First experience at a car dealership. Not only was there a great deal of professionalism with the finance manager Veljo, our sales rep Leonard also intrigued me in terms of how the dealership industry works. There was no jargon that you hear about in cinema/comedians with car salesman. It almost seemed like Leonard made an even greater effort to show that Wilde Toyota cares greatly about mutual relations with customers.
We worked with salesperson Kieshon Washington, sales manager Ian Johnson, and finance manager Mike A.
Everyone was very helpful and thorough, and went out of his way to make sure our questions were answered. Kieshon stayed past closing to go over the controls on the car we bought.
We test drove two cars, and when Kieshon showed up with the second one, he had already adjust the seat to match what I did with the first one. That's service.
Our salesperson Jim C. was very attentive to my needs. His knowledge and experience made this purchase a breeze. Jim C. and the manager Ian went the extra mile for me to make sure that the car my wife wanted was found and delivered. I highly recommend these gentlemen. WStikl
Matt W & Chris W were absolutely outstanding we got there around 1pm and Matt helped us pick the right vehicle for us he went above and beyond even staying till almost 8pm even though he was supposed to leave at 3pm. Chris definitely closed the deal and got us everything we wanted and need for the price we wanted. In all it was an amazing experience and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!

It was a pleasure to buy from Wilde and work with Jaime. In my first visit I was greeted at the door and introduced to Jaime within moments. I did not have an appointment, but showed him an internet post of the car I was interested in. Less than 10 minutes later I was driving away on my first test drive. I went back later in the day to put a deposit. Today when we arrived to pick up the car, the person at the door recognized me and paged Jaime immediately. The car was ready and all the paperwork was done efficiently. We finished fast enough that we had time to test drive 4 cars that interest my husband. Jaime was happy to get them and have them ready for us to drive.
I was at another dealership where I was not taken seriously and they wasted my time. Here there was no pressure to buy, no negotiation needed because they offered a good car at a good price.
We will definitely shop at Wilde again.
It was my first time getting a car. I had a really good experience and got a nice deal. Tony C. Yaj came out and helped me find a decent car. Excellent Customer service and Matt Hasting the sales manager really worked with me in lowering down the price. I will go back there again
Update: I'm having the worst experience with the finance department. I've noticed that extra protection plans have been added on my car and been trying to work to get it cancelled. I didn't know because nothing was explained. I've requested for the finish copy of all the cancelled protection plans because of the lost of trust I have. I've called several and went in person to get everything cancelled. I left them message to confirm and verify so that I no longer have to worry about it not being processed. All I want is copies of the completed forums so I know that I wont have to stress out about it not being done. Nothing was received nor my concern. The person who was assisting was Norman Astrad who was helpful at first but afterwards didn't care to reassure me that everything was taken care of.
I was happy with the service here. They were prompt and professional! Eric Ferra in particular was a delight to work with.

We were unexpectedly in the market for a new car after a drunk driver annihilated our Sienna. Thank God for the safety features on that minivan and for keeping my family unharmed. Forced into an unwanted situation and having visited other dealerships, we begrudgingly went to Wilde Toyota. We didn t even get in the door when we met Giuseppe Fuoti! My husband told him our situation and Giuseppe immediately became the bright spot in our dark day. He won us over with his fun personality and worked hard to get us a good deal. We ve never had a sales guy work so hard to get our business, but it paid off! After all the paperwork was complete, he sat in the car with us and went over all the features in the car. He was a genuinely good guy and his playful personality will be remembered for the next time we re in the market for a car! This is my third time buying a vehicle from Wilde Toyota and I always go with Lee. He sold me my 2009 Corolla my wife s 2016 sienna and now my 2017 Avalon. Between Lee and management this was a very good experience as usual. Then Q in finance came and topped everything off with a low interest rate, will always go back to Wilde for my vehicle needs.

