Price gouging to the absolute max. You guys are the worst

I made the mistake of trying to buy ammo for my husband from this place..I do not know much about ammo (new to it) and had a hard time finding it in stock. Found this place and ordered. Right After I ordered I called them and emailed them to cancel the order because with further research, I realized they were charging, 3x s what it sells for elsewhere! I bought 2 boxes at 69.99 ea. and paid 15.95 shipping..This place is unethical. Even after I tried to cancel they shipped the ammo anyways and ignored what I asked. Horrible people and horrible Customer Service. The response to the email From Sunday, the next day Monday at 4:00pm, was sorry we shipped it already. Well I am sure they knew what they were doing..and did not want to refund. I will try to deny package and dispute with my credit card. Price gouging at its best do not be fooled by their name. Will file a claim with the BBB! They need to be out of business!

Bought an item 12 days ago on a Thursday. Called Monday to follow up, was told it as shipped.
I received an email today stating item back ordered.

I called and was on hold 45 minutes. Customer service came on line andnlong story short.
I got an apolgy, nothing more, no offer to make it right, no discount coupon, nothing.
I wasn't looking to make anything off this deal, but one would think they would at least try to retain my business

Ammo costs me 70% less than my local gun stores (despite shipping).

458 Central Time Zone got a recording saying they're open till 6 Central Time Zone but even if it's 5 said it was closed

Shopped here for many many years , but never again! You lost us forever! The price gouging is extremely insane on ammo!! It can be purchased at other places for a third of the cost or less. Why would a company that used to be good want to rip folks off so badly during this ammo shortage? Terrible ethics. Used to love cheaper than dirt. Now its gouging and dirt !

This location has been closed for a decade but still pops up on Google maps. Cheaper Than Dirt only sells Guns and Ammo online.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have a vey long history of price gouging, and like clockwork, they're at it again. We must stand up to them by putting them out of business. This company is a disgrace to the firearms community. There are many other sites and places to spend your hard earned money. Just do a quick internet search on them, this will tell you all you need to know.

I'm sorry that I wasn't able to give Cheaper Than Dirt 0 stars they truly desire! There prices are cheap as well as their customer service and products they claim to be new and are actually used... A Big No-No when it comes to firearms! I always was told that seeing is believing so here is some proof of the used firearm I was sold as new firearm!

I was willing to make amends and place an order over $100.00 and their customer "No Service Agent" Sara A. denied my order. I truly believe this company has earned the name Piece of Dirt!

Biggest price gougers on the internet . Really shows you're about $$$ and not protecting liberty . Absolutely disgusted by what they're doing now (August 2020) will never buy anything from them again .
