What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! This dealership knows what they are doing. I have gone to other BMW and other brand competitors on my shopping experience process before - and this dealership gained my business. I drove almost 30 miles and everything was excellent. I have special thank to Jerry Lim for being upfront and proactive - everything was done great customer service. And also special thanks to Ricky on the finance side. I highly recommend this dealership and to go meet with Jerry Lim for a great purchase experience.

When I experienced a problem with my car today, I called DeAndre, who helped me purchase my BMW. When I bought my car, DeAndre said that I should always reach out to him with any issues, and he really delivered on this promise. He answered right away and also enlisted the help of the service department at the BMW Spring Valley location. Together, they helped me troubleshoot the problem and asked me to come to the dealership immediately for a full evaluation. I really appreciated this quick response! Once there, DeAndre and the service department investigated the issue, assured me that the problem was sorted out, and even washed my car. I feel very thankful for their help today! DeAndre and the service department were wonderful! They even placed an updated sticker to my front window for me. All around, high praise for Spring Valley BMW!

looking to purchase a mid size to a full size bmw suv. Upon walking into this dealership on a Saturday morning there's no one at the front desk. So I decide to walk over the vehicle I was interested in and decide to have a look and offer my knowledge and advice to my wife. During that time ,about a hour or so,5 employees waked passed me, and not one of them had the common decency or manner to say good morning or even offer some sort of advice or help.so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Took my car in for an oil change and had a two other issues with my vehicle. I asked them to let me know what was causing the issues and how much they charged to repair. I specifically told them not to do any repairs until I was informed of the cost. The shop manager explained if no repairs are done there is no charge. They got back to me with the cost of repairs. I moved forward with the oil change, but declined the other two repairs. When I went to pick up my vehicle they charged me for the oil change which was expected. But they also charged me for looking into one of the other issues. Now I was informed if it didn't get repaired there would be no charge. I feel like I was charged extra for a service that because I declined the repairs. Even though I tried to be fair and go through them for an oil change as a thank you for looking into my issues. I feel like they took advantage by charging me $150 extra for a diagnostic test that had no results. Now they would have informed me they charged for looking into issues or running diagnostics that would have been fine. But that was not communicated. I know I communicated i only want to move forward with the oil change. Where did they come up with diagnostic charges i have no idea but that caused me to give them a 1 star. I don't mind doing business but be honest across the board. Just be careful with your repair bills. Make sure you communicate what you want and don't want when it comes to repairs and reiterate a few times make them sign off on it that way you don't get hit with no surprises on your repair bill.

They're another car dealership. They're trying to sell you cars and get the most they can get out of you. That's what car dealerships do. They have to. So expect that. Do your research. All car dealerships lie. They all use sales tactics, they are trained to do this. There's nothing wrong with that, really. You just need to be either super healthy or take your time and walk away until the deal seems appropriate for your budget and somewhat realistic for their bottom line. Nothing more to it. But still, don't trust any salesperson, ever.

My friend and I traveled over two hours to get to Wide World BMW. We made he trip because we felt very comfortable after speaking to Karl Rodriquez and Chris Walls. When we arrived Karl was extremely helpful in the entire purchasing process from start to finish. When we were ready to do the paper work, Ricky Wan the Business Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process of signing all the documents.We asked a lot of questions and Ricky was patient with us when we read all the papers. First of all, DO NOT expect a call back from them....

First of all, DO NOT expect a call back from them. You have a better chance of getting a call from the pope. I bought a 2013 650i xdrive gran coupe 40k miles in late august of this year. By the end of September an engine vacuum hose needed to be replaced. Last Saturday I brought the car in for a coolant leak which turned out to be one of the worst leaks service has seen. When I go to pick up the car the refill coolant light is still on. Service takes it back and refills the coolant and runs a pressurized test, 20 minutes later my vehicle is returned and I start my drive home and within 10 minutes of the drive the refill coolant pops up again. I immediately turn around and bring the car back to the dealership where I waited for another 30 minutes for service to determine there was a leak in the radiator. Wednesday and Thursday I did not get a call regarding information about my car unless I called and asked first. I left a voicemail for Brian Sorce, which he did actually return my car on friday and we planned on speaking on saturday about returning the vehicle. I spent 2 hours speaking with will(sales manager) in regards to giving the car back, didn't get anywhere. Will and Brian thank you for trying to assist me shame it has to be escalated to the GM level. Just be careful and watch all the random people giving 5 star reviews after this one.

