Niece held her wedding and reception here. Beautiful setting for the wedding next to the small lake on the golf course. Good food and excellent service at the reception. Also had an excellent assortment of bourbons to choose from.

Buffet food, a lot tasted like stuff you could buy at the store. With a reservation still had to wait 15 minutes past reserved time. Nice location, building, and friendly staff. A little high priced for the style of food served in my opinion.

My husband, my parents and I went to celebrate my husband becoming a citizen and we could not have found a better restaurant. The manager, Armand was very welcoming and kind upon entering the building. Our waitress, Makaila, was very quick, fun and great at suggesting food and drinks. The bacon wrapped rabbit was delicious and a special dessert chef Eric brought out as a congratulations was the perfect finish to the perfect night!

Wilderness Ridge is the perfect place to eat outdoors. They have a large patio overlooking the course and terrific food and service. I had the hickory burger with sweet potato waffle fries ($15) and it was cooked perfectly. The happy hour cocktails and bruschetta are also worth snagging!

Won't be going back. We were looking forward to brunch because we had heard good things about it. We were disappointed almost from the moment we were seated. We were given no introduction to how to navigate the meal. Normally when you attend a high end brunch they let you know to either go ahead and fill your plate or wait for a server to take your drink order. So we waited and waited and waited. Finally I inquired to the first worker I could get attention from as to what we were supposed to do. He said he wasn't a server. At this point 20 minutes had passed. We still hadn't even had water brought to the table. We decided to go ahead and get some food. When we got back to our table we still didn't have our water glasses filled. I finally was able to get the attention of one of the servers and asked if we could get some water. He went to the back and a few minutes later someone came and filled our water glasses and took our drink order. The food was bland and cold. We didn't bother going back for a second trip to the buffet.

The atmosphere is great in this log cabin lodge. We set in the bar area, plenty of room, Tv's and great wait staff. Beignets filled with crab, corn and a hint of heat were a great way to start. Buffalo meatloaf had great flavor, and the salmon with brussel spouts and sweet potatoes is always a great choice.

This is one of my favorite golf experiences in this state. This state is loaded with great public golf facilities, but this is a cut above the rest. Great golf holes. I am never disappointed when the round is over though, because I can't wait to head upstairs and eat at one of my favorite restaurants in town. Also some of the best golf instructors around. Course is usually in great condition! They sunk a lot of money into this place when it opened and it has paid off. Gotta check it out!

Food is good. It's a little pricey if you order regular entrees but the flat breads and handhelds are really reasonable. Don't bother ordering drinks they are super stingy with the alcohol. Father in law ordered a tall, got a short with almost no alcohol, my drink was extremely weak and my wife's wine was a pretty light pour if you ask me. Overall the food is pretty good and atmosphere is awesome. Just took away points for it being expensive and the terrible drinks.

Great course staff is friendly I really enjoy playing here. surrounded by nice houses which could be a good thing (sight seeing) or bad (targets)! I would never pass up a chance to play here.

Very nice atmosphere, I loved the wood architecture and design. I got the Hickory cheese burger and sweet potato fries, and liked it. Bud light draw was 4.50 so that was ok. Wasn't too expensive but the service wasn't the best, kinda slow when not a lot of people there. Outside sitting was nice, you can see the golf course. Overall I'd recommend it.

Absolutely terrible condition. By far the most over-rated course I've ever played. The greens were littered with pitch marks and full divots, the tees were essentially one giant divot, and the fairways had more trash than the side of an interstate. I could see the potential beauty in the course if it had been well maintained, but it's worth maybe half the rate they charge. I would not recommend to anyone. Pathetic staff experience as well.

I love the lodge, especially in warmer weather- the outdoor seating is the best in Lincoln. The food here is exceptional, but...it's also one of the most expensive places in Lincoln. If you like wines try a flight, you'll get a half glass of 4 different kinds, a great way to find new options!

Dinner was delicious and service great. Although the walleye was a stingy portion and I had to return my prime rib for further cooking (was raw). As we told them it was our 12th Anniversary, they gave us a lovely card and a wonderful dessert on the house: chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce (best part of dinner!). Beautiful venue! Will try again sometime next time we're in town.

Had the $34 prime rib and it came 1/3 fat and was very tough! My friend had a $34 ribeye it wasn t any better! I heard this was the place that had great steak and prime rib. The desert was also lacking and know it isn t any better than what Walmart sells! I m not impressed at all! I can buy steak at Costco and grill them 100 times better than this! Won t be back!

Fantastic food and service. Server Aubry was very polite and smiled everytime she came over. Zach the manager check a couple of times to make sure we had everything. Perfect place to celebrate.

Attended a private luncheon for about 15. Food and service were both excellent. Lately it's been consistently good, which has not always been the case. I hope they will continue to perform to the standard they are certainly capable of.

I was invited to attend a small family gathering at the Wilderness Ridge Lodge Restaurant for my uncle's 70th birthday. Being from Omaha I had never been here before and I was really impressed with the facilities, the wait staff, the menu, the quality of food, and the ambiance. It was a really really nice experience. Kudos to your chefs and your menu for being a wonderfully priced over all fantastic value for what was served. I truly enjoyed the experience.

We ve been dining for years at Wilderness Ridge, most days it s fine. Today we were there for breakfast, and it was a miss, but I m sure we ll be back. Our food took almost 40 minutes, and arrived incomplete, missing hash browns. We were so hungry we ate anyway. Our server didn t check back with us until we were done eating, so she took $4 off the bill to make up for the missing hash browns. Seriously? Not to debate the cost of hash browns, but you served only 2/3 of the meal and we are leaving hungry.

Lovely venue. Beautiful location. Bad food experience. We had a group of about 60 in one of their event rooms. It was lovely, but they were clearly unprepared for us. They set up three stations: grilled cheese, pizza, and pasta. The pizza was slow coming out and not nearly enough. The pasta was only manned by one cook who couldn't keep up. The grilled cheese was rushing, and either burning sandwiches or serving them without the cheese even melted. Wonderbread and cold cheese squares.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Wilderness and it was a huge success! Thanks to Isabel, for helping us plan it for the past year and answering countless emails/questions! Everyone loved the atmosphere and the set up! I think the food was the biggest hit, though! It was absolutely wonderful! We got so many compliments on the food!! Thanks again, Wilderness staff! 10/10

Beautiful facility, great views. We most recently attended a wedding reception and I have been here for meetings in the past. Food for catered events is so/so. Meeting facilities are pretty good.

Spent a beautiful warm afternoon eating lunch out on the deck. Steak sandwich was delicious, as was the Turkey wrap enjoyed by my husband. An appetizer of stuffed crimini mushrooms whetted the appetite for the entree to come. We ended our dining experience by sharing the Triple Chocolate Mousse dessert. It was a truly delightful experience!

Went to Wilderness Ridge with two co-workers and chose due to the atmosphere. We all ordered the tomoato basil soup. Soup was grainy with ketchup consistency, taste and appearance seriously lacking. Friend said her Caesar dressing was tasteless. I expect better from a place such as Wilderness Ridge. However, the roasted brussels sprouts were amazing as always.
