The day at Wild Waves was fun. The water rides were fun. We lived watching the kids have so much fun. However, the park is looking rather dated. There needs to have some painting and sprucing up done. The food was expensive and the servers were slow and not the brightest crayon in the box. The park was clean.

Have always loved going to wildwaves through the years. Both the waterpark and dry-park can be a fun time. Went to frightfest (during halloween) one year and had a great time. Was able to ride some of the rides in the pitch black; very exhilarating. Could be priced friendlier though

Both the slides and rides were fun! We went on a slightly overcast day so there were virtually no lines. One downside was that the pavement was pretty rough and hurt to walk on barefoot.

I can't take in food or water. The soda machine kept my money ($5). Carousel Cafe advertises chicken Ceasar salad and wraps. When I ordered one I was told they are not offered anymore. Choices were deep fried junk food, nachos or pizza. All overpriced. I've been coming here for 25 years. The park has gone downhill and shows no hint of bouncing back. It is sad to see a childhood experience reduced to fight for the almighty dollar.

Where to begin. Let's start with $30 per person to get in (discounted tickets through work) , wait in a line of cars to get in the parking lot and pay $14 to park, wait in line to get in the park then pay $10 for a locker. 30 mins after opening, all chairs are taken so set up shop on cement in any piece of shade you can find.
Then, wait in line 30+ minutes to slide. Are you starting to see a theme here? Then wait in line to get into the lazy river. Once you get in, you better stay there because the line only gets longer the later it gets. The lazy river was by far the best part of the visit. After 3 + hours of waiting and visiting only 3 attractions (this includes the 10 minutes spent in the "wave" Pool that had massive 12 inch waves), you've worked up and appetite and you need water. Guess what, time to wait! Wait in multiple food lines for 20 + minutes to pay over $70 for fries, corn dog, pretzel dogs, drinks and 1 elephant ear for 4 people. You can't bring in your own food or water. Food, I get it. You're trying to make your profits. But water? All the water barrels were empty so you have to wait in the food lines to get something to drink. Ridiculous! Of course, you could always try your luck with an Icee (no wait here!). If you can out maneuver the swarm of bees hanging around the nozzles and not get stung before you fill your cup with the $5.99 frozen treat, you have your self a win!! The amusement park side was ok. Less crowded but somehow the kids still had to wait in line for an hour to ride a roller coaster. Not enough seating or shade. Basically, the park does not seem equipped to accommodate the large crowds it draws. All in all, not a pleasant experience and certainly not worth the $200+ it cost for the day. Highly unlikely we will be back.

Meh, not what it was 20 years ago. Tons of bees everywhere. Line management is horrible. Can't wear water shoes on anything water related so you have to run around on burning hot asphalt all day.

We had a great family day! The rides were a blast! One comment. It was very disappointing to witness unhappy employees. My suggestion is to provide customer service training to all their employees.

We arrived at 11 and stayed until 8:30PM on a Tuesday. During that time we were only able to ride three big water slides and get in the river one time each. By that point it was 7:30 and we walked over and let our five year old ride the kid rides for an hour. $130 for waiting in line all day.
Next time I'd pay $100 more and stay at the great wolf, at least then you can go down the water slides as many times as you want!

I will say when you're finally going down the slide, they're very fun...and very short for the hour wait you just had.

Was told by an employee that some ride weren't open because some employees didn't show up.

Fun place. Took the kids and they had a good time. Crazy busy on weekends though. Waited 45 min in line just to get to the base of the water tower slide (probably another 45 min from there) probably will go on a weekday next time.

Fun place, the fact that admission and food are the only costs is wonderful. My reason for two stars is that the place is very injury prone, cut myself a few times here on some water slides. Also the wave pool is absolutely disgusting.

