Service was great. Food was good. The cheese dip on the sampler was a watery soup. Asked for a replacement it came out in a solo cup more soup. Not good!!!

Used to love the wing platters, but they got rid of so many flavors that its too bland.

Three stars for the wings, which were excellent. Zilch for service, the server was overwhelmef having to cater to our large group. Food was long in coming, drinks were mixed up and the bills were mostly inaccurate at best. The server was cheerful and apologetic all through what must have been a long night for her. Love your wings, but I'll have to pass.

food was cold,service was bad. wings were not eatable. came out as hard rocks of over fried childen. wendys would be a better choice.

This has got to be the worst Wild Wings ever. I've been here 4 times thinking every year will be different. If you come don't come hungry because you will leave hungry. Seems they feed you off the kids menu. Today for my son since he wanted Wild Wing 12 boneless wings thinking it's the same as the Wild Wings in our hometown and we are on vacation. I went in at 3pm only to be told it would be awhile for boneless wings because they didn't have any cut. So they open at 11 am and no boneless wings after 4 hours? Ok. So I come back at 6:45 pm to get the boneless wings to go and I'm told it would be an hour and a half on the wait. Am I missing something here? This place is ridiculous.

The wings were small, the sauces were not great, and the service was terrible.

BEWARE IF YOU WANT FAST SERVICE FOR A FAMILY MEAL: Just left Wild Wings with my family. Visiting from out of town. The place was NOT busy and we were told that there was a 15 minute wait. The hostess was not very friendly. We waited and it took another 15 minutes for a waitress to approach our table. We received our drinks and had to ask another person for straws because the waitress placed the drinks down and disappeared in the back for 30 minutes. We waited an hour to receive our food ( which is their specialty wings?????). Once we finally received our food, my daughter s order was incorrect. The food was at least good but not good enough to wait for an hour when the place was practically empty. I observed most of the waitresses standing or sitting in the back doing nothing. Once my daughter s food was corrected, we asked for the check and was overcharged for the meal. It took another 15 minutes to get it corrected. In addition, we had asked for to-go items and our waitress had to be asked several times to get the items. Then, the waitress didn t even provide a pen so we could pay for the meal??? So, my husband had to wait again to get an ink pen. Unbelievable???? We were there for over two hours which is ridiculous for a meal. In addition, as others arrived at the restaurant, they were quickly served and received their food in 15-20 minutes. I was very unhappy with this service and will not return!!!

Great for sporting events. Plenty of TVs. Great location that's easy to get to. Large variety of wing. Wings were small to medium-sized, but very flavorful.

Clean restaurant with good food, had a good band playing which was nice.

The Hilton Head location still has the best food. Everything we ordered was great.

Terrible service. A group of 5 of us sat at the bar and it took forever to be severed and it wasn t busy. Took 10 minutes to get a bottled bud light. It then took about 45 minutes for us to get our food. The bartender had an attitude and no idea what he was doing. My tab was $15 dollars, and when I checked my bank transactions 2 days later I was charged $48. Do not go to this Wild Wings Cafe. It s not worth it. Seems like they hire anyone, and customer service is not a priority.

Don t waste your time. Food is average at best. Reminded me of an overpriced Applebees - boring, generic, and expensive.

Growing up it was the highlight of our trip! The menu has been modified and staffing has seen a decline; the wings are what keep us coming back regardless.

Boss and Hot wings are my recommended styles!

Probably the worst dining experience I ve ever had. 15 minutes to get a table, plenty of open tables. Thirty minutes just to get drinks, 1.5 hours til we got ALL of our food. Definitely short staffed, but no apologies what so ever, no sense of urgency. So bizarre!

Party of 2, we were seated and sat there 15 minutes, no one took our drink order or even came by. The place was not even busy. Was really looking forward to eating there, very disappointed.

Only tried the bar not the food so I can t comment on that. I will say, the people who seem to be frequenters are a bit obnoxious. Despite this, the drinks were great, but the bartender was friendly, and the cost was not bad at all

Sandwich was rancid-probably the lettuce. Fries were undercooked-probably put in a deep fryer while still frozen. Meal was returned, but no credit or replacement meal offered. Apparently no manager on duty to rectify the situation. Not able to obtain any drink refills either. Now I know why place was so empty.

