Joe Segreti was recommended by a friend of my wife who has bought multiple cars from him and I understand why. Joe is always helpful and patient and knowledgeable. He never did that dealership routine where the salesman goes to talk to the manager to answer a question he already knows the answer to or can figure out himself. Joe used his computer to work out the pricing and financing as we spoke, no wasted time or mystery. I felt that he was sincere in trying to put together a package that worked for me as well as the dealership. He made what is usually a trying experience, pleasant. I can understand why Joe was recommended to us and I would repeat the recommendation.

I inquired online to Wide World BMW as to the availability of a pre-owned BMW they had listed. My inquiry was immediately responded to by Mr. Haasan Pires, who acknowledged that the car was still available and who offered his assistance. I am a bit of a BMW aficianado (PITA) and had a lot of questions for Haasan regarding the car, as I did not want to make 5+ hour drive to check the car out and be disappointed.
He was very thorough and timely with his responses, never pressuring me or playing any games. I made a deposit on the car that was conditional on our inspection and approval. When I arrived at the dealership the following morning, I was very pleasantly surprised. The vehicle was out front ready for our inspection, and it was exactly as Haasan had represented. The car was flawless and after a good test drive, I committed to the purchase, which went seamlessly.
I can't stress enough what a pleasure it was dealing with Haasan Pires. The man is a professional with very high standards for quality and exceptional customer service and I would buy another BMW from him without hesitation.

Scheduled service with them with a loaner only to find out that it wasn t scheduled and had to wait there for an hour for them to find me a loaner so I could go to work late. Service was good but it seemed they had a back order on my parts so didn t get the car back on time but the car runs great now.
Great sales team and a large inventory selection. They have all the models, colors and options. Ricky Wan ( Finance) is patient and very informative when doing the finance side of a deal. I enjoyed working with Jerry Lim he does not pressure you at all. Overall the sales aspect is a joy. The service area has improved . Honestly 5/5 stars is not enough they deserve 10/10 for the amount of work they put in bringing new customers and keeping loyalty.
Worst service i ever gotten. Went in to get car serviced and they did not even fix what was wrong with my car the right way. One of the workers stole something from my car. I will never go back to this BMW Service Center ever again.
From the moment I entered into the dealership, the customer service was top notch. Terrence Homes and Joe Gensert were both excellent to work with in getting a 2018 X3. Terrence was understanding, patient, and easy to work with. Any questions or concerns that I had, he took the time answer. He made the entire process very easy. He took the time researching any incentives and offers to get me the best possible deal. Joe made the financial process easy. He took the time to make sure that I did not spend more than I needed to by looking for any financial offers in addition to explaining all things financial. I would recommend working with both gentlemen and Wide World BMW if you're looking a new vehicle.

After my first two BMW s, which were purchased used and out of warranty, I made the leap to Certified Pre-Owned from a BMW dealership. I was in the market for a very specific model X5 and with the help of the BMW USA CPO search engine I located several possible candidates. I found the best match at World Wide BMW and when I compared price/features with the others, it was clear Wide World BMW offered the best value. The majority of my buying experience was conducted from a distance as I live in Connecticut and Spring Valley, NY is 2 hours away. Regardless, Manny Saint Louis responded to my inquiry and escorted me through the whole process. Manny was alway professional, diligent, followed through promptly, and was a gentleman with whom I enjoyed working. I think the one thing that impressed me the most was that Manny called me the night before the delivery to assure me that all the paperwork was in order and the vehicle was ready. It took a lot of worry out of the mix.

