We recently purchased a vehicle from Kevin Nelson at Wilde Toyota. Kevin took the time to assess our needs and had several vehicles for us to choose from. He saved us valuable time and found a car that had all of the attributes we were looking for and at a great price. Kevin's knowledge, honesty and professionalism made choosing a vehicle painless. We chose to finance through Toyota due to having access to a great interest rate and found Phil to be great to work with and expedited the process without missing any of the pertinent information that was needed. Thank you Kevin for decades of giving us fantastic service and making our transportation needs a priority.

If you are looking to buy a use or new car I suggest that you go to Wilde Toyota and ask for Tony yang. He has been helping me and my family every time we buy a car and he makes sure that we get a good deal too..we just bought a 2015 Toyota Camry se with 17xxx mile for a good deal.

I was a little hesitant to go in by myself to purchase a new, used vehicle since I am a women BUT I was pleasantly surprised. From starting out with David Anderson on the internet, to working with John Melter on the car lot helping me make a wise decision with a quality, certified, vehicle and setting up the blue tooth and showing me all the gadgets, to the financing with Phil Lo as he got my interest rate down even more and saved me $$, it was a smooth and satisfying experience! This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from Wilde Toyota and they make me feel safe and cared for! THANKS GUYS!!!

Salesman Rob Davis was friendly and laid-back, and he hooked us up with the vehicle we were looking for at a fair price. We also had a pleasant experience with Phil in the finance department. I recently purchased a car from here. After going to the worst dealership on earth, I found myself here at Wilde Toyota. It was a great experience. My sales person was helpful, he didn't try to get me something I couldn't afford. I told him my budget and he worked with me. He was nice and answered all of my questions. My finiacing person was the boom. He was honest and did not try to upsale stuff to me. He told me what he think I should include and why. This is the best place to get a car. Rachel, John, and Q were great to work with. I came in frustrated by other dealers trying to pull bait and switches and generally giving me a runaround. Rachel and John gave me their best pricing from the start and helped me figure out affordable financing to get me into a car I love at a great price, all in one day.

I came to Wilde Toyota just praying that I met a great salesman, that was honest and respected the knowledge I had about the car I wanted and the price range. David Sopcic was my saleman and he made my car buying experience simple and stress free. During my whole encounter with him I never felt pressured to buy something that was more expensive. He also shared information with me that I was not aware of when looking into buying a car. Awesome salesman and thanks for respecting that woman are smart too.

Geoff here, stop out at Wilde on Saturday to purchase a used van for the girlfriend I was reaserching on the web, was met by an energetic saleman Bill Jopek , very knowledgable, helpful though the whole process, made the experience very relaxing and non stressful. Which made me want to deal with this dealership again.
Q in financing was excellcent in this transaction.

Come Monday headed back out to Wilde Toyota to purchase myself a new Camry based on my prior experience, was met with the same friendly service from Tom P. in new car sales made the transaction an excellent experience.

Worked with Tony and had a very pleasant experience. Tony is a good guy who was very helpful and not pushy. Let us test drive alone, which is always nice and also let us take the car overnight to get a better feeling with it. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. The only drawback is that we told them we didn't want to play games negotiating, and the dealership still putzed around for hours trying to negotiate, which was bothersome. Overall, I was satisfied with my used car buying experience. We purchased a certified used Toyota Corolla.

Danny Miethke was super nice and helped me find the perfect car. Next car will be from him too I'm sure.

I leased a 2020 Corolla, my salesperson was Prentiss Farsee Jr. I just want to express how much I appreciate his patients, attention to details, and consideration he demonstrated towards me. I think he is an exceptional Salesman as well as a person. I called him Monday to let him know about some damage that happened in a store parking lot on this past Sunday, he told me to bring it in today. He took a look at it, went to check on what company Wilde Toyota recommends and drove me to CARSTAR, met Terry Dunsworth. Terry took down my information, said they will fix it. Prentiss Has been so patient with me and helping me understand how my new car works. I hope you keep him as an employee for many years. I will recommend him and Wilde Toyota if I hear anyone needing a car. I am very happy with my car and the service I have received.

I just purchased a 2020 RAV4 hybrid from Wilde Toyota. I went through Costco and the whole transaction was so easy without any hassles or pressure. Dan McDonald was my salesman and he answered all my questions completely. He really knows his Toyota cars and how they work. Being a senior single woman, that meant a lot to me. Charles was the finance manager and new on the job but he did very well. Ian, the Sales Manager, also was very friendly and helpful and acknowledged me on both of my visits to the dealership. Everyone was professional, respectful and helpful. I highly recommend Wilde Toyota if you are in the market for a Toyota.

