ask a security person as to why was I stopped in this particular lane for 10 minutes when there was other lanes open and moving. He replied I didn t have to be in that lane and to move into the other lane if I wanted.
In addition, parking was $10. I would have parked in the mall across the street and walked.

Once parked I was walking towards the arena and the lines were all over the place. I had to survey which line was legitimate and luckily I chose a good one.

Inside wasn t too bad. There were multiple entrances to enter but the hallways were not too wide for the amount of people.
I was on the main floor and I was only able to locate one emergency exit. Definitely not good enough for the amount of people attending.

There were plenty of security and attendants to help you find your seat.
Seating was very tight. You had to keep your arms crossed in order not to infringe on your neighbor

After the event exiting was slow. There could have been attendants helping direct people to exits. It took over 20 minutes just to get off the main floor.

This is an interesting little venue. We came for Monster Jam. One nice aspect of the small size is that I don't think there's a bad seat in the place. We were really impressed with the organization of the parking attendants on our way in. Made things very simple.

This was an awesome place. Especially to see a show like Jeff Dunham. Live music might produce an echo effect here like many other arenas do but I can't say for sure as I've never attended one here.

The place is great but the parking was terrible, no attendent parking you had to find your own spot and then try and hurry to get it before the show was late getting in, missed the opening of the show but the show was great

Accessibility is great here. My seat was very comfortable and had nothing blocking my view. I would have liked the workers to look a little happier about being there especially since we went up to see Disney on Ice.

We saw the Trans-Siberian Orchestra here. It's a great venue with a lot of food and drink options. My only complaint is that he hallways are narrow where the vendors are so walking thru with food & drinks can be tricky. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of. Btw... The arena is a few miles away from the casino.

Very fun place to see a hockey game. Staff is great at helping you find your seat. Seats are a little tight but what do you expect at a hockey arena haha. Reasonably priced tickets, recommend going to see a game here! Let s Go PENS!

Love my seats for the hockey games but it appears that my seating area is not cared for on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis. This sections seats and floor are covered in dirt as well as a dirty film over the glass from other events. I understand that there may be quick change overs after events, but it would be nice if the seats were not covered in arena cross dirt so I can clean them off with my clothes.
