Make sure to ask for Karl on your next BMW purchase. Recently bought a used 228i. I live about 4 hours away. Karl was upfront on pricing and fees and made the deal work very quickly. Also was attentive and provided me all the information I could want and need on the car. Held the car for me for a few days and made sure everything was ready when I arrived that night. Went above and beyond through the whole process. Great experience thanks again Karl!

Great experience!! Brought my car in for a bubble on my tire and they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend Matt for your service advisor. And Maria helped me with a nice loaner since the car was going to be dropped off. They made sure I had transportation while the car was there. 10/10
I leased my car from them in 2015. One month into my leasing, I tried to cancel two out of my four insurances/warranties for the leased car. I called like more than 10 times and finally Financial manager Joe told me it has been taken care of and they canceled two of my insurances and they will refund my money into my last lease payment so I dont have to pay the last payment. Two year later, my leased term is coming to the last year, I wanted to confirm with them this is still the case. But Joe declined and said he never remembered our conversation happened two years ago and there was no prove of that conversation. I asked: The standard procedure should be like this: When customer wants to cancel something, dealer usually will send out a letter asking for signature to verify the cancellation. This dealer never sent me anything but only verbally confirmed with me on phone twice. ( My sales person remembered this whole thing, but how come the manager denied this) Now they use this as an excuse to not refund me. I tried to call Store General manager more than 100 times over a few months, nothing happened. It does not matter what you say, they chose either not to pick up phones or just completely ignore my concerns and voices. Even if they say they will call you back, that will never happen too. worst service, worst managers, worse experiences ever. No professionalism, no standard procedures, definitely not putting their customers in their priority list. I am filing an complaint to the BMW of North America, and they literally just do not care. how awful this is. Hope they will realize customers are their fundamental units. and I strongly recommend anyone that wants to buy or lease any BMW stay away from this dealer.
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Saw the car I wanted Manny was the salesman. He advised me to go to the bank and get a certified check for the purchase. I also send him a copy of the check to He could see that I was serious about the car by the time I drove back to the dealership he was selling the car to someone else. I drove miles to get to this dealership. I dont understand how they have 4.0 rate on here. Customer service education needs to be reinforced.
My experience purchasing a 2011, BMW 335 xi, from Wide World BMW was excellent. My sales associate Moon Hasan, pre-owned car manager Joey Rudovic and financial manager Gary Shapiro understood what I was looking for and were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality BMW vehicle and a stress free buying experience to check out Wide World BMW. I had to travel 80 miles from Jersey and it was well worth it!
Great experience. My 535i xdrive rear window was inoperable. I originally made a drop off appointment on a Friday for a service on Saturday. Rational for drop off was due to rain on Friday as of course didn't want rain inside back seat of car. To my surprise I called on Thursday for a drop-off. They understood my dilema and asked if I could bring car in Thursday. They not only got me in, but serviced the car for pick on Friday. Additional, when I purchased the vehicle I signed up for Platinum Service contract as the car's warrenty had expired. I paid only for diagnostic fee for the service Thanks Keven and BMW, Sring Valley.
purchased my first BMW from there in 2013. Recently purchased a replacement. Other than a minor glitch with Susan regarding reimbursement of my tires under the extended warranty, all of the staff have been pleasant, helpful and I felt that I was treated fairly and with respect as a customer
As an experienced buyer who's worked many a new car deal, I can truly say I had the most seamless experience with Matt Poterbin at WWBMW. Matt is a true professional who exhibits the trust and sincerity you'd want in a salesman. He's earned my trust for future deals here as well..
People..... please read and believe the negative reviews. my salesmen took all my info (Driver Lic. Insurance card.Credit Ap and Deposit) all at 6pm at night via email and then I called him the next morning only to be told the car was sold. HMMMM?. It too 2 weeks to get refund returned and the car is still being advertised I stopped all dealings
Picked up brand new 2020 M2 Competition today and I must say from start to finish the process was excellent. My client advisor Matt Poterbin was great from start to finish. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new BMW!
I m a longtime customer and consistently receive first rate, VIP service. My service advisor, Steven, is #1. He looks out for me and my daughter s vehicles .... always with a smile and professionalism. He ensures our vehicles maintain their top notch status, meets every deadline he sets and keeps me informed throughout the service process. When I was out of town and had a tire issues, he contacted a nearby dealership and ensured I received service equal to his standards.
Between my initial sales contact, Brian S (he still works with us even though he s now the GM) and Steven they are the essence of Wide World of Cars BMW and why I have been a close to 20 year customer.
