Buying a luxury car should be an exciting experience, especially when you are switching from one luxury brand to another, right!! Don't expect it from Wide World BMW of Spring valley. Shop at your own risk at this dealership!! You will be promised sky and the moon, but when it is time to deliver on what you were promised you will meet absolute disappointment. Please check the vehicle carefully, prior to accepting delivery, as quality control does not exists.
I have recently purchased 2018 X5 from this dealership. The experience was horrible!! This was a loaner vehicle, the sales person Ricardo Armand was in so much rush to sell, that he failed to examine, that the vehicle was not even cleaned properly, operation manual was missing, when scratches were pointed out, the sales person said, oh! that is normal wear and tear, bring it in a month, we will buff it up for you! really!! Once the paper work was completed, he disappeared and asked a newly hired, inexperienced intern to assist. (Poor intern made every efforts to show us the functions of the car to the best of his knowledge) When salesman was questioned about the unwanted charge imposed by the finance person, he said our GM has authorized the refund, and I should get the check. I am still waiting for that check in the mail!!
When I went for encore appointment, I requested a proof of security system, the stealthy sales man took long time, and sent a copy with intern, which was not even readable. They would not even offer to wash car, although it is a normal courtesy offered by any high end car dealership!
I regret my decision to visit Wide Work BMW! I should have stayed with Paul Miller, and Ray Catena who surely knows how to treat their customer by extending extraordinary service, minute you enter dealership whether you are purchasing a vehicle or your are visiting for service

There is absolutely no accountability. General Manager is quick in sending a Thank You note, (Seems like an automated email) however no response from him when questions were raised.

I've tried two other dealerships in the area and they were not even close to the quality of service that is provided at wide world BMW (even while they are under construction). Signed papers and bought a car. We decided to leave it there and add the certified warrantee to it and pick it up Monday. I received a call this afternoon saying they were missing the title and that I would have to pick it up tomorrow. Ok. 10 minutes later they call me with some more bad news. I leased my first BMW from a dealer in another state 3 years ago, and after sampling various dealer service departments closer to home I quickly settled on Wide World BMW. Their service is simply the best. Whether it was Steven Karasek or Suzanne Leale or anyone else in the service dept for that matter they always did their best to accommodate me and my schedule with or without an appointment. The word "no" does not seem to exist is their vocabulary, except as in the phrase "no problem", so when it came time to return that car and lease another it was almost a foregone conclusion I would do it through Wide World. Still, I did my due diligence and shopped the car and configuration I wanted with several area dealers before talking to Wide World.
When I met with Alan Himmelfarb he listened carefully to what I was looking for, went to consult with management, and came back with a lease deal structured exactly the way I wanted and at a price no other dealer could touch. And he did it all with absolutely NO haggling and without pressuring me for the other dealer's offers. It was a great price, there was no pressure, and I accepted on the spot. The car is fantastic. I bought a brand new X5 from Wide World BMW on 1/2/2015. The sale person, his name is Charles Phillips, asked me to pick up my car at 3 pm. We went there on time, but did not get our car until after 7pm. Then we found some scratches on the car. The sales person insisted that they were not scratches. Finally I had to call a sales manager whose name is Joe. Joe asked two workers to re-polish those spots and finally the scratches were gone. We left the dealership at 8pm. Horrible experience!
We paid dealership $450 for motor vehicle fee. The sales guy said we would get refund if the fee was less than that amount. A few weeks later, we got the receipt for $371. I called Charles more than three times for refund of the difference. Each time he gave me different stories (eg. will mail to you in couple of days, the check was mailed, let me check again). I had to call Joe, the sales manager to resolve the issue. Joe said he would let me know within two days. I never got his call, even though I left him two messages within three weeks.
I left a message for general manager today. I hope he will return my call. If you are owner of this dealership, please contact me too.

Allison and some girl told me that they couldn't provide me the loaner because they were very busy at the time and the technicians are not going to work on my car on the same day. And I insisted that I was already there that they give me the loaner as they promised to and I would pick up my car whenever it is ready. I was shocked when they look me straight to my face
and tell me that they can't and that I have to reschedule. I have had many cars before but never experienced such a poor treatment from service people...So I advise you that you save your time and go get your service elsewhere... FYI. any other BMW you get the option to choose a loaner when you schedule for service online or over the phone but not them.

