Where do you take a vehicle for service and they l...

Where do you take a vehicle for service and they loose your key fob? We have been inconvenienced, and haven't gotten an apology, or the new fob. I would expect when you pay that kind of money for a vehicle, we would get some sort of "I'm sorry." We will NEVER purchase another vehicle there, and you shouldn t either!

I visited the dealer Saturday February 4, 2017 after finding a car online. I contacted Nick F. a few days prior and told me to call when I left home since I lived an hour away. Which I did. He had the car up front for me and went to drive it with me. He was a great salesman and went the extra mile for me. It should be noted I had my 6 year old and four year old with me. I arrived at the dealer at approx. 11am. We concluded the test drive at about 12. We talked for about 1/2 on what to do. I was on the fence. He then had his manager come over to speak with me, he was very nice and helpful. I decided to go with the car, they gave me good money for my trade. The problem is the wait after that point. We waited forever for the finance office to do their work. With two little boys it was hard to keep them occupied for the next 4 hours!! Yes it took them almost 4 hours to get all the finance done. My last car I bought at East Madison Toyota and was in and out in 1 hour!! That was spectacular customer service. I didn't plan to spend all my Saturday there and shouldn't have. I give the dealer overall 3 stars, the wait was unacceptable. Nick F gets 5 stars for his wonderful customer service. Would have been nice to get a complementary oil change or something for the wait. I would return to Wilde to purchase.

We went in to see and test drive a specific Honda Accord. We were helped by John Urbanek who was great. We got a fair price for our trade-in and purchased the Honda at a reasonable price. We are very pleased with our experience at Wilde Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

Fred Timm & the Wilde Waukesha team made the vehicle search & purchase process very easy and relaxing! The details were upfront going into the search, and I liked the fact that I didn't have to deal with a "haggling" experience! My concerns about the used vehicle were addressed immediately beyond my expectations, and then some! The finance department was direct and to the point, got the business done, without a long drawn out process. There was no need to contact outside lenders or state DMV's... Done & Done!... Road trip adventure time now!

Bought a Dodge Journey from this dealership 5 week...

Bought a Dodge Journey from this dealership 5 weeks ago. Negotiations went from me asking for $1,500 off of the sale price to being told I was lowballing them. I relented and instead asked for a new set of tires. Was told that wasn't going to happen either because there was still good tread on the ones that were on the vehicle. Gave in again and ultimately got about $750 off sale price by accepting their finance terms. Car gets to our driveway and we found 2 dents. Ok, shame on us for not inspecting more thoroughly. Had a tire blowout yesterday...a full on blowout. No nails, screws or holes near the treads. Called salesperson that sold us the car, explained the situation and he says come on in and we'll 'super hook ya up. We want you to be satisfied'. I asked for us to split the bill on 4 new tires. Getting one or even 2 wasn't an option because the tread was too low in comparison to new ones (even though the salesperson initially told me there was plenty of tread). They had an offer of buy 3, get 4th for $1. Great deal on it's own, but I did ask for an $800 new tire bill to be split 50/50.

Needless to say, but this place isn't doing a damn thing related to 'hookin ya up' or ensuring satisfaction. Taking the whole encounter from the purchase to then just 5 weeks later with a tire blowout, it was always as if I was the jerk asking for too much. How dare I do such things?!

But don't worry everyone, this place has found the EXACT business model and perfect price points for every single automobile and service on the market.....according to Joe anyway. He knows 'business' and if a dealership were to tell him there's nothing more that they could do in regards to offer or service, he would trust that he's getting the absolute best offer/deal there is because no one in the car dealership business ever gets out of line or maximizes revenue/profit. And just to hammer home this point, he's a believer that if a salesperson is pretty flexible on price or other benefits, he'd be pretty concerned.

Our experience began by them turning the tables on me and insinuating I was insulting them for asking $1,500 or a new set of tires and ending with them insulting me on the ethics and operations of a business. They don't just bend you over here, they're sure to give you the full thrust too.

Massive mistake purchasing and pursuing service from here compounded by them conveying this was all my fault from beginning to end.

Oh and Pete, please don't bother responding about wanting to get in touch regarding these comments. I can't imagine how much more at fault we could be or how inappropriate it would be for us to even fathom asking for something.

Several friends and family members have purchased new vehicles here from a guy named Ryan in the sales department that they tell me kind of looks like a leprechaun. They all seemed to have had incredible experiences. Based off what they've told me I'll definitely be bringing my business in when I'm ready for a new car as well.

