Hector WAS VERY PATIENT and went out of his way to find us a vechicle that fit our needs and our price range. We definately WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN.

Purchased a certified Honda from Mike B on Saturday. Very happy with my experience.

Update: I drove my car to MN on a trip and 48 hours after purchasing I am having to have the transfer case replaced. I am stuck in MN until it is fixed and I had to ask for rental coverage. I have demanded they reinspect it after I return from my trip and was not impressed with the apology from their GM. After buying a certifed vehicle for over $16,500 I am very unhappy with the way they have handled this major issue.

Just got a CRV from Wilde! Dogan was amazing in getting the financing done with a great rate! Really came through for this single paramedic mom! And just in time for my trip!

Worked out a deal we were happy with in only 2 hours

I was surprised to find out only 2 days later after my visit for oil change and inspection at Wilde Honda that front break pads were worn out and battery needed replacement and was running very low. I m not sure if they even checked it or not? Battery was check ok and pads were marked : need future attention?!

The guys at Wilde Honda are great! The salesman I worked with, Tom, was easily one of the best car salesmen I ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He was knowledgable, honest, and really made sure I had everything I needed before and after the sale. When you re looking to buy a car, you can buy the same car just about anywhere; so why not buy from a place where the service really shines? My wife and I bought a used car from Jon Kent at Wilde Honda. This was our first time buying a car, and we had a great experience. We came in unsure of exactly what model we wanted and Jon helped us find a car that checked all the boxes on our wishlist. Jon is a patient and attentive salesman. Jon worked with us for an afternoon and showed us quite a few cars until we found the one we wanted, but was understanding when we wanted to think for a night and do some research on the car. My wife mentioned that we prefer our windows tinted darker than factory tint. When we told Jon we were coming back the next day to see the car again, he had the service center tint the windows before we got there. A great surprise at no extra cost to us! Overall, a great experience, and we would recommend Wilde for anyone shopping for a car.

Transparency is missing, lot of hidden cost, they will not show while buying car.
Litterrally they make me to beg to get my deposit refund.

We bought a brand new 2018 Honda Odessey in July 2018. It had an electrical problem that would shut down the entire system, and cause the alarm to go off at unpredictable times. We ve brought it in for service 4 times since buying the van to fix this problem. The first time they confirmed a 7:30 appt on the phone, but actually scheduled it for 8:30. The second time they called us in just to realize they didn t actually order the part to fix it. The third time they then told us to plan 2 hours, it took 8 - with no updates or returned calls throughout the day. The 4th time they didn t have the loaner car they promised twice in the week prior to bringing it in. Every time the service reps were rude, as if we were inconveniencing them.

I understand you can t predict car repair timelines, and not everything runs perfectly in even brand new cars. However, all my husband and I have tried to do is plan how to get ourselves and kids to work/school/daycare when we didn t have the only vehicle that fits all 5 of us. Kindness and communication go a long way - this poor review is not for the problematic brand new car but for the repeated rudeness and lack of communication from the employees of this dealership.

Tyler Ducharme helped me find a reliable car for my college bound son. Tyler is very knowledgeable and honest. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of low mileage older model vs higher mileage later model. His input resulted in a purchase I am very satisfied with. This is the second car I purchased at Wilde Honda through Tyler.

Me and my wife came into Wilde Honda just to look at options for the future and a couple hours later we drove off in a new suv. John Sudano came over to say hello and after talking to him we realized he s not your typical salesman and he really got to know us and wasn t pushy at all. This was one place I would say you All need to stop when looking for a used car , I was out all week from Elkhound to Whitefish Bay Looking for a used car. I received a text from Wilde in Waukesha to come out and check out a 2011 GMC equinox . Took it for a test ride and ended up taking it home for cheaper then the price. The staff in the service department are great. They are friendly and do good work. I feel as if the price I pay may be higher than other options in the area but the convenience and service are worth it.

First time servicing my car here. Guy named Al helped me with my repairs and took care of my car well. Lobby area is nice and well maintained. Will definitely be going back for routine maintenance. It might be more expensive than a private mechanic but a private mechanic only services the single item you need. Dealerships will make sure you cars fluids, pressures, etc. Are at the proper levels.

I ve heard bad things about the customer service, professionalism and integrity of the stuff. Probably not the best place if you want to be treated with respect, sincerity and quality service.