Only reason I give them 1 star is because it is the lowest possible rating. If 5 stars is the best rating, they did a fine job at earning a Minus 5. Nothing but confusion and lack of attention to detail. This is the worst car buying experience I ever had in my life. Arrived to pick up a new BMW only to find 3 large bird droppings on the hood of the car. It was a plug in hybrid and the dealer did not take the time to charge the battery with about a week of lead-time to prepare the car for delivery. Certain protective plastic films were not removed until we did at home. Wound up leaving without a proper introduction to the car because the person qualified to introduce the car "the plug-in hybrid genius" was unavailable. They started the car introduction process with my wife about 20 minutes before I was done signing all the papers so I haven't been introduced to the car's systems/features because they were just about done with the unofficial/unqualified intro by then. I was not offered any tire plans, extended warranties or any accessories. Such a poorly run dealership which failed to deliver the BMW experience I was expecting. Additionally, the financing department tried unsuccessfully to "mark-up" the advertised 0.9% loan by 1.0% to 1.9% after I already been approved a month earlier for the 0.9% loan. The price I had negotiated, in writing, before I placed a deposit on the car was not honored when I picked up the car. The salesman I originally negotiated with was no longer with the dealership a month later when the car arrived. The salesman assigned to deliver the car could not be any less interested in the delivery of the car and was just placed as a monkey in the middle between me and the manager. I spent several times on the phone arguing with both the salesman and the manager about my negotiated price. A few days later they called to ask if the front and rear license plates on the new car matched because they had delivered another car where the other new owner discovered they had mis-matched plates so they were reaching out to all the recently delivered car owners to locate other mismatched plates! Horrible experience, lack of attention to detail and loads of confusion going on here!!! Anyone interested in avoiding the Royal Run-around should not shop here. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. . Discovered a week later that 1 of the key FOBs the car was delivered with did not work. Dealt with it at a different dealer because I will never set foot in Wide World/New Country's lot ever again.

My husband and I have been looking for a car since April of this year. We finally found our dream car, BMW X5 Hybrid, at World Wide BMW. We identified this car on the internet and we reached out to them very late at night. Louis Guerra called me the very next morning and took us to a virtual tour of the car. We drove 2 hours on a week day to meet him to look at the car. Louis had our car parked in front and had it all ready for us for a test drive. He also showed us other cars that was in the lot and explained to us the options and the mechanics of different BMW models. He had a very good knowledge of different models and explained to us the technical advantages of one car over another. Since we went there very late, Louis and the Manager had to stay late to talk to us. The Manager, Chris Walls was very pleasant to deal with and he did not rush us to finish up the deal. Both Chris and Lewis were awesome to deal with. Since it was late, the finance folks had left for the day. Chris was kind enough to hook us up with finance guys via phone to do the paper work and we didn t have to go again that far. In addition, they went above and beyond and delivered the car to our house. I sincerely thank both Louis and Chris for working with us. Louis Guerra was awesome and overall we had a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and I would definitely go back to them next time.

I have purchased/leased more than 20 new cars over the past 30 years and I can safely say that Joe Segreti is the straightest shooting car salesman I have ever come across. I know when I deal with Joe that he will find the best car for me rather than the best sale for him. He is focused on creating satisfied customers who have no regrets after their purchase. He will get you the right car at the right price by building a trusted relationship that he thinks will make him your first call when you need the next car. He's not family nor a friend; just an honorable salesperson. That's not easy to find in car sales.

