I leased a 2020 Corolla, my salesperson was Prentiss Farsee Jr. I just want to express how much I appreciate his patients, attention to details, and consideration he demonstrated towards me. I think he is an exceptional Salesman as well as a person. I called him Monday to let him know about some damage that happened in a store parking lot on this past Sunday, he told me to bring it in today. He took a look at it, went to check on what company Wilde Toyota recommends and drove me to CARSTAR, met Terry Dunsworth. Terry took down my information, said they will fix it. Prentiss Has been so patient with me and helping me understand how my new car works. I hope you keep him as an employee for many years. I will recommend him and Wilde Toyota if I hear anyone needing a car. I am very happy with my car and the service I have received.
