Mark and Eugene were both very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me financing and the car that I wanted. They did an excellent job! Thank you both for what you did! I would definitely recommend and will be back when its time to purchase another vehicle.

We did not find the vehicle we ended up purchasing here but it was not for lack of them trying. We worked with both Adam in sales and the sales manager who I believe was named Matt. While I can't attest to their honesty in negotiation or fees, their pricing is reasonable and Adam went above and beyond to make sure we could test drive anything we wanted. He searched the lot, their site, offered us some alternatives that seemed pretty enticing but at the end of the day we just couldn't find the right vehicle. We really appreciate the effort Adam put in and how he ran through the rain to get us covered by his umbrella, got us several sets of keys, and was just generally a down to earth guy that didn't fit the used car salesman stereotype.

Tyler Du charme is the best salesmen there is, here at Wilde Honda! He helped find my grandma the PERFECT vehicle. It is everything she needed plus more for just the right price! I told him what she required and he pulled up the first vehicle and that was the one! It took us less then an hour to have everything signed, switched over & out the door with the new car! If you want to be treated with respect and listened to when you say what you want and how much you want to spend, go see Hector in used sales and work with Eugene (sales manager) on a price. They were both wonderful to work with over the course of a couple days. They worked with us to get us the deal we wanted, and we felt they were up front and honest. We didn t feel pressured at all when we wanted to go home and sleep/think about it. So we came back and continued to receive quality service. Thanks Hector and Eugene!

My first impression and last impression was with Dino Hairic Internet Sales &KBB Acquisition Manager.

I have never dealt with especially a manager who would not respond to my emails even after I showed interest in a vehicle purchase. I had asked to send me more pictures of the vehicle as I lived far away and wanted to assess condition of vehicle prior to taking a long trip. He did not reply, and I kept getting what seems to be automated replies asking if I was still interested in the vehicle.

I wrote to Dino I had asked for picutres of vehicle and you never responded to my question, and keep sending this email from your email which are automated.

I get his reply that I will see if I can get someone to get the pictures, but after that email, again same story starts where I keep getting same kind of autmated emails, and no actual response from him whether pictures got lost on the way:) or nothing.

That is the worst customer experience, and this way they will lose business for sure if they don't really care about their customers, and just rely on automated system to keep sending emails to customers just like we get junk mail in our mail.

On Thursday, February 22,2018, I took my 2015 nissan quest for a service at Wilde Honda. I was frustrated and did not want to spend too much money on repairs and was not a happy person that day. The service advisor I met with on the day was Alan Schultz.

Alan Schultz, was very professional, and honest. I was expecting to pay couple hundreds for repair, but he was able to get it diagnosed and fix the issue without any cost to me and included a free car wash while being professional at all times and explained everything to me very nicely. I highly recommend him and thank him for his work. Thank you and I will be back for more business.

Mike Bendall was awesome... I had just come in to test drive a possibility, got in maybe 90 min before the dealer closed, and 15 minutes before it started pouring. Mike came out and caught me trying to walk the lot and locate the car, and had it brought out ready to roll in 5 minutes. Luckily, I got to test it in the storm, and mike started paperwork when I got back, and even scrounged me up some coffee! They were able to slap plates on it 15 minutes before they closed, and I then had to figure out how to get 2 cars back to the east side, as i really had just gone to 'look', and so i'd gone solo :p

With him and his manager, Mike, there was no negotiating or hassle. They named a price, showed how it was fair, and no painful negotiations were needed. Great experience!

Working with Chandler and Dogan was the best thing to ever have happened! I m a first time buyer and I was nervous that I wouldn t get the car I ve wanted for years. I spent a long time researching features and preferences towards this new car and managed to finally find it. Once I called Wilde Honda to make a driving test, they immediately paired me with Chandler and he was super awesome chatting with on the phone setting up a time. I notified my mother would be coming with and he embraced her completely. Chandler continued to communicate and help me with financial questions and worries by texting me, which was super convenient and helpful because I don t always have the time to call on the phone or email a response. Anytime I had a question or he had one, our communication helped gear the packages and warranties towards my lifestyle, which Dogan would help tremendously later with. Chandler helped with the financial application set up for me and my mother, as she had to co-sign for me to have the car, and worked with her working schedule during the entire process. After driving and testing tons of the features in the car, I knew it was a perfect fit.

After confirming the desire to purchase the vehicle then and there, Chandler helped explain how Dogan would break down the financials so that I wouldn t feel overwhelmed with information overload. Once my mother and I met Dogan, he was an extremely awesome guy to chat with. He talked with us to get to know our lifestyles and personalities. He helped explain the best financial routes for us and included the warranty packages that would help me keep my car in pristine condition, safe, and have high quality maintenance. It showed that he cared for me and cared what my mother preferred for the vehicle as well. I loved the entire experience. These two coordinated with compassion and great communication in such a way that I didn t feel like a newbie or dumb for not knowing any of the car lingo or information. I felt safe, calm, and understood in every way possible. Best experience ever. Easily recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to them! Likely will be having my parents purchasing in the future as well as my mother was very impressed!

We've had our vehicles serviced at Wilde for years, and this was our first vehicle purchase there.
I found a car we were looking for at a reasonable price, and called about it.
Hector was great to work with. He made sure the car was ready for a test drive appointment and was flexible throughout the sales process. Max made the financing as easy as it can be, and explained everything clearly.
I look forward to good ongoing service.