I traveled from Baldwin NY to Spring Valley NY to purchased my mom a new car. I got her an x5 and I must say the service was excellent Karl Rodriguez (my sales rep) was absolutely wonderful!!!! I bought my M550 from Jerry, who is the best. I was invited to a taste table party in NJ last August and that is how I learned the at least M550, test drove it and loved it. I live in NYC, I have to pass 5 BMW dealers to reach them. I did it because of Jerry, if it was not for him i would not buy this car from them. They all sell BMW, it is the sale person and management team make the difference. I came into view some of the preowned BMW 5 series. The salesman Michael B. was scheduled to assist me. He came out greeeted me and my family and had several keys of the vehicles and styles I was interested in. He was nice and went to bat for me on negotiation especially since there was an online mistake on the posting. We came to agreement on a price and he even gave me touch up paint to fix a scratch on the door. great communication and made the process of replacing my car that was totaled in an accident while it was parked easy. However, everyone else in process was rather slow.
I definitely will be coming back for another vehicle from Wide World BMW in the future. Keith is not your typical used car salesman. He was very helpful, he kept in constant communication with me until I was able to finally make it up there in person days after our initial phone call. Car was exactly as described online. The dealership itself was very clean and well maintained. Bonus: they have great coffee too!

I leased an X5 with them and also bought a 550 after my lease expired. I showed up to pay for the 550 and the finance manager said not to worry and pay the bank the equity instead of them. Now the bank wont accept the payment to lower the monthly payments. The worst part is when I complained to their sales manager Resa, he said I was probably wrong and his finance manager never said that. I have been a bMW customer for many years now and am sorry to say this dealership is by far the worst. By the way on the X5 I first bought one they said was available pre my last lease payment, found out a couple of days later it wasnt available and had to be manufactured. Surprise another lease payment.

The vehicle I scheduled for test dive was sold and I got informed only 20min before I got there. But they have enough inventories, I bought a desired one there. Took some time but everything went smoothly. Every car gets a detailed cleaning service right before leaving the store. Fairly good. They need to update more frequently, the car I bought was still in their inventory for another week on their website.

