We just purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander from Wilde Toyota and it was a great experience. We don't enjoy the new car buying process so to give our sales team 5 stars takes exceptional service. Our salesperson was Rachel and she did a phenomenal job! She was very responsive with regard to setting up an appointment, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a delight to negotiate with. Her sales manager, Ian, made a brief introduction and was very friendly. PJ, our finance guru, was personable and quick to get our paperwork done so we could be on our way. It was a great buying experience. I would recommend them to family and/or friends.