My wife and I drove up to wilde looking for a car that we been looking for online for a while... as soon as we both park our car and got out tony the sale rep... didn't waist anytime and came to ask us if we needed help ... right away he ask what we like and what type of car we were going after. If I could give this place ZERO stars on this review I would. Run away from this place as fast as you can and never think of doing business with them! I had a horrible experience with this dealerships service department. They ended up costing me 500 dollars of my own money for damage they caused to my truck and refused to fix. My family and I had been loyal customers to this dealership for 30 plus years. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the years and always had gotten service done here. This all stops now and we will never ever come back for anything from them. The problems all began when I brought my truck in for new tires that cost over a thousand dollars. A large chunk of money I was willing to give to a dealership I had trusted at the time. I rarely use my truck since I have a car I use as my daily driver, so it's more of luxury vehicle I only use on weekends. I took my truck straight back to my garage after getting the new tires. One week later I pulled my truck out of the garage and noticed huge, deep scratches down the passenger side of the truck. It looked like the service tech had driven the truck into something or ran it across something to cause the damage. I immediately called Wilde Toyota and spoke to the service manager Mike Grecko. He told me to bring the truck in and he'd check out the damage. I brought he truck in and Mike took photos of the damage, said his IT department would have video/pics of what the truck looked like when it came in and when it left. He said he'd call me with the next steps they would take after he talked to his IT department. I waited a week and Mike never called me. I called him and he pretended he called me and left a voicemail. He never called me and it was a lie. Mike never produced any IT video or picture evidence of my truck when it came in and when it left and refused to take care of the damages they caused while the truck was in their care. I demanded to speak to his manager and he gave me the name of Scott Nugent. I called Scott and left a voicemail. Scott never returned my call. A week later Mike called me and said he wanted me to go to Abra Autobody to get an estimate for the damages to the truck and he would be in touch after he got the estimate from the autobody shop. Mike acted like they found something that showed the damages and he was finally going to take care of a loyal customer. Boy was I wrong to think this. A week later I called Mike to get an update and once again he claimed he called me and left a voicemail. I verified with him my correct number and he never called. Just another lie from him. This time Mike tells me they are not going to fix the damages. I was beyond livid that he and his dealership were continuing to waste my time and have me drive all over town for something they were never going to fix. I once again demanded to speak to his manager and this time he had me call Mary Dorty, who is in customer relations. I laid out the entire time line of events and she said she would be in touch after speaking to all sides. A week later Mary calls back and tells me they will not be taking care of the damages. I asked her what ever happened to the video and photos they were supposed to have showing the truck when it came in and came out. She just blew that off and refused to say anything other than they will not pay for the damages. I ended up having to run the damage through my personal insurance, pay a 500 deductible to the body shop and now see my insurance rates go up. I also wasted an entire month getting the run around from Wilde Toyota. They ended up doing absolutely nothing in the end. Between all of the vehicles my family bought and service we had done, we spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with this dealership. We were loyal customers, but never again. I recommend you steer clear of this place and do not give them a since cent of your money.

Keven Nelson did a great job helping us find a car after ours was destroyed in an accident. We had limited time, but came home with a good deal on a good car.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Wilde. No pressure and a great price on a Toyota Rav4. Jay Hyatt was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. He didn't have to, but he helped me surprise my wife with the purchase! It was really above and beyond and made a good experience great!

I had a wonderful experience buying my second new car from this dealership. Osama was a wonderful young man that helped to teach me about the car. He even did a demonstration test drive and stayed past closing time to help us. Also Sam and David in the finance department were also very helpful, informative, and never seemed grumpy about staying late to help us. Everyone I have dealt with over the last 11 years has been super helpful and honest! I look forward to another 10 plus years with my new Camry!

Took my BRAND-NEW TOYOTA TUNDRA in today, 05/31/2016, for it's VERY FIRST oil change, just 5000 miles on it. Some f#*^ing stupid employee of Wilde's RAN INTO A CEMENT BARRIER while driving it to their car wash bay, totally CRUSHING in the side of my truck; and denting and scraping the door, frame, step and bumper!!! And then, this employee dropped it off in the bay, and didn't tell anyone what SHE had just done!!!!! Did ya think WE WOULDN'T NOTICE THAT YOU CRASHED MY NEW TRUCK???? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!!!! THE WHOLE SIDE OF MY PASSENGER DOOR IS TOTALLY CRUNCHED IN!!! RED PAINT FROM THE CEMENT POST SCRAPED DOWN THE SIDE!!! WILDE, WHY DO YOU HAVE SUCH INEPT EMPLOYEES THAT CAN'T EVEN DRIVE WITHOUT RUNNING INTO BARRIERS AND RUINING MY NEW VEHICLE?!!!! I wonder how many times this has happened to other customers here, by this same employee who works at a car dealer, BUT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE WITHOUT RUNNING INTO A CEMENT POST!!! I am so angry!!! A decent employee would have gone to the service manager and said, hey, I just made a huge mistake. But, SHE didn't. Unbelievably horrible! Not one little ding on it when we took it in. Not one. Perfect condition. I took in a perfect vehicle, and they crashed it. This was my 3rd vehicle from Wilde. Guaranteed I won't go back. Particularly since the service manager did not fire the girl that crashed it. You all should know that she still works there, and you take your chances that she won't smash it when you take yours in. Wilde just lost hundreds of thousands of dollars of sales and service from me, (I get a new vehicle every 4 years from my employer - my choice of vehicle), and from everyone within hearing distance of me, my husband, my family, and everyone who hears what you did.