I found the dealer through TrueCar. I had come off a bad experience at another dealership, so it was a relief that Ricardo was able to find the car I needed and get me a solid deal with very little hassle or drama. I should add that yet another dealer had told me it was impossible to get the car that Ricardo wound up getting for me. The car actually arrived slightly ahead of schedule, and Ricardo was easy to talk to the whole way through. It was all very smooth and efficient and professional. DeAndre, the BMW Genius, was friendly and professional in walking me through all the features. The finance staff made it easy too. I'm a satisfied customer.
I ended up visiting Wide World after having a few other awful dealership experiences. Wide World's reviewers consistently praised the sales department so I figured this dealership was my best bet. Manny Saint Louis was so patient and helpful. I made a mistake that cost us quite some time because I didnt check the carfax on a vehicle until I was almost ready to make a deal. Once I saw that the vehicle had been in an accident I no longer wanted it and we had to start from scratch. Manny took it in stride... long story short I ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted, at a reasonable transparent price without any underhanded pricing/financing games being played (unlike the other dealerships that I visited) Rick the finance manager was also super helpful. I love my 5 series and will be returning to Wide World when I am ready to change up.
I had the pleasure of working with Alan Himmelfarb on this second deal at Wide World of BMW. He was informative, helpful, and truly a professional gentleman to deal with. He was honest, friendly and closed the deal very swiftly. I would certainly return to work with him directly!
I traveled two hours from Connecticut (four hours round trip) to see and drive a pre-owned BMW X5 for our daughter. After I paved the way with GM Brian Sorce, salesman Keith Jones and business manager Ricky Wan made the experience quick and painless from test drive to delivery, all on the same afternoon amid COVID-19! Fair pricing and attentive post-delivery follow-through. Every bit the quality treatment I ve come to know from another New Country store in my own marketplace!
I had an excellent experience with this dealership. This is the 1st time I've felt comfortable purchasing a vehicle and confident after all was said and done. Mikal-Smith and Chris Walls(manager ) we're excellent about the service and help and I'll definitely be referring my friends.
Driving a BMW was only a pipe dream that I never imagined would ever be a reality for me. Then I met Matt Poterbin at Wide World of Cars BMW. I opened with "I know this is really a long shot, but...". With no hesitation, Matt continued our conversation and learned what I wished for in my dream car. Incredibly, he made it happen! His attentiveness, knowledge and easy manner is the best I've experienced! Thanks a million Matt!
Salesman Goerge Popa was very good. He answered all my questions patiently. Jeo was also involved in seeing my sale through and helped me get the car at a price I can afford even though it was less than the listed price. Jeo was very friendly, he offered drinks and made conversation while I waited for processes to go through. I wanted to do the DMV myself and even though its not what they prefer to do, they made it happen.
This is the fifth car I have purchased from Wide World of Cars BMW. It is an excellent dealership, and the sales and service are equally wonderful. Keith, my salesman, was very helpful.
Jerry Lim made our experience buying our first BMW so awesome. Working with Jerry was like working with a friend. He is made us feel so comfortable and held our hand every step of the way. He answered all our questions and made the experience so easy. We bought the car the same day we met Jerry. Jerry is a very friendly, smart and knowledgeable salesperson. I highly recommend asking for Jerry when you visit Wide World of Cars BMW.
I'm still smiling from ear to ear, I don't know where to begin. My overall experience was way beyond what I expected. Mike was very professional, very accommodating and reassuring. This was my first BMW purchase so I was very nervous, getting a "congratulations" way before the paperwork was even submitted. My husband leased two five serious from this dealership in the past but it's different when it's your first major purchase. Mike was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. He was extremely patient too! I had issues with my insurance company which delayed the purchase, Mike supplied me with an alternative insurance company so that I would be able to take the car home that day. So happy with the experience and my new car! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Still smiling!
Found this place through a used car search engine while looking for a Honda Civic. They had one so freshly posted that there were no pictures posted yet. I contacted via the search engine, and tight away I was contacted by James Fleur. James was super professional to my wife and I, prior to finding World Wide BMW, we went to several dealers out in Jersey, and they were rude! James made our experience pleasant, and I bought the car the day I test drove it! He worked out a few kinks the car had, so it took a few days for me to drive it off the lot but definitely worth the wait! Thanks so much for your help James and crew!!
Excellent. On time. Courteous. Professional. Would have no other BMW dealer touch my car. And my service rep Steve Kerasak is an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale.
Mathew the service advisor was very professional from start to finish. My prior experiences wasn't always good at wide world bmw, but this service advisor has integrity and stands behind any miss haps. He makes it worth keeping my business here.
Wide World of Cars has an excellent Service Dep't . Service Advisor Steven Karasek always goes above and beyond to provide great service and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. Always a pleasure to work with him and Wide World of Cars.