I wasn't able to take delivery of the car right away, and they were fine with letting it stay on their lot for a few days and then swapping 2 sets of plates.
I had a friend recommend Phil Lo, she had bought a Camry there earlier this Summer and said he did a great job. Phil was engaging and very attentive. He sat beside patiently while my husband and I went back and forth between prices, make and model, and year, of a vehicle to buy. He had plenty of advice at every turn. We had our preference narrowed down to the Rav 4, Highlander, and Pilot. Phil got us in each one of them and after a test run, and a glance at the Carfax, we were sold. John came out and explained the importance of being Toyota certified. He seemed to really know the ins and outs of trade-ins and financing. We ended up with a Highlander and after 2 days, could not be more pleased. We will definitely recommend Wilde in the future and hope that when our friends work with Phil, he will give them the VIP treatment we felt he gave us.
I got my car serviced yesterday and my service guy was awesome from the start. Garus Lengyel was such a gentleman and kind and very informative. I highly recommend David Alguin for service on your vehicle. After buying a used Toyota several years ago; I didn t know who I could trust! With a Toyota I knew I needed to get my services there and tried a few employees at various locations until I found the most honest, kind and helpful and personable man who does not overcharge but always gives you the best deal; David Alguin! With my oil changes, I also get the full multipoint inspection, tire rotation, and car wash included! David then shares an approximate time for servicing needs rather than immediate pressure to replace something that still has some life in it! When I do need something replaced or serviced he has never once overcharged me ! I highly recommend David Alguin whenever you need your car serviced at Wilde Toyota!

Great buying experience. Our Salesman Jordan was very helpful, friendly, patient, answered all of our questions, let us take a new 2018 Rav4 for a test drive which we actually purchased. The Sales Manager David and Finance Person PJ were polite, no pressure, not rushed, explained finance options, and extra warranty options. We were quoted one loan rate early in the process, and when we went to sign, the rate was slightly lower (yay). It was nice to be greeted or acknowledged by other employees too ... the inside cleaning lady, and the guy outside who was putting on the finishing touches for a different customer ... they seemed happy to be working there. We recommend Wilde Toyota for your next car, as down the road we will probably buy from them again.
My husband and I just purchased a 2018 Toyota Carolla. This is the second car I've bought from Toyota. Jako and Phil Lo were FANTASTIC! We had to come in twice because Phil lo wanted to negotiate us a better rate (which he did!!!) AND Jako helped us make sure we knew exactly what to do with our car when we came in. (He also double checked everything was ready to go multiple times)
Car buying is not "fun," but Jako and Phil Lo make it genuinely not a bad experience. (It's mostly like who will get our next car from as well)

Purchasing my first Toyota
I have owned Chevy trucks my entire life and thought my next purchase would be another Chevy. That changed based on how impressed I was with the general manager at Wilde Toyota, Joe Zanella. He went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered and every concern I had addressed. He then turned me over to Rob Davis who worked extremely hard to make sure the buying process was smooth and quick. If there is a better run dealership than Wilde Toyota I would be extremely surprised. The best way I can sum up my buying experience is that they made me feel like a family member they were looking out for. Everybody talks about customer service but many times you feel like it is forced. At Wilde they delivered on every promise and you could feel that the effort was genuine. Going to tell everybody I know about the outstanding experience I had at Wilde Toyota!!!

I needed a new car and I needed one ASAP. Really wanted a Rav4. Don help explain the differences between the LE and XLE and because of the added safety features I went with the XLE. Everyone worked hard to get me the vehicle and within my payment range. Will recommend to others and make sure you see Don Byington to put you in a new Toyota! "Q" was great too helping me get the car financed through my bank and with the best interest rate available!

