Wilde Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Subaru Review

My first independent car buying experience could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea of what I wanted, the price range I wanted, and what features I wanted it to have, but I wasn't having much luck at other dealerships. I was leaning towards a used Honda CR-V, so I stopped next door to look at Wilde Honda first. They did not listen to me AT ALL. I told them my budget and the salesman kept pulling new cars way over my price range. I got tired of not being listened to and went to Wilde Chrysler and I found my baby within 5 minutes. A beautiful 2014 Honda CR-V with everything I wanted it to have! My salesman, Bob, was so friendly and wonderful and I felt like he really understood my jitters over being a first time car buyer. But I took the plunge and I couldn't be happier! I'd recommend Wilde to anyone!

Great Service Team, Took my 2014 caravan in for Trans tune up. But found extra metal in pan, going to replace transmission Under Warranty. should be done Tuesday or Wednesday, No loaner available??? I will write a full review when completed...RRC

A good friend of mine recommended me to do business with this dealership because of the good customer service. But when I came in to purchase my granddaughter a car for college, I was greeted by a manager named Clayton. He was very pleasant but he reeked of marijuana or some kind of illegal substance. Major turnoff! And also unprofessional. I decided to take my money elsewhere. Do not shop there!! They hire anyone.

I bought a pre-owned 2012 Ford Explorer from Wild on 1/26/201. My sales rep was Len Y and he made the process quite simple and enjoyable. It was actually one of my best car purchasing experiences ever. He was helpful, courteous and a real nice guy. We actually got to share a few personal stories while doing some of the usual waiting in the process and they were quite enlightening. The process went smooth and the warranty purchase pressure at then of the deal was tolerable but a little overbearing. All in all I'd go back to WILD and hopefully work with Len in the future! I certainly recommend WILD and refer Len Y as a great guy to deal with

I had the pleasure of being Chris Callen's first sale! Chris was a pleasure to work with and he made the process easy. We purchased a new Subaru Forester in May and as the summary indicates, it was the best new car buying experience of my life. Matt Marmon our salesperson was informative and helpful before, during, and after the sale. We visited once just to evaluate this car against others we were considering. Came back on a different day with an idea of what a good price was prior to making the purchase decision. The first price proposal was so good that we accepted it - no negotiation death march to pay what I had in mind. I'd highly recommend you look Matt up to help you if you're considering a Subaru. Decent selection of certified pre-owned Subarus. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The certified pre-owned warranty was presented is somewhat of a misleading way, when they say 7 years 100,000 miles it's from the date of manufacturing, not when you buy it. So if you buy a two year old car with 40,000 miles on it you only get 5years and 60,000 more miles for the warranty.

We were very pleased with our experience purchasing a new Ram truck. Guy Junk was our salesman, and he did everything we needed to make this happen. He answered all our questions, even measuring the truck for us so that we were sure it would fit in our garage. He also followed up to be sure we were happy.

well i bought a car from this dealership and i will never go back again. everything looked great. i went over the car fax absolutely nothing seemed wrong. no accidents, nothing and the salesman even said it was all clean. About a year or more later when i tried to trade the car into the dealership (still owed money on the loan) they said they would barely give me like 1/4th of what i owed because there was mileage discrepancy and the mileage was not accurate from before i even bought the vehicle!!!! all the paperwork said mileage was accurate. im not sure how this magically appeared on the carfax after i bought the vehicle and clearly states this was way before i owned the vehicle. now the value of the car is way down and i wont be able to sell it to a dealership.

Absolutely the BEST experience! I searched my vehicle on the manufacturer's website, searched dealers that had something close and Wilde got me the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Jeff B. was a very friendly and fun sales person to work with and Josh R. was a very thorough manager. These guys and Wilde made buying a car easy and seamless. Terrible service ! Waited 2 weeks for a part to come in. I was told 2 times part was in Chicago waiting for UPS to deliver. No contact from service rep. other than what I initiated. I was told car would be ready on Thursday , but I was out of town and said I would pick up on Saturday..went to pick up and was told part was in Chicago waiting for UPS. Finally finished 2 weeks after dropping off for repair. It was a $45 connector, $356 total bill.

I have bought a few vehicles here before, the staff is very friendly, and always want you to go home happy. once I decided on what vehicle I wanted the paperwork process was kind of slow, but that's because of of the custom tailoring they do to make sure they could get me within the payments i wanted to be at with the extras I wanted in my vehicle.

Their service department is always ready to help with a smile. They get me in and out quickly and at little cost to me....usually.

Elijah went beyond to help us get the car we wanted, and kept us informed during the process. He showed us how to use the techno stuff in the car, and was fun to work with. A great experience.

Leased a grand cherokee here and it was a huge hassle. They tried tacking over $2k onto the sticker price as to offset the trade value they gave me for my old car and it took nearly 3 hours after ironing that out to get the paperwork done on top of some extra charges. I don't see them as a very honest place to do business with.

I feel the price is definitely better than other dealers in Milwaukee and Madison Area. The Sales person Jordan Drzewiecki is a very nice and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to buy a car. If you are looking for a Used Car do visit this place before you finalize with other dealers.

Last two vehicles have been MOPAR (Charger R/T and Grand Cherokee SRT8). I bring them here for their recommended fluid changes, tune-ups, and any issues I find while driving. This dealership has always been very helpful and courteous.

Always a good experience. Low cost oil change. They used to wash(or hose down) our car afterwards, but haven't the last two time we have brought it in. Not sure if this is a change or was a courtesy before.

Good selection, had the vehicle we wanted and their fist offer was the lowest around for 2 vehicles we've purchased now. Worth the drive down from Oshkosh.

Yesterday I came in to do a trade in. Unfortunately whats left on my current loan from a different dealership was way too high for the market value of the vehicle I currently own. Thanks to J.D. Byrider over pricing junk vehicles. Anyway, I put a down payment of $1000 on an 2014 Suv but after being cleared with background, credit and income checks, all the banks rejected the trade in and the only option left was to purchase it separately which is financial suicide. So my other option was the refund of my 1k. They use the same method you make purchases such as swiping your debit or credit card for the refund to post back to your card. I was told this never happened before where a refund declines to post. I asked the customer service rep behind the counter what software program is it and the process/steps she uses to complete these transactions and she told me she doesn't know. I told her that's scary to not know a system that you're authorizing and using oj a daily basis. They have pleasant moods and what not however, I'm not attempting a bad sales customer service I'm unsatisfied with the high level of disorganization, this dealerships incompetence in resolving in-store financial disputes, the reps unfamiliarity of working computer related systems and lack of diagnostics with technological and systemic errors and so on. It's extremely important for every company that's selling goods and services to invest and prepare in potential situations similar to what I'm experiencing now. I'm still waiting for my refund to be posted back to my card and this is the 2nd day. Also, you shouldn't take payments from a buyer before they've been Approved for the car loan. For future referece when I'm buying a car and I hope those of you who are in the market to buy a vehicle, Don't Pay for it until you know for sure you have been Approved across the board so you can avoid being in a situation similar to this.

Horrible place to do business. Terrible salesperson didn t know what he was talking about. Left and went to Waupaca next day and got in a brand new vehicle at Petersen Dealership. Said they couldn t finance the amount I was looking for. Wasn t true because the new one I got was a bigger amount for the same monthly payment that they said they couldn t do.

Fantastic place and salespeople! A friend referred me to Tim Brown at Wilde Jeep. She said "he is the guy" if your looking to buy a car. I spoke with him on the phone for 15 min or so.