Not the best Wild Wing... Service was just ok. Ordered several flavors of wings for the table and no flavors indicated or told to us when food delivered to table. Drinks arrived after meal complete. Strange experience for a Wild Wing Cafe.

Wings were burnt to the point the none of us could tell what some of the flavors were. Had to wait for new wings. New wings were undercooked and nothing was discounted. I used to come here every year. This was my first time back in about 5 years. I hear there is a new GM. I wont be going back.

Here for lunch, all you can eat wings awesome for the price...Bacon, egg, chesse burger off the chain..Great service by Joy....

Terrible, terrible service, awful Wings. This place has gone down hill FAST. Used to be one of our favorite spots on the island.

Response to the owner: I don t care if you gave me a $100 gift card, I wouldn t take my dog there for free. Your place has to change, nasty atmosphere (nasty bar smell), I think y all order your wings from chickens that are a few weeks old, bad service, no idea how y all are still in business, other than this being a touristy area.

Greg the manager is the man! Super nice guy. The service started off bad by having to wait for drinks but Greg saved the day and took great care of us. What a great place to eat. Highly recommend. We come every year and will continue to come back.

Wings are okay but they are hit or miss. I like the rancholada and the red hot and blue. Its a great place to catch some music and beer.

Worst dining experience ever! Waited almost three hours for our food that came out mediocre (and cold).. customers seated an hour after us got their food before we even did. Not to mention we requested to sing karaoke three times and were never called up to sing. I do not recommend this restaurant!

Wild Wing has been a regular eating place for us for years when at HHI. Yesterday was not a good experience. We arrived for a late lunch and there were only a few customers there. We noticed that the place looked different so not sure if there has been an owner change. We had ordered mozzarella sticks along with a chicken salad and their signature chicken sandwich. We waited for 20 minutes for the cheese sticks while we watched our waitress pet a customers' dog outside and talk with the couple. Then we watched our waitress come in and begin serving food & drinks without washing her hands after petting the dog which included her holding the paws of the dog. Finally the hostess gave us our cheese sticks and said that our food would be ready in about a minute. He was correct because we had begun eating the appetizer when our food arrived. The mozzarella sticks appeared & tasted like what we would buy in the frozen aisle at the store. The chicken sandwich and grilled chicken salad were less than average in taste. We will not be back.

Waited an hour for a takeout order that cold when I received it. No utensils, no condiments. Staff appeared clueless. Asked the same guy twice for ketchup. He forgot... twice. Besides being cold, the food wasn't even good.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy myself. Wait staff was slow and we waited around for refills and to be sat when we were the third table in there. My food came out cold and when I asked for it to be heated up my whole plate was put in the oven and the celery on my plate came out warm. Good environment, but I was not pleased with the food.

The server girl earned her tip she was prompt and professional. Now, for the strike count. 1 menus were tattered and dog eared. 2 The music was turned up so much we had to yell to have a conversation. 3 The interior felt grubby. The whole restaurant has the feeling and atmosphere of a dive with flat screen T.V.'s.

Great food, service and as luck would have it, entertaininment - this ended up being one of the highlights of our yearly trip to HHI. We happened upon karaoke night and our kids had a night that they will remember for ever. Thanks to Bracket and the rest of the Wild Wing staff - Awesome wings and steel city fries!

My mother and I stopped in for some lunch and had some delicious salad and sweet tea! They were out of Italian dressing, sadly... but the balsamic dressing was fantastic! It's not sweet, which I was glad for. Maddie was a delight and let us sample a few dressings.

Our table was barely wiped off but we had to wait to be seated and with a tired toddler figured we'd eat quick and go. There were multiple empty tables waiting to be cleaned. The floors and booth were nasty and sticky. We ordered food and drinks at the same time. Service was so slow... food took forever and my husband's beer order was wrong. The waitress said they made my food wrong so she sent it back. My grilled shrimp were coated in nasty dry seasoning so bad I literally ended up wiping it off with a napkin. We ate quick and left because my daughter was exhausted and the loud live music was about to start. Lessoned learned...next time we will order take out from anywhere else!