Two weeks ago, I bought a 2016 Prius C from Wilde. My father purchased all of our cars there growing up, and I purchased my previous vehicle from them in 2010. I absolutely love my car, despite the difficulties working with the dealer.
The sales person I worked with, Big Mike, was pushy and didn't seem to like that I was asking a lot of questions about the vehicle, warranties, etc. I was raised around cars and know the right questions to ask when purchasing a used vehicle. Maybe he thought I would be an "easy sell" because I'm a young woman? Who knows.
The finance person, whose name I can't remember, knew what he was doing but seemed personally offended when I told him I would finance through them only if they could BEAT the interest rate my bank offered me. They just wanted to MATCH it. They did offer me a better interest rate, so I did finance with them in the end. Besides taking everything so personally, he was very informative.
This is the real kicker for me. Last week, I received a call from someone named Roberto to come in and get my keyfob, as this Prius just has the key with it. I called and left a voicemail to set up a time. When I didn't get a phone call back, I called the used cars department and got transferred to Big Mike. He told me he would "connect" with Roberto to call me back. I haven't heard back from either of them. I'm going to have to call AGAIN today to see if I talk to someone who can actually set up this appointment for me, even though I gave Big Mike a day/times that would work for me. Those times will more than likely pass and this will cause even more of a delay. I shouldn't have to work this hard for a product that was included with the price of my car. What kind of customer service is that?
My family has purchased a TON of vehicles from Wilde, and I've always gone there because I've been told they were the best. Next time I purchase a vehicle, I'll be looking elsewhere.
I wish i could give this place zero stars because the finance department is stealing almost $3000 from me and refuses to refund me or even talk to me. DO NOT GO HERE. They are horrible people and will steal from you and not help you out.
Edit: They did finally call me back and were over eager to help me. That's a plus. So thanks to the manager that called me.

I setup my appointment by first going to CostCo and looking for a dealer. I like the idea that the dealer when wording through CostCo will give a lower price without having to negotiate. I pressed enter on the CostCo site and received a call within less than 5 minutes from the dealer. Jordan Arsnow and David Volpano were very patient with me. We took a test drive and I liked the car very much. I did not purchase a car. They were very very professional showing great customer service and skill. I will very likely be back when the time is right to purchase the car.
David O was helpful and efficient in the service department. He provided a discount and it was affordable for service at a dealership.

I have to say that I m not happy about my entire experience with Toyota at this location since I purchased my first Toyota Camry last year. The sales person was not very professional. In addition, there was lack of communication during the purchase transaction. Nevertheless, after a few months (and recently) the vehicle needed service. If it was not enough bad experience, the service department staff (SOME OF THEM) lack major customer service skills. Tried calling the service department manager (twice), left a voicemail, and until today, haven t been contacted. Thanks Toyota.
We were referred to the dealership and to Kevin by my parents who purchased a car from him the week before. They had been very pleased with their experience. It made us feel more comfortable with the process having been referred to them. We researched online in advance and went to the dealership with some idea as to what we were looking for. Kevin helped us out and found the vehicles we'd been interested in from the website. We test drove two Toyota Venzas and two Toyota Camrys. We decided the Venza would suit our family best and loved the vehicle and all it's features. We sat down with Kevin to go over numbers. We felt we needed more time to think about such a significant purchase. Kevin was very patient and not at all pushy. He offered to let us take the vehicle home for the weekend to give it more thought. Good one Kevin, way to make us love it even more! (HA!) It was nice to have some extra time to process things. We came back on Monday and sealed the deal with Kevin and went through the financing process with Matt. He was also very friendly and explained things thoroughly.
The only suggestion we would have is to update the website more regularly. It may have been because the weekend was so busy at the dealership but there were a couple of vehicles we saw online that were no longer available (or perhaps just on hold, so maybe not possible). We would've also found it helpful if under the "payment calculator" it had a note stating that those estimated calculator payments did not include taxes and fees that will be rolled in.
Overall, our experience was a great one and we are thrilled with our Venza! We highly recommend the dealership and Kevin and will return in the future.
I want to thank Joe McKearn for everything he did to put me in my car. I had a rough start with buying a car this time around and he went out on that lot and found the car meant just for me and made sure he did what it took to send me home in that car. Thanks again Joe!!