Also, I come in for service from time to time, I've had very positive experiences with Kresha, Ryan, Derrick and some other guys in the service department. They were friendly, professional, and helpful. My service always seems to be completed virtually in no time compared to other places I've gone for service in the past.

Family, friends and myself have purchased many vehicles from the Wilde group. Most of these vehicles have been serviced within the Wilde dealer according to make. The Wilde DODGE service was a horrible experience. Staff was rude. Talked down to me. Then proceeded to talk in a slow snide manner and repeating himself over and over while rolling the service advisor eyes. This was after I questioned why they had my vehilce to do a radio upgrade and a blower motor along with some other simple diagnostics. Answer to my question was it was fault of warranty company and being on hold for 2hrs. After picking vehicle up and being told it was ok. Battery died and had to call for assistance with 2 small children.

We have had great experiences dealing with the Wilde dealership family. Purchased a Honda Accord from Wilde some years back and knew we wanted to consider Wilde Subaru when it came time to purchase a 2015 Forester. Met Ian O and he took care of our needs from start to finish! Ian guided us through the custom ordering process and was able to explain every feature. The entire team including Sales, Finance and Service was a pleasure to work with. We appreciated the low stress, no pressure approach that made our experience enjoyable.

We would recommend Wilde in general and Ian in particular to anyone considering a Subaru.

I just bought a new Subaru Impreza from the Wile Dealership. Everyone there was very friendly and was knowledgeable on the cars we were interested in. They were incredibly open to test drive all the vehicles that sparked our interest and answered questions we had about them. We worked with Scott who was very friendly and was very interested in us and the selling of a great vehicle. I would recommend the Wilde Dealership to my friends and family.

Had a great experience in the Service department at Wilde this morning. This was my first visit. I was in at 7:30 am and my regular oil change and wash was finished in maybe 20 minutes. I'd been considering having the navigation system activated in my car so they found a car that had it activated and gave me a demonstration. I decided 'yes' so they drove my Jeep around the building and back into the service bay. That took only a few minutes and I was on my way. Chris, my service adviser, was professional and speedy. Will see them next time.

Our family is rapidly growing so we needed a vehicle to grow with it. We went to every dealership within a 45 minute radius and found a van at Wilde we liked, we also liked the salesman we worked with and instead of buying the same van elsewhere, decided to go back to Wilde. That was a mistake. We were there for hours on end and as my husband did the paperwork, our salesman told me all about his family, which was nice at first. He then got into stories of his daughter's drug issues, his son's ex wife being in jail and airing all of their dirty laundry. I was extremely uncomfortable and attempted to walk away several times, but he kept talking to me a out it all.
Once everything was done, we were handed one set of keys. We asked for a second and were told it would cost us an additional $300 for a key. We had just spent over $23,000 and were not offered another key or even a discounted rate to make another. The next day, we found out that the van also did not include an owners manual, another thing that we were unaware of while purchasing the vehicle.
And perhaps the biggest issue we had was with their loan rates. We were told they have all kinds of banks they would shop and get the best interest rate. It came back Wells Fargo had the best rate at 3.99% for 72 months. After accepting this we decided to talk to our bank and our insurance company - both came back with 3.2% for 72 months. We can only conclude they did not shop as many banks as they said because they did not get us the best deal. This was after we were told the night previous to our purchase, that they'd be specifically checking with our bank for rates, clearly they didn't. Just shows that they just wanted us out the door, or have a deal with Wells Fargo, or both.
We eventually had a GM named Pete email us and ask if we had any issues. When we told him the above, he was kind enough to offer us a owners manual, something we can easily find online. Nothing was said about them basically forcing us into another $300 for a key and he stepped around the rate issue. We will never return to this dealership and have and will continue to tell our friends and family to steer clear as well.

After hours spent at other dealerships we walked into Wilde and met Brian O'Steen. He was very professional, non pushy - and very accommodating. I tend to really dislike the car buying experience but he lightened my worries and made it a great experience. We had a trade in which they gave us a very fair price for, and in end have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that the family absolutely loves! I would definitely recommend Brian and the team at Wilde!

I had the best experience buying a new car here. I had been looking forward to upgrading to a Wrangler for a while, and this one seemed to be not only a great deal, but the staff was super helpful and not pushy at all. They offered me $3,000 more than what the last jeep dealership offered for my trade, and even found a rebate to put towards my new purchase. Ryan Pennington was so nice and patient! I even left something in my trade in that they are thankfully mailing to me. Seriously buy from here, you won t regret it!