Wilde Honda helped me feel comfortable and confident buying my first car. Chandler Tedlie made looking at cars fun but he also was super informed and genuinely cared about my input. He wasn't pushy like most car salesman and didn't rush us. Chandler was patient and you can tell he loves his job. He made the taxing process of car shopping enjoyable. Richard Seiling was very genuine and helpful when it came down to the numbers and actual financials. He made sure you understood everything you were signing and was transparent about the whole process. Great service. I went in expecting to visit a number of dealers, or at least see a large number of cars. Chris Krause showed me the exact vehicles that fit our specifications... practical and financial. We were out of there with a new car that we are incredibly happy with in around 2 hours!

Bought a used car for my wife and our salesman, Chandler, was attentive and brought a little humor to the process to lighten the mood. While we didn t buy on our first visit, we did work with Chandler over email and text message and cane back to the dealership the next day to close the deal. Chris, who closed out the financials, was efficient and friendly didn t try to push to hard in add-ons. Overall, a good buying experience.

Had a great buying experience with Chandler and Eugene. I haven't bought a car in years as it's a big purchase in one's life. They found us a great car at a great deal for our expanding Family that met all of our needs. Today, 6/27/20, I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my vehicle. The advisor was very polite and took care of me well. When my vehicle was done he came and got me from the waiting room and went over my paperwork. The tech says I need rear brakes and they are at 2 mm and all my wipers are fine. Which I knew my rear wiper was bad. So when I got home I decided to do my rear brakes and wiper myself. I took the rear tires off and inspectedthe rear break. The were only 2 mm from being brand knew. So I figured maybe they mean the front. Took those tires off and they were about the same. I feel bad for the advisor for bringing false inspection reports done by a really dishonest tech. I will never bring my vehicle again to this location. I brought the pictures of the pads and wiper blade to the service manager and he had absolutely nothing to say except that the pads are fine and he was going to get me a wiper blade. I declined the wiper because I already changed it.

We came to Wilde after visiting a few used car dealerships. We were looking to trade in our car for something smaller and they by far gave us the most for our trade. We worked with Chandler. He was great! Super patient with us and well prepared for our appointment. He already had cars picked out and pulled up for test drives. He also worked with us and his boss Eugene to get us a fair price. We ended up financing the vehicle and that process was great too. We worked with Chris Kay. I really felt like he was looking out for our best interest in the process. We would definitely recommend Wilde Honda!

My experience was horrible!
Dishonest....Don t stick to their commitments....Unbelievable lie....Don t know how to talk to customer nicely.....

I will never ever return to this dealership. I had a good experience shopping my car in past. Looks like wild honda has been changed what it used to be. I came to the dealership. We agreed on price for a new car. Everything was going well. Got a contract to sign. I and sales associate went over the contract again and numbers were not matching as per what we agreed upon. She understood the math and went back to correct the contract. I have no complaints for her.
Now the drama begins. Suddenly man from the finance(or whoever he is) jump in and said you have to pay some fees, taxes and blah blah.... I can clearly see that it s already included in the contract. I was expecting him to correct the price in contract since it was not matching what we agreed upon. Instead he was asking $1000 more than what was written in contract. That person needs to learn how to talk to customer as well.

Is it a good strategy to show the dreams of car with less price then make the customer frustrated by this drama and close the deal? => No, Its absolutely not!

That was my worst experience I had ever. It just wasted my 4 hours and frustration was bonus.

I do not recommend to go anyone there.

My husband and I drove ninety minutes to Wilde Honda to look at a used Honda Pilot. The salesman we worked with Jon Kent was great to work with and made the whole experience easy and the trip worth while. We purchased a Honda Pilot and realized when we got home that we forgot to get the floor mats put in. I called Jon Kent the next day since we live so far and he said no problem and would ship them out the same day. I would recommend this car dealership if you are looking for a Honda and I will buy my next car at Wilde Honda.

Mike in sales and the rest of the Wilde Honda staff were very professional. Very clean showroom and service area. Attention to detail in every aspect of car buying... excellent! After shopping four other local Honda car dealerships, this was by far the best experience!

We were looking for a car for a 16 year old and after visiting many dealerships we decided to stop by Wilde Honda. We were so fortunate to meet Jay Z. He made us feel comfortable by answering all our questions. He even stayed late! I can honestly say I have not had a better car experience.
