Attended the money grab of a ceremony that was the "Penn-Foster Graduation" (They made 60k on tickets alone this year for an online school, just for this one region) Upon entering, we had issues trying to set up our seats as we had multiple handicapped people in our group and one person to help each one, which is allowed. Well when we finally got approved to have 6 people sit together along the handicapped bar (they claimed they didn't know how full it would get despite tickets being bought, there was plenty of room in the end btw) another gentleman comes along and threatened to call security on my fiancee because he insisted on moving the chairs for our family since he approached us rudely. The man then made me tell my fiancee to let go of the chairs as per their "insurance" or whatever policy-type excuse he gave me. But my toddler leaning over these painted-over rusty bars is safe? Also, everything at concession was crazy high as you'd expect but it wasn't even good. Popcorn was stale AND burnt on the bottom half where you couldn't see, and drinks were way small. The stadium is outdated, seats are all oddball mismatched, there's so much just falling apart about this stadium. It was also very muggy and hot in the stadium and I have breathing issues and of course even though we were plenty early and the event hadn't started, I was not allowed to leave or else I wouldn't be allowed in. I also knew this rule when I was leaving but of course as soon as we left the building my toddler had to use the restroom, which is right across from the door I was at, and I begged him to just let us come and go, I'd leave my things with him as collateral. Nope, he'd rather let a toddler have an accident on a hot summer day surrounded by people. Well, my toddlers piss is seeping into your garden now muchachos. Really, you can just check tickets when people come back in, maybe do punches and people can only go out 1-3 times if that's the issue with too many in and out but man, either get the mold out of the building or let people breathe!!! Kids were getting sick and throwing up even! You don't wanna go somewhere where they can't get the food and air right.

Seating is ok,,, parking, $10,,, rip-off,, people will help you park,, BUT this place SUCKS for a concert or speech, !! The acoustics are the worst I've ever heard. All you hear is the voice / music bouncing off the walls echoing... ( attended 3 music / speech events - all terrible sound ),,, and After the event, NOBODY is outside to direct traffic. Took 55 minutes to just get out of the parking lot. You think they would have traffic control AFTER the event for the $10 parking fee. This arena should stick to hockey and arena-cross

Concert was great! Too bad seats sucked. Couldn't see the big screen in back of band thanks to the big speakers they have hanging. Section 204, Row E, seats 10 n 11. Very dissatisfied with seats but I had never been there for concert b for. I definitely won't get seats in that section again or anyone I know I will advise them against that area. At least Lynyrd Skynyrd was the best !!!!

Loved the show and venue, parking was cheap, but leaving the show was a total nightmare and we litteraly just sat in our car for an hour as no one would let us out of our parking spot and no one was moving to clear out the way because there was not enough people guiding traffic out of the parking lot so be prepared to wait if attending a special event.

My husband and I went for the first time to see PBR Bull Riding. We had a blast! We have also seen Little Big Town there in February. The show was excellent! Bathroom lines are not long to wait in. Great venue because they performed on the main stage and then in the center the center stage rotates as they played!

Attended the Judas Priest Concert here on Tuesday March 13th 2018. It was my first time at this arena. First If you live or are staying near the arena I highly recommend taking a uber etc. Even though I purchased reserved parking months in advance I was told it is a nightmare getting out of there. As it turned out I did see how long it did take ppl to exit the parking lot. The arena itself is smaller then I am use to but that is ok. It was the seats! The seats are very small. We had floor seats and we were really crammed together, and we aren't big people. Also they could have had more security and people working. The floor seating was very confusing. We were sent to the wrong seats by employees 3 times! They had four Rows of each letter! Who would know? Also a physical fight broke out between the man next to me and man in front of me. Being so crammed together myself and others got pushed around a bit. Security nowhere to be found. You pay alot of money for good seats so that you can watch a fight during the concert. I don't know what was going on with the sound but it wasn't good at all for the first band or the second Saxon. The band itself commented that it sounded horrible. Well just have been the sound person because that was all fixed by the time Judas Priest came on. They sounded Great! I would attend a event here again depending on who or what it was for now that I know what to expect. Also if your going to take uber or lyft you want to head out before 11pm as I was told this is their busy time every night! The uber drivers go in and out the same entrance and exit as police so your out of there fast!

It really depends on what you are here to see. If you come for a concert, ice show, or the like it is fine.
If you come for Monster Jam, prepare to be sickened by exhaust from the quads at intermission. My daughter got sick and had to leave. My friend who works in the ER said there were several people who came in with complaints of having been made sick by the fumes.

Facility was great with lots of space, and lighting. Went for the "Home & Garden" event. This event itself I felt was lacking. So many home improvement companies missing and NO Garden or landscape businesses to be found.

Nice rooms. Nice hotel overall. Two gripes...the ice machines didn't work. That's a fail. And we were out of our rooms all day and they had not cleaned the room when we got back. Kind of a negative but I wasn't overly upset. Front desk clerk could use an attitude adjustment. Still a reasonable place to stay in the area. I will stay here again.

Went to see Monster Jam today, first off $10 just to park, then if your kids want something like cotton candy $15. A Icee wow. It's way way over priced. At every Event not just Monster Jam. Monster Jam last year was pretty good 2015 this year 2016, we didn't enjoy it. It was lame there is not enough room for the trucks to be able to do tricks. It's pretty much two minutes of each truck doing nothing. Don't waste your money. And I like Grave Digger but does he have to win e writhing even if he wasn't the best. . It's Like it's set up for him to win. Also the food is horrible we got soft pretzels and they were stale and hard. We were expecting to have a good time especially with all the money we spent. Sorry my option is Save your money.

The venue was nice. We had a great view of the stage for Jeff Dunham. My only complaint was that my knees were touching the seat in front of me. If you have longer legs, or knee problems, you can expect to be uncomfortable.

Enjoyed an afternoon of Hockey. Free parking for hockey games. Plenty of handicapped parking and fully handicapped accessible venue. Great game and easy exit from parking lot and access to interstate 81.

Not much leg room while sitting in the arena. Food and drink prices are very expensive.
Had to pay a cash only $10 dollar parking fee.
Leaving the arena can take almost a hour because of poorly constructed exits and other factors.
