Came in for my routine service. Steve at the service desk is always friendly and helpful, I ve encountered him a few times. Great service whenever I bring my car in. I purchased my car from this dealership last year and that was a pleasant experience as well.
This dealership is the reason the term "car salesman" gets a bad name. Unless they are making a quick $$$ they could care less about customer satisfaction. This dealership had no problem refusing to refund me the $2,300 I spent to extend the "maintenance warranty" although I asked for the refund 1 week after the purchase. The reason I had second thoughts about the warranty purchase is because on top of the other times the dealership had me leave the shop after bringing the car there for a specific issue and then having to be back at the dealership shortly thereafter with the same issue, the same noise I brought the car to the dealership with the day I signed up for the warranty, I noticed the same problem/noise immediately after leaving the dealership. The GM could care less about their reputation as long as the dealership continues to rip people off and make $$$ off everyone that walks in the door.
HORRIBLE dealership. Contacted Karl Rodriguez first thing in the morning when the dealership opened to let him know I was driving from SEVERAL states away to purchase a specific vehicle and had full payment for the vehicle with me. After I drove 4 hours to the dealership arriving close to my appointment time I was told the car was already sold 10 minutes before I arrived and told to look at other vehicles. The place was completely empty of any customers so I wonder if they ever even had this vehicle I came for in the first place. No one even called me to let me know the vehicle was sold so that I didn't continue en route to the dealership. The vehicle is even still listed as available on their website which is misleading. Don't waste your time with these people like I did.
Billy B. was the best and, most important, patient with us. We test drove various car and he didn t rush us through the process. Friendly and would recommend to all.
The service staff was impeccable. The loaner car was all arranged, however this is not the first time I have gotten my car back unwashed. Also, my lumbar side button was broken off - a problem not big enough to return for a fix, but significant enough to cause a headache.

We worked with Nicolas Barina who made our experience truly amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the process.
He was highly responsive and took great initiative to get answers to questions we had throughout the process. He was genuinely committed to delivering what he said he would, and in fact, found us a car that is even better then we expected. He spared us a visit to the dealership during the COVID-19 pandemic by personally delivering our new car to our home, and drove our old car back to the dealer - and did it on his day off! He managed every detail perfectly. He was wonderful to work with and really outstanding in every way.
I would avoid this dealership like the plague. Brian Sorce- General Manager, Bill Caswell- Service Manager and Will Gallagher-Sales Manager are all a hot mess. Fortunately, the dealership does have some silver linings among those clouds. For me, the silver linings were Maria Villareal and James Fleur. Both of whom were true professionals from start to finish. If they were the ones running the dealership, this review would ve been a (5) star review instead of a (1) star review.
I had an amazing experience with Maurice. He was very attentive and followed up with me through out the whole process. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Maurice to assist with next car purchase. Thanks to him I am loving my car and the whole experience at Wide World BMW. For my next vehicle I will be back to him for sure!

Agreed on a price with me, as well as a price on a trade in.
After we arrived at the dealership they low balled the trade in (citing damage, there is none except scratches on the bumper) and wouldn't sell us the vehicle for the agreed upon price even after we decided to keep our other car and sell privately. As a side note, the dealership we agreed to buy from paid us double for our trade in compared to what BMW quoted. ($3500 vs. $7000k)
They tried to squeeze an extra $2k on the price of the vehicle we were buying, even after we agreed on a price.
This is where the "used car salesmen" moniker comes from.
Stay clear of these guys, lots of car dealerships around. No reason to deal with dishonest people.
For the record, the sales guy seemed genuinely confused by the whole situation. It was definitely driven by the "manager", who wouldn't even show his face after I asked to see him.

Extremely disappointed at the service. Although they agreed to annual free maintenance when you get a BMW there, they look to sell you other services at the complementary annual tuneup event. Their charges are twice the amount of Mavis or other servicers. If you don t get anything from them, they don t provide a car wash, not to mention their bad and obnoxious attitudes. Don t go there!

ATTN: BILL COSWELL- I received excellent service from Nikole Harmony from the time I arrived to the time she escorted me to my vehicle and removed the plastic seat & steering wheel covers. I was in & out in a hour and a half. This was the type of service experience you would expect from a luxury automobile dealership. I wish you good luck in your recent ownership of the dealership.

HORRIBLE service! I tried to buy a new BMW here and the people are totally incompetent and very rude. The uneducated salesman never returned our calls and could not answer any of our questions. Even after taking our deal to the sales manager the experience was even worse, it must be how they train these people! I was treated like I was buying a 15k Hyundai not a 75k BMW. BUYER BEWARE! There are too many BMW dealerships in the area (jersey has around 10) so there are no reasons to even think about setting foot in this dreaded place. I don t know if BMW has the power, but they should shut these clowns down, makes the brand look bad.
Had a PPI conducted here and they missed a number of issues and failed to declare the severity of some other big problems with the car. I do not recommend using this dealership. Additionally they have been unresponsive, unhelpful, and uncommunacitve. Avoid at all costs.

I enjoy their valet service. Unfortunately due to Covid, they suspended that service for now. Nevertheless, I was still able to drop off the car for service at my scheduled time without any wait and socially distanced. The entire experience was pleasurable. I've been coming here since 2010 and will continue to do so.