The service department is excellent, but the sales group turned me away by attempting to charge a premium for European Delivery, which at the time actually should have incurred a 7% discount from MSRP. They told me that "prices are set at the corporate level" and that you cannot get a discount from MSRP. This is completely false, and I ended up getting a total of 9% off of the MSRP and I got to pick my car up in Munich and drive all over Germany when I ordered through Orange County BMW, which was one of the best experiences in my life. It's one thing to not accept on order, and its another entirely to utterly flat out lie to a potential customer.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 535XI from Worldwide BMW and discovered 3 months later that the CD player didn't work. Since Worldwide BMW is about 90 minutes from my home, I took the car to my local BMW dealer who charged me $148 to tell me what I already knew: the CD player was broken. The also told me it wasn't covered by the extended warranty and that replacement parts/labor would be $1300. I called my Worldwide BMW salesman who referred me to the sales manager. Sales manager arranged for me to bring car in for a diagnosis with a free loaner. After I brought it in, the service writer called to say the CD was broken and he was awaiting authorization to replace it. At this point, I expected serious push-back. Something like: "the CD worked when we sold it to you; you must have broken it." Next day, nothing. Next day, I got a call. "Your car is ready; the CD has been replaced." When I got there, the Worldwide service writer handed me the paperwork. $0 for the loaner. $0 for the CD replacement. $0 for wash and inside cleaning. I was absolutely amazed that the dealer made good without any push-back, without any complaining. Straight out, took my word that the first time I tried to use it, it didn't work, and fixed the problem without charge. That's an honest dealer. My recommendation: go to Worldwide BMW if you want a BMW that is backed with honest service.

If you can relate to what I m saying, I found the mother of all BMW Service Departments, a true representation of what the BMW brand stands for. I was going to keep it my own secret but, I had to share it with other owners.
The level of customer service was so top notch, I thought I was being punked initially. The Service Manager, Mike, even changed my tire for me personally. We re used to not even seeing the Service Manager at any service dept but Mike, was right there greeting customers with his big smile right along his service advisors. My service advisor was Rasheena Dyer. She will always be my advisor for life. She was great and personable and super knowledgeable. She is who BMW is. She should be the example of how all advisors should treat customers! Mike followed up with me via email after I was gone and advised me that anything I needed to reach out to him anytime.
You have my word, you will not be disappointed taking your car there. I m still blown away by the entire experience.

I go there to check it out and everything was great I met Manny he was the salesman that was taking care of me and told me to come back the next morning so I can purchase the car. He also mentioned that I could not make a deposit on the car so I could hold it, that is their policy. I go back the next morning, test drive the car and I am sitting down to purchase this car and all of sudden he comes back and says that it is partially sold and someone put a deposit on it. There was another salesman that went off and did whatever he wanted and took an deposit from someone, which is not allowed. The manager was away on vacation and this person did whatever he or she wanted. I spoke with the manager and there nothing he could do because someone put an deposit. It s in there contract not to do that and it is first come first serve. I am very disappointed and the lack of communication is ridiculous, the manger said this person put a deposit down last Saturday and not one person knew about it. Also the car is still sitting there so this person still has not even bothered to get it. Very disappointed, I don t live nearby and wasted my time going out there and for nothing.

The car was exactly as described via phone conversation and sales listing. We purchased the vehicle on the spot. Our sales representative, George Popa was respectful, courteous, and worked diligently to assist with the paperwork and processing. We drove the home that afternoon. Poor service. They will seem very kind in the beginning. Soon after they will leave out important information on the car you want. They will tell you that you will have better bargaining opportunity if you show in person and then when you think you have the car you want, you find out that a back up camera is not included or the passenger side seat is manual etc... As a friend of mine said their tactic is "bait and switch". Time wasted on a very not so luxury shopping experience. I disliked my experience so much that I am now in talks with Audi.

The process was smooth and easy between Keith and Josh, the financial guy. I went to this service center ONCE and ever since I've been receiving unsolicited calls on my cell phone from companies trying to sell me an "extended warranty". They are not associated with BMW, and they have my name, phone number, make, model, and year of my car.