Thankfully they have a very comfortable and accommodating waiting room in the service department because my 2 hour scheduled visit took over 4 hours. No one bothered to keep me informed during the delay. Only excuse I got was they had trouble programming the computer. REALLY? They were stroking me with a lame excuse because they are slow or the techs lack the competency to work with modern technology. Either way, I'm the one who will never get back the 2 hours they cheated me out of.

I had done my homework before hand, but Wilde was very helpful in letting me drive whatever car I wanted, wherever I wanted. I got a great feel for what I wanted. When it came time to close the deal, I got great offers on service plans, and the finance department got me an excellent starting rate, being a first time buyer. The staff was overall very courteous and not too pushy whatsoever; I would recommend shopping here if you're in the market for a Chrysler product.

Placed an order for parts. I had to call to check in status. One time they claimed there was no order. Then they found it. When it finally arrived I had to call to verify that it was in. They claimed "someone threw away all the paperwork on their desk". When I arrive to have the part put on my vehicle I wait an hour and service tells me there is no part. After some research they find it. Then they proceed to tell me I'll be done real quick. I've now been sitting here over 2 hours. Seems Very disorganized. I will NOT be a repeat customer

Great experience with buying my new Jeep; Doug Rodriguez was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, he was able to locate the Jeep I was looking for and gave a better price than the dealership that the Jeep came from. I know that I was a bit of a pain because I'm picky, but Doug really stepped up to the plate, very patient and understanding when I decided to change my mind on some options in the midst of things. He worked with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle.

Complete waste of time!!' Worst experience at a dealership EVER!! We called about a car that they had online, drove 45 mins. to test drive it, called again 30 mins before we came to let Jose know that we were on our way. Well, after waiting about 15-20 mins in the front lobby, he finally greeted us to say that someone was test driving it and wait. After another 15-20 mins, we were led out to sit in the car another 10 mins goes by, we are told the other people bought it and we helped sell it. We will NEVER come back to this or any other Wilde dealership!!

I have had some poor experiences in the past here but they seem to have turned things around. I have not purchased a vehicle here but I do take my Dodge here for regular service. The service writers are friendly and knowledgeable, which can be a rare thing at a dealership. Most places I've been typically have note takers.
Service is fast, friendly, reasonably priced, and the work is quality. Can't complain.

I am writing this review because this has to be about one of the worst service departments that I have ever dealt with brought a vehicle in with a problem and after 4 months they still couldn't figure out the issue after I picked the truck up to take to a different shop the truck was left apart all the parts they took off where in the back seat a real joke if you ask me and as far as everything else from the service writers to the techs I feel like they couldn't find there way out of a paper bag if I was anyone looking to get there vehicle serviced I would recommend finding a different place to go hope this helps

Just purchased a 2017 Pacifica Limited from Wilde in Waukesha. Doug Rodriguez was our sales rep and technical guy. Absolutely outstanding service, had all the technical answers and provided excellent communication during the purchase process! No pressure, just honest attention. After signing the contract, Doug stayed after-hours to provide one of the best orientations of the vehicle systems we have ever experienced.
Kudos to the entire Wilde Waukesha team! We actually had fun doing this deal! Thanks again Doug, Josh, Pedja, Dimitri for a great experience!

Really thought they would be able to make something happen, after asking numerous time, to check my credit prior to wasting my time. Most experience finance managers would know what could work and what could not. Poor communication, or lack there of. False sense of making something work, I have purchased many cars from many dealers worst experience by far.

Selection is great, and our salesman was so easy to work with. HOWEVER. The issue came with the financing department. We arrived at the dealership with our own loan through our own bank, a large reputable MILITARY bank. Once we found the vehicle we wanted to purchase, and got all the paperwork signed we were told that we would not be taking it home with us, we had to wait until the check cleared. It s been 4 days, the loan has been showing active in my bank account for the last 24hrs, but when I called Wilde to get an update I was given the let me look in to it run around. I have used my USAA auto loan process 6 different times in 3 different States, and have NEVER had to deal with this issue before. I will never purchase from them again.

My family and I have purchased a total of 7 vehicles from the Wilde family of dealerships. I think I just bought my last one.

For the time being, I will give Wilde the benefit of the doubt on their service. I haven't gotten my SUV back yet, so I cannot say for certain one way or another. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wilde Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram over 2 months ago, and I have to say I was less than pleased with the entire process. It started off with the typical good sales guy, bad sales manager games of running back and forth to the sales manager to make a deal. The process took hours when it could have taken minutes. I lost a fair amount of skin in the transaction, and gave even more money to the finance department with additional add-ons I purchased. I also purchased an accessory that the dealership did not have in stock at the time of purchase. I had to repeatedly call for an update, and 2.5 months later it is finally being installed.