Do not take your car here for service, you will regret it. I called a week in advance to make an appointment (talked to judith bredlow)and order the parts, they never ordered them. I luckily called the day before and Shawn in parts had to order them. I went in for a major maintenance service to replace my timing belt. I took my car there on Tuesday morning at 7am and gave it to Yia Xiong in service. This was to be a one day service. I didnt get my car back until Thursday afternoon. For $1,188.92 I got a car delivered back to me barely running and died multiple times while trying to leave the dealership. They installed my timing off a tooth which can and will cause major internal engine problems. Zero apologizes, zero compensation, zero accountability for thier mistake. They refused to document in their system that they made this error as they do not want to be held responsible for the future damages this could cause.

I am so late with my review! A couple months ago I purchased my 2016 CRV. With my busy life it is hard to have time to even look at cars. Peter in sales was so helpful and VERY patient with my indecisiveness. He really deserves an award. Richard in finance was incredible! He worked hard on getting me what I wanted and took the time to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Now that I have moved, Wilde Honda is definitely out of the way but this experience has made it hard to go anywhere else.

He showed us exactly what we were looking for and even related to us from one parent to another who shared the same concerns that he had when his kids were younger. Horrible experience! Drove 6 hours from Michigan t...

Horrible experience! Drove 6 hours from Michigan to Milwaukee to find a car and ended up at Wilde Honda in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Ended up loving the first car I found and was going to buy it. They wouldn t let me buy the car with an out of state check which is almost never heard of! So I wasted 4 hours there and left without a car! They had me spend $40 to over night a check for the car to them since they wouldn t take one when I was there even though I have $7,000 line of credit when the car was listed for less than $5,000. Then a week later drove back 6 hours and finally got the car. They gave me a temporary plate since they said they couldn t plate it since I was a Michigan resident. I told them that was only for school and I had Wisconsin insurance. This was my first time buying a car so I didn t know any better when they said I d have to register the plates myself. So after I got the car with it s temporary plate my mom and I went to go transfer my plates from my old car to my new one. We were then told by the DMV that we weren t allowed to and BY LAW if a Wisconsin dealership sells you a car then they have to transfer the plates themselves. We called them that day (three weeks ago) and keep getting told we will be called back and they will fix it. They NEVER call back and haven t fixed it. My plates expire in 6 days.

We arrived thinking we d just browse the used car inventory. Adam Messenger greeted us and quickly worked to understand what we were looking for and patiently showed us car after car. The sales team did not listen to what I was looking for. I came in for a specific car, but it was sold by the time I came in. Which is fine and understandable. When I told them that I wasn t interested in anything else, the salesman tried to get me to look at something totally different than what I need and way over my budget. When I said I wasn t interested again, he brought his manager in and he asked me what do I have to do to get you in a car today which led me to believe that all he is interested is getting a sale. Very unprofessional sales people. I want to be helped not sold something so you can make commission.

Update: the manager called me after seeing this review to ask me to change the review. He did not call to ask me what happened or why I was upset. I appreciate the sentiment so I will change the rating from 1-star to 3-stars just because of how the recovery was handled.

Update: they tried calling again so it s going back to a 1-star because I m kinda weirded out at this point.

We just bought a 2015 Honda Pilot and worked with Tyler Zane. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We purchased the car and he made the experience painless! We will definately contact him in the future! However, Andrew in the financing department was absolutely horrible. So rude and pushy and did NOT understand the word no. So much for customer service! I would NEVER deal with him again. Hope not all their finance people are like that!

After shopping around at other dealers (various makes), I submitted an online quote request for Wilde. I received a call back easily within a half hour, and ended up scheduling an appointment. All of the staff members that I encountered, from the Receptionist to the New Car Sales Manager, were kind and welcoming. They all knew that I was coming in and had a plan in place for what car I wanted to see. Michael P., my salesman, was especially helpful and expeditious in solidifying a deal that met my wants and needs. The environment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Michael took a lot of time showing me things on the car that others from the other dealerships did not, and that built my confidence in having a salesman that really knew about the car I was interested in. Overall, a GREAT experience. I'm grateful for the extra time they put into making this transaction go so smoothly. I highly recommend Wilde Honda!

Bought a certified used HR-V from Wilde Honda. I live out of state, so the whole transaction was done via text and phone. Chandler made the whole process super smooth. Car was delivered and in the condition as promised. I would 100% recommend this dealership and specifically Chandler himself!

The service department here is not safe in my exp...

The service department here is not safe in my experience. Before winter I had a tire rotation I picked up my car and noticed a strange sound when I left. I brought my car back and the mechanic didn t properly fasten my back right tire!! Now today I came in for an oil change and the mechanic recommended I replace my back break drums. I picked it up began driving and had to come right back again because my back breaks were now making a grinding noise and I could feel something wasn t right. They put quote low grade drums on the service rep said that were rough on the inside and that s why there was a grinding noice. He said the we re going to get me better drums that are smooth on the inside. I asked how it wasn t caught by the test drive before I picked up my vehicle, and He said because it was raining. I don t buy it how could they not feel the grinding. Those are two major mistakes. I don t feel safe having my car serviced any longer. I have a three year old daughter that rides in that car.

This dealer has pulled a few shady things that would definitely make me recommend you avoid if possible. I purchased a used vehicle here, from the first day I saw it online to the next when I went in to test drive/purchase it, they raised the price (what), and then gave me a really hard time about negotiating even when I had a screenshot of the price from the day before.

Now I find out when taking my car into a trusted local mechanic that the recommended maintenance intervals weren't followed. I bought a car from a dealer and to save $160 they neglected to follow manufacturer specifications. I mean, who cares if I don't qualify for the manufacturer warranty, right? (sarcasm) Two different mechanics I brought the question up to say they definitely would recommended it be changed at the interval and are very surprised that it hasn't been done so. Manufacturer 30k service calls to change the differential fluid, and I guess when Wilde sells a vehicle at 33k+ they just don't care to do it.