Throughout the whole process from the initial email to the pickup day every person we met were all polite and welcoming. There was no BS, they walk you through everything and show you all of the numbers along the way. The process was quick easy and painless. Definitely recommend checking them out!
I've never met a more honest, hard working, down to earth salesman before in my life! I would recommend George Popa to any and every one looking to finance or lease a BMW. He goes above and beyond to help make sure you get your money's worth for your purchase. He was 100% honest the entire time and not once did he give off the vibe that he was just trying to make the sale. He is the perfect example of excellent customer service. After test driving two vehicles with him I was ready to make my purchase. He kindly asked how much I was working with, we did some number crunching and he recommended CPO program (which I would recommend to anyone purchasing a certified pre-owned BMW) which gives a great warranty coverage on your vehicle based off of the mileage on the vehicle. I can't remember his managers name but he was a great help too. One of the men in the finance department was a jerk and spoke very condescending to me and made me feel like he was telling me what to do more than advising me and insuring that I understood what he was recommending. I did not appreciate that and almost did not leave with the car due to that, but then George and his manager stepped in and referred us to a man named William Gallaher in the finance dept. and he was honest and straight up. He thoroughly explained everything I was signing my life away to and made sure I understood as well as recommended the additional coverage he believed that anyone driving a BMW should have and I ended up purchasing that coverage as well and it was not costly at all. If I can write a review for him as well I will and the next time I visit the dealer I will get the managers name and write a review for him as well. These three guys make a great team and make sure the customer satisfaction is main priority. I appreciate their services and I hope to continue doing business with each of them in the future. THANKS GEORGE! I wish you nothing but the best and I know you will make it far in this field guaranteed. #AwesomeExperience

But of course no one at Wide world BMW took care of the problem only offered as reasons why the mistake occurred. Instead of creating a solution they made excuses. Stay away!!

I visited Wide World BMW on 8/4. I was assisted by Hassan Pires, who went above and beyond to make the transaction work. We lost power during the transaction due to the tropical storm which delayed the process. Hassan was there every step of the way from getting me to my bank which was 30 mins away. He not only made sure I was able to check into a hotel for the night due to the power outage he dropped me off and picked me up the next to pick up my car. His level of service and professionalism is A+++++++++ I highly recommend Hassan Pires and will be coming back to Spring Valley NY from Massachusetts just to work with him again!
On April 17th, we made a down payment on a car and was told to pick it up the car on friday april 19th. We called before going to pick it up and was infromed that our sales rep had been fired, and that they would call back to tell us when we can pick up the car. We never reciveved a call, then called again to be told once again that the finance dept would call back. Ultinamelty we never recieved a phone call back from anyone. Our finance had been long approved but yet we still had no car. On monday we went to the dealer to speak to a mangager who then informed us that the car was sold to someone else. Both the sales rep and the finance person were fired. Now after all of this, they then cashed my 500$ deposit but we still do not have a car.
Everything was taken care of no complaints at all gladly recommend to all my associates.
I was given a price in advance of going to the dealership and there were no surprises when I went in to get the car. Everyone was courteous and professional. I had a great experience and very happy with my new car so far!
Great place they did everything to get me the vehicle I wanted. They also work along USAA/Military to give you the best price possible.
Dealership is under massive renovation, so makeshift service area is a mess. Took my car in for a nys inspection. Was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes. An hour later my car was ready and the reason for the delay was they were snooping around looking for things wrong with my car so they could write me a service estimate. I was told my cv axle boots were torn and would cost 1500 dollars to fix. A week earlier another service center replaced my brakes and rotors and checked the cv axle boots, and I told they were perfectly fine and in good condition. I suspect they intentionally created the problem which previously did not exist. So beware of this dealer! I also asked them to give me an estimate for a cabin air filter replacement, which came up as 750 dollars to replace. The service advisor said it looks like the wrong price, but she never bothered to give me a correct price. Shady experience with this dealer and I'm never going back here.
I Returned my m3 and wanted to get an x5 for my wife I went into the showroom told them exactly what I wanted its been over 4 weeks still haven't received call back after I texted and called multiple times. Crazy part my family has got multiple x5 and M series BMW from wide world. Awful customer service. SMH

I came to Wide World after being treated poorly at Orange County BMW. Jerry was eager to help me out and answer all my questions. He replied very fast to my emails and took the initiative to send me more information on the car I was interested in. When I came into the dealership, Jerry had already pulled around one of X1s he told me about. He made the experience of buying a BMW great.
Great sales team and a large inventory selection. They have all the models, colors and options. Ricky Wan ( Finance) is patient and very informative when doing the finance side of a deal. I enjoyed working with Jerry Lim he does not pressure you at all. Overall the sales aspect is a joy. The service area has improved . Honestly 5/5 stars is not enough they deserve 10/10 for the amount of work they put in bringing new customers and keeping loyalty.

I purchased a used 528i xDrive from them about a month and a half ago. The salesperson I dealt with was Jason. After taking weeks to deliver the car, it came in awful condition. He ensured me multiple times that the brakes had just been replaced. Before even having the car for 24 hours I had to spend $350 on new brakes and rotors. The car also came with multiple big dents and scratches that Jason had ensured me would be taken care of before delivery. The were certainly not. To make up for all of his shortcomings, Jason has promised me that his manager and he would be giving me a set of all weather rubber mats. Of course that never happened. The car is missing a rear tow eye cover that was also promised to be sent right over and never was. Jason has now ignored me for over a month. This is the most unprofessional, unacceptable car buying experience I could ever imagine. After all of this, the only possible explanation I could think of for how this place would ever receive higher than a 1 star rating is that they must be faked. Doesn t seem to be that far of stretch given how poorly I ve been treated and how all accounts posting reviews have only ever given 1 review.
If you are looking to buy a car AVOID WIDE WORLD BMW AT ALL COSTS!