I just leased a 2020 Tacoma, and had a great experience at Wilde. Tessa in internet sales was prompt and detailed in responding to all my questions prior to my visit. Both Ken and Kieshon were a pleasure to work with. A nice group of people, and very straightforward. I came in from Madison, and this experience was worth every minute of that drive over.

My sister, Sandra, purchased a new 2018 RAV 4 from Wilde Toyota and her sales associate, Rachel Lovora, was absolutely wonderful. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made buying a new car a fun, pleasurable experience. Rachel went out of her way to make sure that my sister got the best deal possible and put every detail in place to make for a smooth transaction. Both my sister and myself would recommend Rachel Lovora without any reservations. Also, want to say that this is third new Toyota my sister has purchased from Wilde Toyota in the 30 years. My wife and I recently went to Wilde Toyota to replace her car. After a bit of indecision as to what she wanted, Bill J. came outside. Bill is a super friendly and down to earth guy. He made us feel at ease and gave us some suggestions. My wife had her eye on a lightly used rav4, which she test drove and fell in love with. Then we went inside and started the buying process, which was actually a very pleasant experience. Bill is a very funny guy and had us laughing many times as he worked hard to get us the best deal possible. I think we will definitely be back. And also a big shout out to Sam in finance for his expertise and making us feel comfortable filling out the final paperwork.

I purchased a 2015 Tacoma at Wilde Toyota. David Sopcic was very helpful. The whole process of the purchase was efficient and I'm happy with the truck. The finance department is fast. So, take your time and think through what your committing to.

Just purchased a 2012 Camry from Wilde. Rob Davis did an excellent job in the sale. He offered a competitive price upfront and then even went as far as to explain his rationale behind the price. I knew from previous research, that the price was fair for a CPO Camry with 26k, but it was nice to run into a salesperson who had the humility to explain his position rather play games and run back and forth between his manager and I. Rob is a stand-up guy. They also have the best service advisor I've ever worked with in Joseph Tsai. Only reason it is not a five star review is that the ladies in the finance department were a pain to deal with.

What a great experience--buying a car!!! That's not a thing I've EVER said before...My previous experiences include those with the stereotyped car salesman who are pushy and not very trustworthy. But JAMIE Shay at Wilde Toyota was the antithesis of that! Jamie shared some of his wealth of knowledge about the process, was willing to really listen to what we had to say, was not a bit pushy--instead was patient with us. He did all he could to satisfy us and make sure we were happy. I felt that Jamie was trustworthy and honest. This is the kind of guy I ALWAYS want to buy a car from!!!

I usually am not one to bring my vehicle to a dealership for repair or maintenance but since purchasing my Toyota Avalon hybrid I started taking it to Wilde Toyota and they have done an excellent job with all maintenance and repair needs for my car. There are at least two other Toyota dealerships closer to me than Wilde Toyota which shows I highly recommend there service department.

My husband sold GM vehicles for many years and has very high expectations on how dealerships conduct themselves in the sales process. Emma 's listening skills made the process a pleasure. Ian the sales manager provided the deal making figures and P.J. the finance manager outlined the payment and warranty options. We enjoy the new American built Toyota! Good Job Wilde!

One word for Wilde Toyota CORUPT Jay Hyatt helped me and swindled his way into me purchasing a car by telling me they would take care of my current leased car. Meaning I would not have to pay the excess miles I went over and would not have to pay the early termination fee. He said don t worry about anything we will take care of all of the excess fees. They had someone inspect my leased vehicle and told me to give them my keys and they would dirop it off at Wilde dodge for me. Two months go by I get a bill for my leased vehicle for $4000! I try to call jay and get passed along to the sales manager who says I have to pay for their bill. Do not do business with them unless you want to get a dirty salesman making promises they will not keep.

Excellent car buying experience. My representative Cody was especially helpful in helping me find the right car for me, and I never felt pressured to commit to something I didn't want or need. Would definitely buy another used vehicle here.