Salesman Karl was to pushy (even annoying) trying to sell us a car that we did not even like. We liked another one, and he looked no-happy about our decision until the end. "Apparently", the bank accepted the loan for the car that Karl wanted us to buy, and we were "rejected" for the car we actually wanted. When we went to another dealership, we found out that our credit score dropped more than 60 points because Wide World BMW tried with 20 different banks. Personally, I did not like that place at all. Karl looked desperate trying to sell the car rather than satisfy us as a customers. Coffee was nice tho :)

I can not begin to say how good George P. is not only as a sales person but as an ethical human being, he treated me as family more than a customer. My Range Rover was delivered to me and we ran into some issues with getting it registered and on the road, George did all that he could to keep me in the loop and was very transparent. As for the assistant managers John S. And Al L., worst customer ever, they were very rude at times as well as didn't follow through on the current status of the vehicle registration issue. One part of a managers duty is to assist with complaints and make it right. Because of them I had to notify my family's attorney. The SUV stayed parked in my driveway for 7 days because I could not drive it. I finally spoke to the assistant sales manager Brian who immediately took care of the situation. Brian had no knowledge of what was going on. This issue could have been resolved sooner had they made Brian aware. Thank you Brian. And a special thank you to George P. George and Brian are the only reason I would recommend this company to purchase a car.

Awesome experience. Saw a car online that I wanted for a price I liked in the condition I was okay with. A used Audi, ironic that I went to a BMW dealership. Regardless, texted the samesman James about the car and set up an appointment to come in on Saturday morning. James was great, talked about the buying process over text the night before and I sent him some information over. So when I arrived, I was all ready to test drive.

Drive went well, James had a good route and was super friendly. I was a cash buyer, and James got me a good price. The fees were very low compared to some other dealerships I've been to. The fees actually made sense! I paid a doc fee, and got plates and registration on the spot. In the past, at a New Jersey dealership, I paid a $500 "doc fee" for them to mail the title and paperwork to me, that I had to myself take to the DMV to register. But here everything was straight up, transparent and honest.

The buying process was quick, we agreed on a number, I ran over to my bank and got a cashiers check, came back, talked to the finance department and finalized the deal.

James was more than friendly and attentive the entire experience. Probably the best and nicest salesman I've ever worked with. Was a pleasure, car got cleaned up and James left a nice hand written card in the car.

I know I was buying a used car, that was about 1/3rd the price of the cheapest new car on the lot, but James made me feel like I was buying the top of the line vehicle. Car runs great, very happy with my experience.

My car was returned in brand new condition. The body work and paint were excellent. The car was delivered back to me before the estimated completion date. My car cleaned inside and out. I would like to share my experience purchasing a car from this dealership.
I got my BMW in May 2017. This is the car I was looking for. It has all features I wanted. And I liked the price.
When I got to the dealership and test drove the car salesman didn't have time for me.
He was juggling between me and 2 other customers. I had money for down payment for most of the car value and I wanted to finance the rest. When I asked salesman what would be my rate he didn't give me a direct answer! They offered 0.9%, 1.9% and 2.9% I believe back in that time. I showed him my credit score on the app and it is pretty high. I didn't expect get the lowest rate to be honest with you. I kept asking what would be my rate but he kept avoiding my question. So next day I came to pick up the car. They ran my credit history and said everything looks very good. I asked again for my rate and salesmen didn't answer!!! He gave me car key to hold in my arm! What is this? Psychological manipulations? LOL
Showed me the car in the garage. The guys were polishing it. And told me that financial specialist has an answer for me. Spend 3 hours there. You know what answer he had? 4.54%! Why? Because those low percentages they give for certified cars only! And this car is not! You want this car to be certified? Pay $3000. Nice, right? Why salesmen didn t tell me this in the beginning? So it was 9 pm I was sitting in financial specialist office processing this information. On one hand I really like the car and I'm tired of searching, on other hand this disrespectful attitude from dealership staff. I got the car and refinanced it as soon as I received all the paperwork at very low percentage rate. All right I lost maybe a hundred dollars but they lost a client. Will I buy another BMW sometime later? - Yes. It is very nice car! German engineers did very good job! Will I buy another BMW from this dealership? - NO! NEVER AGAIN!
And one more thing: before I bought the car salesmen told me it s covered from bumper to bumper. Few days later when I brought the car home I noticed small crack in tail light I didn't notice it in the first place I asked him what about warranty and he said it's not covered! Don't do business with them! Avoid at any cost! NOT honest people!

