We had a blast as it was our first visit. One girl at the food court was rude you could tell she obviously didn't want to be there working. And the grounds were dirty. The stairs to the attractions need to be cleaned as we saw a feminine product (used) on a step! The restrooms at the carnival rides were filthy. Just step it up a notch!

Customer service is terrible! As some would say, it sucks! It seems the representatives that answer the phones don t know who s who around there. I don t understand how I knew the agents name that deals with group tickets and the rep didn t even know who I was talking about??? So frustrating when you feel like you have to do their job .. and then they scan the calls .. I called there trying to get a hold of the agent who deals with group tickets all day well when I started calling more than once no one picked up then I blocked my number by dialing *67 and not to my surprise someone picks up and then she asks me why I need to speak to the agent .. so irritating!!!

Now the to the park - it s dirty! I d rather take my kids to the community swimming pool .. smh so disappointed!

Its..... ok, I was there for 5 hours and went on three slides and 3 rides. So, loooooong lines, plus the wave pool is weak. Wanna eat lunch? That will be 10 bucks for fries please. I didnt hate it, but I wouldnt want to pay more than 10 bucks to go.

Fun! Lots of waterslides and dry rides, all on same ticket. If you go after 3pm, it's half price. There was some confusion about whether the lockers require cash, but I was able to pay with credit card; be aware this is a separate fee from the entrance ticket, as is parking. Water was WARM :)

Way to many people that couldn't be accommodated to. Way too long of wait to get food, or for slides. People, mainly senior citizens, just "camping out" ALL day at the kiddy pool area, can't ever find an open chair.

Enjoy

I love going to Wild Waves, my family I have a great time there. I like how nice and clean it is. But they have a terrible bee problem, every time I go and get food or some kind of drink bees are all over me. I usually drop my food, so I waste all that money on food that I don't get to eat. I like all the food places. A little pricing.

Completely disappointed with our trip today. Stood in line for 3 rides, at least 20 minutes each time, only to have all 3 rides break down and close! Was there for a total of 5 hours and got to ride 1 ride and do 1 water slide. Not to mention SEVERAL rides were closed the entire day. Biggest waste of money I've spent in a while.

it's alright.

it's alright.
they open at 10am, it's better if you go there early when there's no line for the rides.
Parking fee: $12
Entrance fee: $35 with BECU discount
(which you can only do with a becu card online)
no food and drinks allowed, only water.
each water slide takes about
10am-12nn: 10-15 mins
1pm-5pm: 20-60 mins
until 8pm: 30mins
dry rides are better, from no wait time to a maximum 15 minutes of waiting.
too many strict rules, which lead to associates/life guards yelling at kids (or adults) to the simplest things, as simple as touching the wall at the wave pool, or wanting to take a picture of your friend on a water slide after your turn -- you'd have to get off the water.
carnival games are expensive as usual, the only good thing is that kids under 4ft ALWAYS win.
one of the things i dont like is the part where people would bring their beach towels and lay in front of the seats by the wave pool. they are just very rude and taking up our foot spaces. they should totally ban those. it should be a first come first serve basis.
lockers are bummers, getting charged so much for it.
restrooms are disgusting even at 10am.
going here just once a year is already enough, riding everything once is enough as well considering the wait time.
overall, you'd have fun anyway regardless or the cons

1.) They don't allow any food or drink to be brought into the park. Not even glass water bottles; they only allow plastic water bottles that are bad for the environment and are now TAXED!

2.) They try to claim that they are not responsible for your death if you die due to their negligence.

3.) Parking is extra, and expensive, and B.S.

4.) They inspect your bags and violate your privacy.

Don't give your money to such a scandalous business.

Nice amusement park in Washington State. I wish there was another one like it so that the place is less packed. The water park during the summer is unusable due to how packed it is and the amusement park needs more rides in my opinion.

Parking was no problem with no line but get there about an hour before as the people line to get in can go all the way up the hill. Security bag check was quick. Have sandals or water socks as the asphalt gets very very hot. Staff is very strict on the 48 inch rule to ride.

Christmas lights where really neat. It was a fun place to go on a date. They had good Groupon options for the December/January time frame. Rides were fun, lines were short. The attendants were very nice.

