Came here cos of a crash, was desperate for a fix as I did not have a garage. Although I did not pay for the fix, they kept squeezing money out of the payer - to an unethical amount (cos it was settled privately). You'd think that with that much money put into it there'd be better service, but that wasn't the case. I was put on the bottom for priority, car came back with a tiny dent that wasn't there before, courtesy car was absolutely rubbish (and they expected me to fill the gas up to the brim when they gave it to me with a warning light).

Excellent service and super quick. So happy with the repairs they did and the awesome customer service we received. Thank you Richard and the rest of the team :)

I shopped around for quotes and was surprised to find these guys offered me the best deal and they went beyond what I expected. No question I will be here for any body/collision repairs needed. I took my car in and asked if it would be ready in a week. "No problem; sure thing." Then they found out that I had insurance to rent another car. I am now at 3 weeks, and it STILL is not ready. "Well we are waiting for the part from the dealership (which by the way is 6 blocks away), but we can rent you a car as your insurance will pay for it!" is the answer I get every time I call!!! SOOOOO frustrating. Go ANYPLACE else, but not here.

Not impressed with the shoddy..sloppy work.
New mud flaps not installed properly and almost fell off.....reflector from rear bumper did fall out and they had to order a new one. Detailing was sloppy...car wax on black trim and when pointed out it was not taken off..owner nice guy but does not oversee the work done. I would not use that company again.

Painless. Second time here. Finished up my ICBC claim, and I had them fix a broken window that I paid for separately. Cost was reasonable. Sue is great. Very professional.

I took my 1975 Mercedes to Blue Chip after having them recommended to me by a reputable Mercedes mechanic in the area. I had a dent with chipped paint on the rear passenger side door that I needed fixing. Upon picking the vehicle up, I looked at the top half of the door above the trim line where the damage was, looked fine - I was so excited to have it fixed I just left.. not thinking to look at the rest of the door. I figured the hardest part was done.

Upon examining the door in the sun a couple days later, I find paint drip upon paint drip, along with pitted paint (down to metal) on a panel they weren t meant to touch, and a bubbled pool of paint on the bottom corner of the door... not to mention overspray all over both side windows... sweet. Unfortunately I wasn t filled with much confidence leaving my car with them the first time, as taking on my quirky old car seemed like a hassle to them, so I don t exactly want to test my luck and ask them to fix it. Bummer.