The theme park is great, there is lots to do for any age range. A few things they could work on are customer care, and better quality food. Another thing that is always a challenge is that if you don't get there early you would be lucky to be able to grab a spot to post up for the day. Prices for passes are reasonable but food is (just like anywhere where they have a monopoly) over priced and low quality. Also kinda ridiculous that you are required to buy a parking pass. All the griping aside if you came to ware some kiddos out then this will get the job done! There are lots of slides and rides for the older kids and a great little water park just for the littles.

To be honest....I don't like wild waves. Maybe I compair it to much from bush gardens and USA waterpark (it's in Virginia state). They people who does the rides are pretty nice that I've seen. But people who serve food are horrible. They're is no hair net and the gloves they do wear they touch there face and clothes with (my friends and I witness it). So I reccomand packing your own lunch and leave it in your car inside a ice cooler it will save you money and possiable food illness. Renting a tube for yourself is only good for the lazy river....I mean it, we had to drop our tube twice cause of 2 rides only can have special tubes (we were not told this when purchasing). And for some reason they won't let you return just so you can go on roller coasters or go outside to eat....cause if you retuurn it then they need to take your wrist band...that makes no sense to me. <for them to read> let people return them so they can enjoy time with out carrying something around all day and so other people could enjoy them (cause they ran out over 20 mins before someone else returned it) then when they are actually done and return it for good then cut off the wrist bad and give there $2 refund fee. And yes people they ran out. We had to pay $11 for a single tube and $13 for a double and they ran out of both....So I gave them a 3 out of 5 cause my friends niece always have fun at water parks but myself I would personally done a 2 star from just things I saw and too many rides were not in use. I agree don't turn on a broken ride like the puyllup fair but try to fix them. I mean I saw over 5 rides not going...And I include the rug slide ride too.

Love this place. Was upset cause we left our sandals on the side of the ride and when we got back someone had stole my sandals. That has never happened to me before. It was very hot and its concrete so if you don't have sandals you're pretty miserable. Wild waves itself is such a great place. The lines are a bit long but it actually moves pretty quick. I'd recommend bringing your own food. The prices for food and water are rising.

Went here for the fright fest. Had to wait 2 hours for a 2 min haunted house. All the lines were terribly long and the parking was expensive and a mess. I don't think I want to go here again.

The water slides were fun but slow. And the Amusement park was spread out and not very many rides for little kids under 58 inches and some of the employees were not very nice but that is my opinion

Great waterslides. Biggest critique is the lines, not for rides that's understandable, but for food. It's blatant how little employees care about keeping lines moving. It's more than a little frustrating to stand in line for half an hour watching some kid meander back and forth behind a counter chatting with friends. Strongly consider bringing a cooler of food in your car, it will save you time and lots of money.

I enjoyed this theme & water park. I just thought that we were able to just purchase a ticket to the water park but turns out its all in one but me & my family had so much fun here! Def will be coming back here for next summer.

This was our first time here and I must say that we had a wonderful day. We spent more time in the theme park, and we're able to go only for a couple of water slides, so can't wait for it to reopen and we can enjoy the water park more thoroughly. There are lines and of course the restrooms at the end of the day became dirty. But that was ok. Food is definitely more expensive so it's better to exit the park with a stamp on your hand and get a pizza from Costco or any other place nearby and then come back to enjoy your day. Will be coming here more often.
Awesome day.

Love the rides. Especially in the hot summertime breeze The breath-taking water slides. I've been going to Wild-Waves Theme Park for probably 4-5 years so far, and I'm loving every time. The different seasons and holidays done at Wild Waves are amazing. Check it out!

Dont even want to give it 1 star. I hated every second of it. Way over priced, rude staff, really confusing slides & no one to help you figure it out. The food was great, if you can afford to spend $100 to feed 2 ppl. I will never ever go back. Dont waste your time,go to Silverwood in Idaho, or Great Wolf Lodge in Centralia WA.

Someone needs to be in charge seems to be running by a bunch of 16 year olds. Called many times to ask questions nobody answers the phone. Also they should supply towels charge more if needed, but I don't want to deal with that.
