Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Review

Went for monster jam. Kids loved it it was definitely more a kids atmosphere.

Attended Toby Mac's Hits Deep Tour. It was very well done. This facility was very nice and good food court at reasonable prices. Only negative was one worker saying I couldn't use elevator, only for handicapped. I'm was walking with cane. Later on way back up I was allowed and told that shouldn't have happened.

Great set up for concerts and hockey games. Lots of new vendors. Love watching TSO there every year.

I love going there to watch concerts and wrestling in the Penguins and the food is very good

Great Seats.Parking is 10.00.I don't understand why these places all of a sudden have to charge for parking when we already paid for our tickets.That was already included in the price back in the days.Also the prices of drink and food is pricey.4.00 for a bottle of water.I can get a case of water for that price.A 1.00 bottle would be nice.Just saying.I would come back.

Great Local venue for Concerts, Hockey and large events. My family and I go see Trans-Siberian Orchestra every year now for 15 years. It's a Great Holiday tradition.

The best place to watch a hockey game but the food should be less expensive and there should be more fights

Great place for any event that's held there. Whether it's watching the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pens hockey, a concert or another event, it's always a pleasant experience. The Security are very thorough and work hard to keep the building secure.

Even though the PENS Lost i loved coming here this was my first hockey game i loved 118 ROW A close to the ice AMAZING SEATS

Great seats anywhere you sit. Sound and light show was exceptional.

Public arena nice clean place showing a variety of shows / concerts/ events and AHL. Hockey. The food is good with a good variety. The parking lot area is well lit.

JoJo concert was great, my daughter had a blast. The stage hands did a good job setting up.

They need to have people directing the traffic out it took almost an hour to get out the parking lot

Parking was great. The show was excellent. And the departure went very smooth. I know I will return again.

The new security machines are up and running. Remember to remove everything from your pockets.

Had VIP tickets, showed up and I couldn't get in because I have a chain on my wallet. Have been there before and they never had any issue with it. They didn't offer to store it in their safe until after the event. I have been in contact with management and they agreed that this new rule should have been on the tickets and that security should have offered to accommodate the safe keeping. Time will tell if they will attempt to make up for making me stand at the curb waiting for a cab on one of the coldest nights of the year.

Attended a convention here last summer. We had so much fun. Loved the surrounding area as it had great places to mix mingle and eat at. Clean comfortable atmosphere close to nice hotels. Seemed newer and or more well maintained than other stadiums I've visited in the past although I'm not sure if that was due to the help of the convention attendees that help to spiffy up for these events. Either way, I'm hoping we get to go there again this year!

The balcony seating is too steep and the railing in the balcony is too short. Parking is easy to access

Marywood graduation today at Mohegan was wonderful! Services clean. Food good.

Great venue. Good parking and fast entrance to events. Chairs in portable rows for floor seating are on the small side.

Nice venue wish it was attached to casino would have been perfect

No bad seats, easy access to interstate, easy parking.

I thought $10 was too much for parking, they wouldn't let people bring in purses which was a hastle, it was a quaint place, seemed small for monster trucks.

Took my daughter and her friend to Disney on Ice. Everything was clean, we felt safe, ample parking, friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely buy tickets here again.

Very easy to get to. I had my graduation ceremony here. Got the backstage walkthrough. Clean and event workers were very nice.

My event was awesome... they did have us outside 10 minutes after doors were supposed to open but everything else was cool

Don't forget when entering no curses are allowed only plastic see-through bags. Only bring what you need.

Stood in line outside for 20 minutes to go through the security check. Over priced food and drinks. Forgot how much the arena sucks.

Tickets were cheap beer friendly merchandise cost was more then the tickets though but had a fantastic time

They don't allow re entry and that's kind of crapy. The seats are terribly uncomfortable. Great sound and great view of the stage

Went here to see a concert. Nice place and clean. It took forever and a day to get out of the parking lot.

Was here for the first time for our annual convention of jehovahs witneses,, Very clean, it was a beautiful facility, good bathrooms too.

Great venue. Traffic afterwards is always a free for all. Be prepared to get cut off and almost hit.

Great arena layout for sporting events. Staffed very well to direct flow of incoming traffic. Bathrooms were cleaner than most venues I've been to for similar sporting events. Toilet paper/ towels were adequately stocked for a school sporting event that lasted about 10 consecutive hours.

Whether it's a minor league hockey game, a concert, a Motocross or a Monster Jam event this is the place to see & be seen. You can get tickets at either the box office or through Ticketron, the only drawback is for anything other than hockey games it's a $10 parking fee which they don't tell you & it's cash only so for anyone coming from out-of-town or out-of-state the $10 parking fee is cash only. There's so many food vendors inside the arena, some have specials some don't, you can get beer there in either bottles or cups. There is handicapped parking available as well as handicap seating and if there's anything you need there are event staff personnel everywhere in the arena. Tickets for hockey games vary, & sometimes they have special events such as the teddy bear toss which is to collect stuffed animals for the Salvation Army for giving away at Christmas. Check the events calendar or check the Facebook or website pages for upcoming shows, games, or other special events. There are many restaurants and hotels nearby so if you wanted to grab a bite to eat & stay overnight there are many to choose from. But most of all enjoy yourself!

I had a terrible back and bottom ache from the seats despite using cushions. There were plenty of women's rooms which was a plus. The walk from the parking lot to the arena was pretty good. The sound system and jumbo tron worked well. Overall a nice place to have an event, if only I could have found a seat that didn't hurt me.

Nice venue, a little short on concession stands could use a few more, parking is cash only $10, but they let me park without paying because i didn't have any cash :) , wifi in the arena building is non existent so fyi pull up your tickets on your device before you go in, merchandise was cash only, they do have one atm i found, thankfully. Seats are a bit small and close but its stadium style so you can see well. Overall a good experience and i would definitely see another show here in the future.

I went to see Lorde last month and there was not a bad seat in the arena.

Loved it !! First time there.Saw a fantastic show.Great stats great show ,lots of good food a little pricey not good.Women do not take a purse unless it is a clear one.Just an FYI.

Don't go often, but would like to know how the poker tables are.?!

The show was nice but everything tgey sold was overwhelmingly expensive with no cheap options.. $15 for a slushy $15 for popcorn $5 for a bottle of soda. Insane

Great arena, they have changed their bag policy only to allow clear plastic bags. With 2 yr old twins this sucked to not be allowed a diaper bag in. Otherwise food options cleanliness and general seating are great for sporting events

The Penguins' hockey games are always so much fun! Great time. Good beer and snacks.

A Must See Show Transiberan Orchestra. Phenomenal show!
