Unfortunately I had a very negative experience! I drove three hours on Monday for what I thought was to fill out paperwork and pick up our Toyota Highlander! My husband negotiated everything online with Amanda who was great. I wish we could have continued working with her but instead we were referred to a salesperson who clearly was unfamiliar with the fact everything was already agreed upon. Jordan was great until I started asking questions about things that didn t make sense. Was very demeaning and condescending like I was an idiot. I walked out and went to Toyota of Brookfield and walked out of there few hours later with an even better deal! So in the end Wilde did me a favor because I saved a great deal of money.