Had an Awesome experience buying a new Toyota Pick Up at Wilde. Our salesman was Jordan Arsnow and he was so personable and helpful. Very easy to talk to and we hIghly recommend you ask for him if you are in the market for a new Toyota. That s what we did after we saw a review noting he did an great deal for another person. He listened to our needs, did not try to steer us to anything else, brought a pick up to the front door for us to test drive right away, and asked us our opinion of the truck when we returned it.

We were very pleased with the comfort, design and price so we said Yes to the truck. We proceeded with the purchase paperwork online at his desk while he got everything in motion to get the truck detailed and transfer our plates. Then he had us meet with finance dept, where we worked with Anthony Smith, another very professional and courteous experience. He presented everything we needed to see regarding the payment, optional extra warranty options and finalized it all quite efficiently, then John the sales manager reviewed everything and we drove home with our new Toyota pick up truck.

A few days back we found a Toyota Highlander through Wilde online. When we called we talked to Shilong who helps with internet sales and he was able to put aside the highlander for us so we could come and look at it. With the help of Tony C and John P who were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient as well as Sam and Mike A. who helped us with all of the financing we are now proud owners of a 2017 Toyota Highlander. We had a really great experience with Wilde Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience! I drove three hours on Monday for what I thought was to fill out paperwork and pick up our Toyota Highlander! My husband negotiated everything online with Amanda who was great. I wish we could have continued working with her but instead we were referred to a salesperson who clearly was unfamiliar with the fact everything was already agreed upon. Jordan was great until I started asking questions about things that didn t make sense. Was very demeaning and condescending like I was an idiot. I walked out and went to Toyota of Brookfield and walked out of there few hours later with an even better deal! So in the end Wilde did me a favor because I saved a great deal of money.

I had my tires changed on my 2014 Toyota Avalon, and also had the alignment done both front and back. David Olguin and Dale Fife took great care of me. I was extremely satisfied with the work done.

David Olguin is an awesome Assistant Service Manager. He took great care of me and made sure all of my cars needs were taken care of. Go see David if you want excellent service!!

"Buying a new, used car has never been so easy! "

Finding a superb, used car isn't easy, especially when there are so many options to choose from. I have always serviced my cars at Wilde Toyota in the past and have always had wonderful service. This was my first experience buying a car from here. My salesperson, Terry Dies, was very friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. He gave me an amazing deal! He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. He just wanted to absolutely make sure I was satisfied. He's even called me several times after my purchase to see if I was STILL satisfied. That doesn't happen often. The sales manager, John Plockelman, was extremely pleasant to work with as well. Our finance portion was handled by Anthony Yung. He was great to work with and was fast and efficient too! I will definitely buy my next car here in the future. I also advise anyone that's reading my review to do the same! Thank you Wilde Toyota!

We just purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander from Wilde Toyota and it was a great experience. We don't enjoy the new car buying process so to give our sales team 5 stars takes exceptional service. Our salesperson was Rachel and she did a phenomenal job! She was very responsive with regard to setting up an appointment, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a delight to negotiate with. Her sales manager, Ian, made a brief introduction and was very friendly. PJ, our finance guru, was personable and quick to get our paperwork done so we could be on our way. It was a great buying experience. I would recommend them to family and/or friends.

Easy car buying process with Rachel L, Noman, and Ian.

Made an appointment online for the following day. Walked in the door and was met promptly by "Big Mike" at the specified time. He was friendly and helpful and made sure I got what I needed. The car purchasing process was quick and easy with no frills or fuss. I'll definitely be considering my next purchase at Wilde Toyota, although apparently Corollas are dependable and last quite awhile so it'll be a few years yet :)

After purchasing 3 vehicles over the course of 20 years...and spending thousands in the service department...no call back from bill Haney or any other service manager to discuss issue....very disappointing.... Actually disgraceful

We drove 2 hours to Wilde after finding the exact car we were looking for online. Our salesman, Prentiss e-mailed us before we made the trip to let us know the vehicle was still available and there were special offers that we could take advantage of. Upon arriving at the dealer, we met with Prentiss and he took us on the test drive and did all the initial paperwork. Less than 1 hour later, we were back in financing to sign the papers and after roughly 2 total hours in the dealership, we were headed home in our brand new 2020 Corolla. I have bought & financed several cars over the years and this was by far the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealer. There was no pressure and our salesman went over the whole vehicle with us before we left the lot. Wilde Toyota in our experience was top notch and the process went extremely smooth. I couldn't say anything bad about Wilde Toyota as everything went smooth and perfectly buying a new car. Specifically Neal Jensen helped us out greatly and was very knowledgeable on every questioned we asked. Neal never pushed us into anything and he only gave his honest opinion and great smile.