I would highly recommend people coming to this dealership and look for Jerry for any leasing and finance. The price is lower than any other dealerships that I visited, Jerry also go above beyond and make sure I can get my 2019 X5M in time. I am enjoying riding my X5 and will definitely come back to him when my lease end.
I recently purchase BMW X3 2018 from New Country BMW, Hartford CT. I am more than satisfied with the customer service offered by the staff. Client Advisor Grace Ramos Artunduaga and General Manager did their BEST to offer us the great price which was unbeatable. I admire the dedication, time and energy staff has put, just to make sure we are leaving with Happy Faces. They explained each & every thing in detail. Kudos to the New Country BMW team. Long way to go!!
After a week of searching for a particular BMW, I finally found it at Wide World BMW. Karl Rodriguez was genuine and extremely helpful in walking me through the whole process in purchasing the car. He was able to work an out of the door price that worked for what I was looking to spend. Ricky Wan was also very helpful walking me through the various warranties and pricing, and expedited the paperwork needed to finalize the purchase. I wanted to take the time to write this review to thank Karl Rodriguez, Chris Walls, and Ricky Wan for their help and dedication to great customer service.
Worked with Scott Policar. Experience was great from start to finish. Told him what I needed, he went to work and find me a car that matched my budget. No games or hidden fees like other dealers. Walked in, signed the papers, everything was exactly as we discussed. Scott and the other team members demonstrated exception customer service. Leased a 320Xi.
If would highly recommend them, in particular Scott Policar. My 2nd lease with them and will be returning
MICHAEL BODIN is a very professional sales person who combined that talent with warmth and a caring nature. Notwithstanding the absence of similar qualities in Michael Bodin's manager, he made every effort on our behalf.
Don't EVER go to BMW Wide World. They're extremely unprofessional and their reviews represent them perfectly, they're the most shady dealership i've ever been to. They tried to pull an ILLEGAL scam on me. Here's the story:
I orginally contacted them to buy a BMW 335xi M Sport for $32,900. We talked on the phone and after the intransit plate, the car was going to be $33,221 total. They told me the car was only there for about three weeks and they have multiple people looking at it. I was fine with everything and drove an hour away to see the car.
During the car ride they called me saying I would have to pay a SALES TAX ( which they didn't mention on the phone ) on top of the $33,221. Which makes absolutely NO SENSE: If you guys didn't know, sales tax is payed when you register your car at your home state DMV ( NOT OUT OF STATE ). He said if I payed it there, i'd be able to go to the DMV, register the car, and not have to pay it there. Which makes absolutely no sense once again. Immediately I noticed it had a price tag for $37,000 on it when I arrived. Then it all made sense. The "sales tax" they were trying to charge me with was to compensate the loss of money they were taking on the car. (WHICH IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL!!!)
If I payed their "sales tax" and went to register the car at my home state DMV, I would of payed the ACTUAL sales tax there.
On top of that they called me and let me know the car had NO gas in it and DIDN'T offer a full tank of gas with the car I was going to purchase.
After I trumped them and got my sister on the phone ( WHO'S BEEN WORKING AT BMW FOR 10 YEARS ) who told them what they're doing is ILLEGAL, their only excuse was, "well that's how we do it here." And then proceeded to have a mini meeting because I actually knew what I was talking about and wasn't about to get scammed.
And on top of that when I originally got there, One of the salesguys said, "Make sure you check your paperwork." Which made the whole place immediately seem even more sketchy.
These guys are extremely unprofessional ( JOE AND RAY in particular ) and this place shouldn't even be opened. what they're doing is illegal and I wrote this review to warm all of you to not buy cars from there. I trumped them and made them speechless, i'm not stupid and i'm not getting scammed anytime soon. Neither should you. DON'T GO HERE, THEY'RE SCAMMERS AND WHAT THEY'RE DOING IS ILLEGAL.
Took my mom to test drive an X1. Ended up driving home with one. Jerry Lim made our experience top notch. No games, straight up and worked with us. Ricky in finance just the same. Would definitely buy a car from this crew again. ....sending fam ur way.
Edit -went back a few months later. Bought an x3 for the wife.
I bought the BMW X3 from Alan, The overall experience is good, I told Alan the only thing I care about is the price, and after I chose all the upgrades, I get a decent demo car, Also about the APR, I got decent APR from Tom (financial manager), who's a really nice person also, turns me very happy, Highly recommend buy car from this dealer
Buying a car can be a strenuous experience but hopefully enjoyable in the end. Keith Jones at Wide World BMW is the new friend I never imagined I d make along the way! Keith was kind and helpful during my process and I am very glad I made the effort to purchase from Wide World.