I bought used x3 2008 with low mileage on it after I bought the car on my way home I got engine light on, i texted the salesman he told me bring the car back next day " Saturday"I went back he told me there is no technician today bring it back Monday, I went back Tuesday I was told that the gas cap is making this problem and has been changed and the light went off, on my way back home I stopped to put gas and after that for 20 mins I'm trying to turn the car on finally it turned on with check engine light again, I went back to the dealership they were trying to make me feel there is no problem and they kept me wanting for 4 hours till they fix the problem I asked them to give me a loaner car because I could not wait more they said they don't have any loaner car. After 4 hours of waiting they told me that the oxygen sensor need to be replaced and they did that they asked me to try the car and see what will happen.

I have never written a review before but I was just taken advantage of . I brought my car for an update on my computer as a courtesy. My vehicle does not have even 25,000 miles on it. It has a 50,000 mile warranty. I never authorized any work, never was called for any service needed, I never bring my vehicles there for service unless warranty or covered services. They just did an oil change less then three months ago and brake fluid change. Now I went to pick my car up and they want to give me a $370 bill for what !!! The woman was rude, unprofessional, and extremely arrogant. I asked what the bill was for I was told for an oil change and brake fluid , which I did not approve, and why would I they just did one, and I have a shop I do not use them, again unless covered work. The rude woman says I signed a paper, I am always asked to sign when I leave my car, obviously this is a carte blanche to do whatever they want. I did not authorize this!! I am a disabled veteran and they have taken advantage of me. BEWARE of this dealership. When I called to speak to a supervisor none were available!! I was only to have a software update, nothing else. I will never buy from them , recommend or use them even for covered service again!!! Worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would This was unauthorized work and would not give vehicle without payment in full

I would give this place 10 stars if the website allowed me. Hassan, Keith and Ricky made a pleasurable experience. No haggling or staying there for hours. They had the paperwork ready for me to sign everything that we agreed on over the phone. No bait or switch. Will definitely come back there again.

I called up parts department to replace passenger side mirror. I was given a quote of $380.00. I was asking the sales rep if the glass has heated & auto dimming options and the guy said, " I can't give you all that details. I don't have time to give you all the details". I asked him to at least give me the part number so that I will look it up by myself before placing the order. He said that he will not give any details of the product and hung up on me.

I have never seen anything like this before. No body would try to sell a product in this world without giving any details. There are wide range of options to replace the glass. If they are not willing to give more details of the part then it looked like they would charge the price for the most expensive option but actually replace with a cheaper one. This is not acceptable.

If you are out of warranty and trying to replace parts then this is not the place to go.

I had an excellent experience with Wide World BMW! I worked closely with Ben and Ricky and they were fantastic! The customer service experience they provided well exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Wide World has me as a customer for life!

Probably the worst buying experience I have had! I drove over 3 1/2 hours to buy a CPO X5, I arrived with a certified bank check ready to buy the vehicle after confirming with the salesman that the vehicle was perfect on the showroom floor, ready to go . I asked numerous times before I drove out If there were any dents, dings, scratches on the vehicle. After I was assured the vehicle was perfect and we agreed on a price I made arrangements to come get the vehicle. I arrived at 9:45am and did not leave until 5:30pm. There were several issues with the vehicle including several dents, dings on it. A knob was missing off of the rear seat climate control, no floor mats, dirty. I drove the X5 on a short test drive and it seemed to drive ok. I expressed my concerns with the salesman and said I was going to pass on the vehicle. The salesman talked to his manager and they offered to deduct more money off of the price to compensate for damage. Against my better judgment I agreed to purchase the vehicle. After waiting 2+ hrs to do paperwork we left and drove home. Upon driving home I noticed the steering wheel was noticeably off center. I found a work order from the previous owner in the glove box that recommended an alignment due to the steering wheel being crooked. I would expect that would have been taken care of on a CPO vehicle. After taking the X5 to a local bmw dealership for the alignment I was told the rear brakes are at 1mm and should be replaced, again not something I feel I should need to do after purchasing a CPO BMW. I was not satisfied at all by the service or honesty of the Wide World BMW. Would not recommend to anyone for CPO bmw. Seems like they don t really inspect the vehicles and just slap a CPO sticker on it.