Half the attractions were closed, for repairs, during a THREE MONTH SEASON, seems like a lot out of service considering that they have nine months of the rest of the year to get everything running perfect so they don t have to close during the very short busy season. Also who has a wave pool with no waves? They didn t seem to let any fewer people in today, although 9 attractions were closed, than usual. The lines were unbelievable, however that did make for some interesting people watching....yikes, get it together wild waves, definitely bottom of the Barrel stuff today for sure!

A large majority of the rides are closed and under maintenance when I go with my friends. It's always so sad and disappointing to see the Disk' O' being under maintenance so often. My sis and I really enjoy that ride. The extremely overpriced food like are over 7 times the average price! The pizza didnt even taste that good either. Thin crust, burnt cheese... It's wayyyyyy better to just buy a pizza from outside and eat it out at the car. The water is also not that clean with washed up items and bird feathers being washed up from the wave pool. I wouldn't recommend to go if you're a clean freak with zero tolerance. Overall, the park is quite fun but there are issues that are quite intolerable for me.

Big lot

Very dirty, bad service, and the rides were terrible. Waited all day in lines for short rides, slides. The food is over priced. The bathrooms are horrendous. The pavement all over the park is terrible for your feet so keep your shoes on. The whole place is ran by kids in high school who have no life experience. While waiting for a water slide. One of the so called life guards slipped and broke her arm. They then rushed 20 "emts" and life guards to her just so one guy could wrap her arm. Not worth the money go somewhere else.

It was very disappointing to find out that we stood inline for 45 minutes to find out that the haunted houses didn't open for another 2 hours it was very rainy and wet which was not their fault but not opening the haunted houses for 2 hours I felt was ridiculous they should have been open with the rest of the park at the same time

Always have a blast with the family so we bought season passes this year. (FYI, read the perks when buying season passes. I didn't read thoroughly so we missed the free souvenir bottles). Also, the water in Pirates Cove for kids is considerably colder than all the other water attractions.

Need to add more booths for keeping people engaged, while the long walk to long lines for haunted houses. I seen many places to add more activities, spin a wheel, spooky maze, photo booth or cut out face photo boards. The list goes on & on.
Losing money for years to come, keep old customers happy & get new ones along the years.
Bad experience, long walk, hour & half line. I couldn't wait any longer, so I didn't get anything from the tickets I bought.
Sad to see such an opportunity to really make a great park, wasted! Lack of imagination, care or money???

The line to get in is awful. And the line at the one and only bar is a nightmare!!! 30 min in line for 1 beer. One slow, very slow bartender for the whole park. lPoor girl. They've definatly need to swap employees for this role. You'd think it was Disney land.....

The park is run by a bunch of clueless teens. I had a 5 dollar bill get stuck in a change machine and I got sent back and forth to Guest Services and the arcade across the park telling me someone would meet me. Not once did I see an adult or was I able to speak with a manager. Luckily it wasn't anything to important, it was really just the utter lack of customer service that fueled me on. I did eventually get my five dollars back, but no thanks from the park. A gentleman behind me had been working on it with his multi tool and was able to get it out. Big thanks to him.

It is a fun idea, but once you have paid over $100 to even get into the park (me and my little brother went) it isn't worth the cost. We were only able to get on a total of 6 attractions before the park closed and we got there at opening. Also lifeguards are not very qualified to save life's so you have to be a confident swimmer!

It was a fun trip with a lot of great rides. My children had a blast. My complaint is that three of the attractions and one of the swimming areas were closed. I feel like for the price they charge all of the attractions should be open or a discount should be given. The food is also rediculously priced and not very good quality. If all the attractions were open I would have rated 4 or 5 stars.

The place was quite good it had many rides I'm not saying they were all unique but the effort counts the food was a little over priced but still not bad the employees seemed nice and in total I had a good trip.

It is not worth going unless you have a discount. Parking prices alone are outrageous, you would think with the high ticket price that it would be included. The bathroom/changing rooms were very filthy, don't forget your flip flops like I did! Every time we go either the wave pool or a ride or two was not in operation. It was a long walk back to the car to eat our lunch (no outsode food or drink allowed). The kids had fun but overall not worth the money.