When asked if the dealership could do anything to compensate me for the time spent waiting for the accessory, I was told that it wasn't their fault so they wouldn't do anything, and I was given a shuttle ride back to my work. I have friends that have purchased $40,000 cars from other dealers and they are given a brand new loaner when they take their car in for an oil change. Apparently customer satisfaction isn't that important to the Wilde family of dealerships.

Our sales guy was great. The finance department Jim Janz is the worst person I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to cancel crappy warranties I got sucked into for almost a month now. The dealership just has to call and they still have not done so. I can't refinance until they do this. My last resort is posting this review to A. save people from having to deal with Jim and his shady warranties and B. to hopefully get some results. UPDATE. I did call the GM before I posted this and I never received a call. Jim did call back last Monday to say the check was sent over a week ago but I am still waiting for the bank to get it (Thursday.) So technically two weeks from when Jim said. The lady who does process warranties once she is told by finance is great to work with and informative. The thing is I really love my car and I really liked our sales guy. Had this entire processes been taken seriously by finance I would have left the BEST review.

We received full-scale excellent service from Wilde. We were new to the minivan market, and Jeff Beamon took the time to learn about what our needs were and worked to find an optimal fit for us. He was easy to very easy to work with, had expert knowledge, and cared a lot that we had a high quality experience. After helping us center in on the right fit, I checked out a few other dealers to see what they had to offer. I found out very quickly the difference between someone trying to sell cars and someone that cared about doing right by us. That means a lot and nobody even came close to matching the service we got from Jeff. When you go to Wilde - ask for Jeff.

Jon was wonderful. He was helpful and respectful when helping my 18-year old daughter buy her first car with her own money. However, the "check engine" light came on a few days later. Service had it from Saturday morning until 8 Monday night, but said it was only a loose connection. The light was on again before she got home. Her 18-year old boyfriend looked online and figured out what was wrong. They couldn't be bothered to replace a $27 part that took an amateur 15 minutes to replace using the internet. More concerning is the broken seatbelt. It is to be repaired by contract. Right now she has to plug it in on the passenger side. Hopefully they will honor their word and work just as hard for a young, new customer as they would for a wealthy one.

Jackie in particular was especially good, getting us through the paperwork rapidly, showing us the new car and demonstrating all of its capabilities. Wilde Subaru provided us with the best offer among several dealers that we had contact with. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with our purchase experience.

This was not our first car that we purchased with Wilde and certainly won t be our last! Elijah was great! Very patient and accommodating. I showed up unannounced to show my children the car as they weren t with us the first time we shopped. Elijah wasn t there. Another associate called him and he literally arrived in 2 minutes to show us the Jeep. We had time restraints with work and kids schedules and he was very respectful of us always being in a hurry. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences that we have had!!!

I wanted to leave a five star review for this place the day I bought my car. The salesman Matt was exceptionally friendly and efficient. However, only FIVE days after buying my 06 Honda Element for $9000, it wouldn't start. I managed to get it running and took it to an auto store where they checked the battery and starter. The print out said the battery was great, but the starter was bad. So I drove an hour to Wilde, told them there was an issue was the starter and handed them the printout. However, they said it was actually the battery, they replaced it and sent me on my way. Only five days after that, I was stranded AGAIN with a car that would not start! The next day I got it to finally turn over enough to get it running and drove to the dealer once again. This time they did say it was actually the starter and replaced it, which cost me $300. Robert in the service department was also very friendly, but I won't be buying from this place again. I highly recommend anyone who does buy an extended warranty! I did not because on my test drive, Matt spoke so highly of the rigorous inspections they perform on every vehicle by top of the line professionals and gave me a total feeling of security that I was getting a vehicle in stellar shape. So if you are unaware the car has issues, it is actually sold to you with failing parts and your car won't even start just days after buying it, you will be responsible for the repairs.

So friendly? Yes. But that doesn't really matter to me when I am stranded at 10pm with the new car I just bought that won't start and all the time and hassle I had to spend getting to dealer and back three times, the hours of work I missed because of that and having to make arrangements to use vehicles that needed to be loaned to me by other people in the meantime until I could get my car back there, and the additional costs I had to pay to get my new car running the way it should've in the first place.