The car I had picked out off of BMWUSA website led me to Wide World. The Certified Pre-Owned 3 Series I had selected had a few minor problems that were unknown, but were quickly fixed and tested before buying the car. The incredibly great and helpful staff at Wide World did everything in their power to ensure that the buying process of my 3 series went as easy as possible. I highly recommend asking for Manny or Jimmy, but even walking through the showroom the other salesmen seemed incredibly nice and helping! Ricky made sure the paperwork went through smoothly and without any problems! Their manager was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we may have had. I just bought a 535i xdrive from Ron Charles at BMW! From the test drive to driving the car off the lot this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had buying a car.
Ron was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent time with me, set up BMW Assist for me and then ran me through a call, provided all weather mats as well as the lovely carpet mats for my car. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a certified pre-owned or pre-owned BMW.
The dealership was amiable regarding price negotiation (my least favorite part of buying a car). games.The financing department (William) was efficient and got me an Amazing LOW rate! There is no pressure to buy additional and extended warranties.
There was a small issue with the vent in the back seat and Steven in Service was right on it. He got the part and installed it at no charge and with lightening speed. Steven has also been very helpful with my 2001 BMW 7 Series (my first BMW baby and my favorite). He is professional, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I highly recommend seeking him out if you need to use their Service Dept.
Service delivered a car that looked like it just rolled off the line. It was cleaned inside and out, waxed, tires shined, windows treated with rain-x (?) woodwork polished, and leather seats spotless!
AND of course I bought another Ultimate Driving Machine!!!! I am a huge fan of BMWs and they never disappoint me! I was so excited about leasing my fourth BMW but this time it would be my 1st from Wide World of BMW in Spring Valley. Unfortunately, the first experience was not a good one--at all. Everything that could go wrong, did. Miscommunications galore. Frustration and confusion resulted in me wanting out of the deal when I was so close to closing. Finally I spoke with the general manager about everything gone wrong and he seemed smug. He did offer me an option to close the deal that day but at that point, I'd had it and it didn't really feel like his offers claimed responsibility for failing to properly inform me about the down payment policy. Ultimately I asked to cancel what was a good deal and Brian agreed. We exchanged pleasantries and I bounced. So, I was back to square one, still needing a car, beyond disturbed and very upset by the customer service or lack there of.
The next day I was still reeling from the experience. BUT I was pleasantly surprised that the general manager Brian thought better about what happened and called to apologize and rework the deal. He sweetened an already amazing deal. He really put his money where his mouth is. Full car detail at a later date, dinner on him, and amazing incentives. I was impressed. I mean everyone makes mistakes but what you do after the mistake defines who you really are in my opinion. Brian (GM) and Joe (Business Manager) invited me back to close the deal and give me the customer service they're known for. I thought about it thoroughly and then I called Brian and Joe back to accept and I'm glad I did.
Brian met me at the door and rolled out the red carpet. All genuine, all nice. Joe worked with me to redo all the paperwork and we got to talking and laughing--business turned visit, I forgot where I was. My original sales person Maurice assisted me with smiles and care and everything went much smoother-- just a better experience. Tyler (BMW Genius), showed me all of the coolness about the 2017 X5, and again more laughing and visiting. We even made a date to go over things in depth at a later time. I learned a valuable lesson-- sometimes the stars are not aligned at first but people are only human and if given a second chance, they make the better of it. Talk about a day making a difference. It ended up being one of the nicest experiences of my illustrious leasing career.
I've been with this dealership for more than a decade. I purchased BMWs from others, but both the sales and service teams are exceptionally good at WW. These are serious people top to bottom. They seem to be in a long game, paying attention to scurrilous detail, going out of their way to meet my needs. Often times, above and beyond what common sense dictates. Changes to programs and promotions do not adversely reflect on the level of dedication they give - year after year, predictable stable experience and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction on wide world's part. And of course I know most of them by name - they're real people, not machines. They listen, think, advise, feel.
I worked with both Fabio Gomez, the manager at the pre-owned lot, and Ramon "Ray" Perez and have nothing but good things to say about these gentlemen. They truly mean what they say and say what they mean. The experience was haggle-free, as they only charged a $75 documentation fee and state taxes on the agreed price of my 2013 X5. They were honest, up-front, and weren't playing games with me like other dealers have with dealers fees and whatnot.
The true icing on the cake was dealing with Luis in finance. I've never had such a pleasant experience during the part that most of us dread; signing the paperwork at the end of it all. The transaction was smooth and everything was in order. He wasn't very pushy abut the add-ons and provided top notch service as well during the tag transfer, which became a bit of a headache due to a mistake on my part.
Overall, I'm real happy with the vehicle and the service and would buy again without hesitation!

I had visited New country BMW in Hartford last week and my experience was fantastic. I would not exaggerate if i would give 10 Stars. My advisers was Kurt ; Very talented , very nice and very good listener not only to you but your car too. Documented issues properly and addressed those issues. I would also like to mention about Roger who took my car for ride and minutely observed the issue while doing test drive. They know BMW car more than any one else . Before visiting this place i have shown the my car issues to other BMW Dealers in different state but never got satisfied and issue were as it is. But this Dealer in Hartford is the best in USA . They diagnosed the issue well and fixed it . Wish them the best.

It's unfortunate that I can't give them 0 stars. The sales manager, Robert, who I paid nearly $500 to to get my car registered ignored phone calls and emails for over a month. The only way I got anyone on the phone to actually talk to me about where my plates and registration were (after driving around for over a month on an expired temporary tag) was when I threatened to call the police and tell them that my title had been stolen. Suddenly, he immediately had everything I needed and said he would over night it to me. That was on a Thursday. It's now Tuesday and I still don't have the tags. He is keeping every dime of the money I gave him to register the car and refuses to take any responsibility for wrong doing. Register your car yourself, and don't deal with the sales manager if at all possible.
I called to schedule an appointment, and no one picked up, so I am still waiting for a call back for 3 days already.
Thanks for your service, and I will not be back.