Came in 2 pm 10 people in hole place. 30 mins for applitazor which is wrong. Been here 45 mins now and still no food. Worst service I have ever had . Will never come back. I have never been in such a terrible wild wing in 29 years. Worst place on Hilton Head

This particular Wild Wings has gone to the pits. The only way they stay open is because the tourists expect the same experience that they are used to. Beware, HH resident.

Beer was flat, service was average with no smiles, wings were below average. I ate 2 wings and left the entire basket and the server never asked me if I liked my meal.

They didn't even notice we arrived. We waited in the wait area for five minutes or so then I flagged someone down. Slow service and all orders were incorrect. And the place was empty. The staff seemed more interested in chatting in the kitchen and taking smoke breaks out back.

Waited approximately 10 minutes along with other patrons before hostess even came to the stand. Once we were seated, it took another 20 minutes before our server came to the table to take our order. Server proceeded to tell us that the kitchen was backed up due to a rush of patrons arriving at the same time. However, the party seated behind us was seated 25 minutes after us and received their meals before us. After all was said and done, we received our meals over 1 hour after being seated. Definitely do not recommend this establishment.

Been going here for over 20 years and have always enjoyed the food. Fantastic wings but my go to is always the chicken fingers (spicy) with a sweet tea, awesome

I give the wings 5 stars I ordered Italian and Gold Rush cooked well done so they are crispy. I only order real wings on the bone for the best flavor. With this combo you will get both sweet and savory with a touch of heat. The flavors are perfect for me and the chicken was clean and fresh.

Food is amazing and service is great, but DO NOT go if it is Karaoke Night. Music is played way too loud and gives you a roaring headache. A waitress kept going up and singing and it wouldn t stop. The food, however, did take a while to arrive at our table after we ordered it. I would definitely recommend, as long as it not karaoke night.

We placed around 12 orders to go (understandably not easy) but over 3 meals were not correct or just completely forgotten about!

Worst dining experience I have ever encountered, and will never visit again. This location used to be a go to, but the service and dirtiness was unacceptable. We visited on a night when it wasn't too busy, but still waited forever for all items ordered (20 minutes for drinks, over an hour for food, etc.). Server continuously messed everything up, and blame was constantly put on others. With so many better options, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I Love going to wild wings not just to eat but also have a great time with my friends. The food is almost always amazing and the people is very friendly.

Once again I visited Hilton Head Island and always make Wild Wings my first stop to eat. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. I have been coming to wild wings since 1995 when they were still in Coligny plaza and that was my first stop to eat then as it is now, sort of a tradition you might say. As i read the other reviews it is upsetting to see how many miserable people there are that cant say a nice thing because they placed an order and it had onions on it when they ordered none. Grow up people! Like you have never made a mistake on your job. Its supposed to be about the overall experience not just your onions....how pathetic.

Manager should be fired. Worst customer service ever. Gave us the wrong order twice. Manager's response was "it comes with what it comes with".

Should have known not to even walk in when the parking lot is empty. The place is dirty and run down. Took a few minutes for someone to come seat us, not sure why since there was no one there. Asked about the margarita special that's clearly stated on the website as a Wednesday special and was told there's no such thing. The last straw was when the ceiling started dripping on us. Apparently when they're so busy they have to seat you at the table under the leak. We walked out wet and disgusted.

First time customer on vacation, went in tonight and had our first disappointing experience here in Hilton Head. Not sure why there were 3 hostesses at the stand who then decided after we came in to go clean off our table before we could be seated when the restaurant was not busy. I read some of your reviews, maybe time better spend training the staff. Our Server was polite but inexperienced and forgetful, food took over 30 minutes and we got over cooked, tiny subpar chicken wings(again the restaurant half empty). I was definitely disappointed paying $96 for what we received. During our meal we enjoyed listening to the service staff yelling and arguing with each other in the back. I spoke to the manager about this and he looked to be completely unconcerned and like he just woke up from a nap. Smh shame on you Wild Wing Cafe, considering your name I expected better wings and service. I will not be recommending your restaurant.