PJ did a wonderful job explaining all of the details concerning the functionality of the vehicle. Rachael and PJ walked us through the process of returning the leased vehicle we had in exchange for another Highlander. David worked a fantastic deal for us. Real happy with the monthly payment he was able to work out for us. We had a trailer hitch removed from the vehicle we turned in. Bryan did a great job getting the hitched removed and installed on the new vehicle. The whole crew made for a great experience.

Wilde Toyota treated my parents greatly, my parents were able get a car at a reasonable price thanks to them being honest with what they needed and our salesman Ramsee Miller managed to get that price by trying to find the best options that he could find. I thought the environment was very comfy and we were even offered drinks if we needed some. Our financial manager, Michael Amos handle our money, showing us various opinions and recommendations on what best ways we could handle things. The staff in general is very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed how they are able to treat their customers.

Just bought a 2018 RAV4 from Rachel Lovora at Wilde. We've purchased many cars over the years and this has been the best experience ever! Rachel was professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. Something my husband and I appreciated. She was willing to work with us to get a car with all the features we wanted at a very decent price. She also spent time explaining the differences of the add-on packages and in doing so saved us $500. Showroom and customer service areas are very clean and comfortable. Have dealt with other Toyota dealers in the area and this one, I feel is honest and has really good customer service. Go there for your next car!

Stopped in 3 weeks ago, after getting a decent e -price. Took a test drive in the 4Runner we wanted. You looked at my vehicle, came back gave me the worst trade in appraisal. What a joke, dealer pretty much told me my Toyota shouldn't be on the road. Took my Toyota to Carmax and I sold it for $3500 more than you fools offered me. Life is good I bought the same 4Runner out of Madison. Never again dealing with you crooks.

I had a very poor experience at Wilde Toyota and will not be returning as a customer. I bought a Toyota Prius and found out when I received the keys that there was only one key fob. Shame on me for not inquiring about that beforehand. Where I found Wilde severely lacking was their communication after the fact. I contacted my salesman about obtaining another key and received no response. For the next two weeks I continued to receive the run around as far as who I should talk to, when I should come in, and what the cost would be to me. Wanting to get some concrete solutions, I spoke with a manager today whose response was rude and condescending. Wilde must do a better job training their employees and ensuring they are thorough and respectful in their follow up and communication. There are plenty of other dealers in the Milwaukee area and I will be giving them my business going forward.

Hey, buying a car is not something I really look forward to. It's a major expense, and can be a real hassle and ordeal. So, I'm taking the time to write a review because my husband and I just had a wonderful experience with Wilde Toyota from start to finish. We worked with Tom Provost and he was a wonderful salesman. Not at all pushy and you can tell he sincerely wants his customers to be happy with their purchase and get the right car for their needs. He is patient and knows all the ins and outs of the high tech cars that Toyota makes these days. If he didn't have an answer for us right away, he found the right person to help us. We came in late in the evening and he stayed til closing to help us get the right car. You can tell that Tom is passionate about Toyota vehicles and he's just so easy and fun to work with. Not at all what one expects in what is usually a painful purchasing experience. The sales manger Ian J. was great too. Very enthusiastic and helpful. Chris in finance is great too and makes financing a car fun if you can believe that! All in all a great team to work with and hopefully we won't have to buy a car for many years, but if we did, we'd go back to this team.

Kenny A. was truly the best salesperson I have ever worked with, while purchasing a car. As someone who has not had the best experience at times, purchasing a new car, the salesperson is the most important part of the experience to me. Kenny was so fantastic. I was trying to decide on the right car and if I should buy or lease and he put everything on paper, showing me the difference for all of my options. He took the time to go through the details, and I never felt like he was rushing me so he could move on to the next person - something I truly hate.
Ian, the sales manager, ran the numbers quickly, and made sure the process was clear and smooth.
Anthony, in finance, gave me an honest breakdown of additional options and made the paperwork go fast.

David Olguin was the Service Manager who helped me solve my car problem in a matter of minutes. He could hear the noise I was talking about in my car and helped me solve the issue right away. He haf his master tech drive with me and they identified and resolved the problem in under 20 mins. He really valued my concerns and made me a priotiry.