I leased two BMW s from Wide World and had a great experience both times. Jerry was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and honest, which is hard to find in this industry. He negotiated a fair deal and kept to his word. I highly recommend him!

The Manager Joey went over and above to make me and my wife happy, saving us thousands off retail pricing plus they gave us some fabulous financing options. If you ever want a new or preowned BMW see Mendy or Joey. Truly a first class experience, i have already referred a friend of mine to them. If you live in NJ they are 5 minutes off the Garden State Parkway. I will never buy a car anywhere else.

We were looking for a used BMW X3 in great shape and we found it at wideworldbmw of Spring Valley, NY and we are glad and lucky that Manny was the salesman which made my wife and I felt great through all the process.

Since the warm welcoming, he patiently show us the car we liked, he answered all the questions we had and after the road test we felt in love with the car.

The tires of the car were in bad shape and we didn't feel safe with them and he replaced them for a better ones which was really nice and was part of what sealed the deal.

He also called me a few days later to make sure we were enjoying the car and everything was fine.

Our friend recommended him to us and we will recommend him to our family and friends and we will look for him for our next car too.

We bought over a dozen cars in the past in this was the nicest and easiest experience we had, we wish all car salesmen were like him.

Also Chris the used car Manager was really nice and along with Manny gave us a good deal.

I do not visit dealerships for sales because I ve had too many bad experiences and it will always be the same once you did all your homework and know what to pay for and what not to pay for. I never have my second phone and have received multiple calls from Wide World and always felt Ike they didn t have good deals based on online specials. One day at work, ten minutes after agreeing to a deal with a local dealership, I decided to answer my phone. I said let me give these people a try and share my numbers. We worked the numbers and came back with the best deal I ve ever seen on an X5 40e lease with added options. I was paying more money for a base model car but ended up with a better value at Wide World. This was my first BMW so I was excited and to add to it, they had a specialist sit with me and teach me how to use the million and one technological features in the cabin. I left very happy and will recommend this dealership to everyone. Of course upon the end of my lease, I will be shopping around and if This dealership comes up with the best price, they ll earn my business again. i appreciate the relationship building experience at dealerships but I will continue to buy based on price. I m not rich so I have to go with my budget.!

George was my sales person when I purchased my used Durango from this dealership. George was a pleasure to work with. He's honest, straight forward, and really gives you the impression he has your best interest at heart. No pressure & never once tried to sell to me. Kept in constant contact with me and always returned my calls. The prices at this dealership (Used) are very fair and lower than you will find at most other dealerships. The price you see online is the actual price, no hidden fees (If you've been shopping for cars in NY or NJ you'll know exactly what I mean). Don't expect to haggle the price down further, profit margins are small on used cars and these are already priced as low as possible (Dealers have to make a small profit or they won't be in business very long). The car I bought had a small dent in the side, Fabio the manager agreed to fix this at their expense. Can't ask for much better customer service than that. Thank you George & WWBMW

I have bought many cars in my day and every single time I have felt pressured, stressed and exhausted after the whole ordeal. Today was totally different. I want to thank Keith Jones Jr. and manager Ricky Wan for the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever been a part of. If you re in the need of a BMW or any other type of vehicle they may own, I highly recommend going to Wide World BMW in Spring Valley, NY. Horrible experience. Had everything signed, approved by their finance dept and bank, down payment placed, waited 3 days (after I was told to pick up the car on our agreed on date, just to be turned around) to find out the "technicians" were too incompetent to change rear brakes on the vehicle. The manager told me the car was being auctioned off. Yes, that's right, for a rear brake job. The salesman was inexperienced and needed help every step of the way. Nice guy, but pushy in the sale, gave me every "promoting" sentence in the book to seal the deal. Avoid this place, do not give them the time of day. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and bring your business elsewhere. Sent emails to the lead manager and got no reply. They do not care about their customers!
