Holy molly this is something what we call only good on the outside, i prefer other language center like ELEC.
At least ELEC I think is the most friendly to Chinese students, the price is not high and there are Chinese-speaking employees, the most critical Chinese students can be in the public! Public! number! Complete the registration! No public! This is called the user experience! Real name system pushes the public number "Malaysia Learning Center", directly with Chinese customer service to answer at any time, BC counts awkward, service is poor, only ELS can be worse than it

I was here two times: for IELTS speaking test and for retrieving the results.
The building facility was great, the people and their services were smooth. I'd like to recommend people to take IELTS test here, but I don't have experience in other places as comparison.

FYI, with public transport you can easily get here through KLCC.

I'm very upset with the local security guard, a lady & another older guy at the entrance.. They are not helpful infact are rude. I've a baby stroller, I've asked her & sometimes another security guard to get me to second floor (pass with security) . They told me off, asking me ask another security which is on the other side..not all security have the pass to access to second floor. I don't understand since they have the pass, why can't she just let me go up but to try my luck to check with another security. If they don't have, I've still have to go back to her!

The security guards on the ground floor are not helpful and one is impolite, especially when I wanted to go to the British Council. There was a female staff from BC who was also rude to me when I wanted to ask a question from another personnel. The location of the buildings is within walking distance from the Monorail station, about 15 minutes walk. Due to my terrible experience with the staff, I don't intend to visit this place in the future.

Just completed my Part-time business English cours...

Just completed my Part-time business English course for 4 months here. Overall, most of the teachers was great. But I wouldn't recommend it if you are a working adult and considering to improve your speaking skill. 1. Most of the time in the class, you'd be asked to speak and discuss with your classmates who are also learning English like you. 2. The last few classes I attended the aircond was off and the room was warm and stuffy. 3. Your online MyClass account will become inactive exactly on the expiry date. If you didn't make any copy of your learning materials online or the assessment by teachers then you won't be able to have any references after spending so much on the course. The customer service won't do anything and don't bother at all even when I expressed my disappointment. 4. After my course ended, my online account went inactive and I didn't receive any follow up or update from British Council. It was a very bad experience with British Council.

I am very pleased that I took one of my memorable moments in my life at the British Council and it was the time I was learning English (still I'm learning)all I want today and always is to Congratulate to all of you ((managers, teachers, costumer services, security and etc and I am very happy that you have got the world's best teachers.A teacher s job is to impart self s knowledge to his/her students and make them a better individual. You have always performed your duties with complete dedication and your hard work and sincerity have paid you well.

You have worked diligently for the betterment of the students and this is being reflected in your students. Your commitments towards your students are commendable. The excellence in education affects not just the students but also the entire community. Your dedications in the work will have an impact on the entire community and educational system as well. I am proud to have all of you in the institution. You set an example of learning and excellence among students and co-workers alike.
I'm not going to tell you my name sorry but I have got to admit that the British Council Malaysia is the best place for learning English language in Asia.My suggestion to people who want to study English in Malaysia is to go and study at the British Council I highly recommend you to study over there.
P.s.(I'm not saying this because I studied at the British Council but it's the truth)

Very bad experience ~ The Student Support Executive that I encountered was condescending and not helpful at all. One of the upper intermediate course teacher kept insinuating in class that Malaysians' English (grammar and pronunciation) are lame and it's difficult for "International" people like her to understand.

Really Really Really good school Really the educational courses are expensive but the benefit is more it has been found by well-versed and experienced teachers who really have one team, but there is something very important if you want to succeed. I started learning English from scratch and I really benefited from them, thanks to everyone who taught there.

Ambience is conducive in promoting the studious spirit: open classrooms. Banyan tree in centre court is refreshing and breathtaking. Traffic along main road Sultan Ismail is atrocious. Thankfully, the open land adjacent allows for parking.

Very bad experience with the support after the IELTS exam!

I took the exam last year, and I asked and paid for TRF to be sent to a university in Canada which you didn't do so after one month! And when I asked for refund, you've never pay me back money as well! I called you and emailed you many times! Even no one answered my email after a while! Why did that happen! First of all I lost my chance of applying to that university because of not sending the TRF , then you didn't even mind to refund my money!

The workers were so disrespectful and were very unhelpful I wanted to sign up for the IELTS course but apparently it's 18+ and they call people under 18 children and are very aggressive and disrespectful towards them.

I was a student trying to take the five-level exam. I didn't give me the application form, so I didn't tell you about the exam date. In the end I didn't test. I can't live in Malaysia because my visa expires. It's been over 5 years. That's the real thing. I don't answer for over a month, chew on the phone. I've got a 18,000 ringgit visa solution. The test fee has not been refunded so far, and the answer was 6 times because I didn't have an answer by email or phone. Look at Clevel Bridge for the 5th level.

It's the place you go to learn English, and get yourself a grade for the iELTS exam. I had a good experience, while enjoying the friendliness of their staff I would definitely recommend this place for y'all who want to learn English.

Though do come prepared as the prices to get yourself into the iELTS exam has gone up recently.

The best English class in town.

The best English class in town.

Friendly staff and the price is transparency.

Unlike others, other English classes wouldn't tell you the price until you visit their office. (Why hiding your price?)

I am giving a bad review because i was not able to pass my exam due to lack of identification, the day of my exam i took a certified copy of my passport and two more identification (national card and visa card) due to the slow process of my passport by the university regarding my student visa with a letter explaining it, the day of my examination they refused to accept any of these papers and insisted to bring my passport even after explaining everything with legitimate proofs yet they did not allow me to take part on the exam and they refused to grant me a retake or refund even after speaking to their officier on the phone which she said i quote" i know it is not fair, but it is on you we sent an email that says bring your passport". Although when checking on the British council website it state that it is allowed to bring your passport or national card which in this case was with me and yet they haven't done much to help and never got any retake or refund since.