The best car shopping experience. This is my 4th BMW from Wide World BMW and they continue to impress me with their service and competitive pricing. Jamie, Jimmy and Will have made each experience a pleasure and while I have dealerships much closer to where I live, I would never consider buying a BMW from anyplace else. Well Done Wide World BMW.
I got tricked into going to the show room. the car i wanted was confirmed still available up when I've called for an appointment until arrival to actually seeing it....
the receptionist even called to confirm if i was still coming to see the vehicle that wasn't available...
the car you wanted just sold but we have another one for 10k more. thanks but no thanks
Worst car buying experience of my life. My husband came and test drove the car the day before. He settled on a price with the dealer before we came back in. We had cash to purchase the car in full, and it still took 3+ hours on a Wednesday! After 2+ hours our toddler started losing it. Not once did anyone even offer us a water. The dealer we were working with kept disappearing to help other people. It was an all around horrible experience.
Me and my husband's lease ended in December, 2013. We contacted with Wide World BMW, thought we got ourselves a great deal, little did we know our nightmare began as soon as we sign that new lease with Wide World BMW/New Country.
New lease was signed November 4, 2013, our temporary registration expired on December 18, 2013. I was calling Wide World every other day to follow up on the status of permanent registration since we have yet to receive it. The sales kept telling us it was sent out since mid-December, 2013. I even went to NYS DMV site to check our license plate, our license plate # weren't tie with our names!
December 27, 2013, we parked our car on the street, got our 1st ticket due to missing registration (still did not receive registration on December 27.) Call, follow up, email, more calling, sales told us registration was sent out, but did not give us any paperwork or backup. January 6, 2014, received another ticket due to missing registration (almost 2 months after we signed the lease), still no registration. The sales promised and told us that Wide World will take care of these tickets when we were speaking with him.
I reached out to their General Sales Manager - Brian Source on January 27, 2014, he said he would get back to me. January 30, 2014, finally my registration arrived in the mail, and the date stamped on the envelope from Wide World BMW dated "January 24, 2014". Which is 2 months after we signed the lease, and after receiving 2 tickets due to missing registration.
Their General Sales Manager said he would follow up with their sales and get back to me about these 2 outstanding tickets due to missing registrations. After numerous voicemails on their phone along with 5-6 follow up emails, we received no response and as of today, March 12, 2014 - still have yet to hear from this dealer.
I have email backups to the sales, sales manager, photos of these tickets, dated envelope from this dealer and communications if anyone would like to see them. Do not trust this dealership!!! I am still stuck with these 2 tickets!
I bought a used vehicle from them, within weeks of owning it 3 of the 4 tires were covered under a tire warranty after a blowout from one of them uncovered severe damage to the others. Which means they sold me a car with 3 faulty tires. I have reached out many times to try and get help with no response, be sure to check over the vehicle completely prior to leaving their lot. Picture attached is one of the tires...not even the one that blew out!
Let me start by saying I am not an easy customer by any stretch of the imagination. I am extremely critical and hardly ever satisfied. Jerry Lim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I ve have leased several cars in my life and he is far and away the best advisor I have ever worked with. He is honest, diligent, patient, transparent, and responsive and displays a level of integrity that is unmatched in his industry. This is my second time leasing a car with Jerry. Both transactions were smooth and painless, with NO SURPRISES at signing, which I can tell you from experience is not always the case. He worked tirelessly working up quotes for different vehicles with different packages. The car with exact specifications I wanted was located in PA and he personally went and picked it up and drove it back. On both occasions Jerry exceeded expectations, provided me with fair pricing and delivered exceptional customer service. I don t care where you live, NY, NJ CT, PA, DE, if you are in the market for a BMW I recommend you go see Jerry Lim at Wide World of Cars BMW in Spring Valley , NY. You will not be disappointed.
I have never walked out of a place having completely lost my mind.
We made a deal with the salesperson Manny, who asked us for a certified check after we agreed on price. It was a Saturday, the bank was closed, so he suggested he will deliver the car to us and exchange the car with us on Monday.
An hour later we asked him to give us docs to sign. As many others have expressed, they came to us with "bad news". They claimed their lease department said that they don't have the title in hand and they won't know the "status" till Monday. These are dishonest business people. They are running illegal operations. A dealership can't list a car without the title. They wanted us to sign the papers but they realized my girlfriend is a lawyer and got scared.
I was losing my mind but tried to stay calm and called them out on their dishonest business practice in a very respectful way. The manager Fabio walked over and told me they are humans and make mistakes. No signs of apology. He looks like slime ball and is a classic AH. He told me to leave his dealership because I was upset. Perhaps he doesn't understand that people get upset when they are lied to. Do not trust these people. They are LIARS.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They are dishonest business. A complaint will be lodged with BBB and with BMW management. We wasted an entire afternoon with them, ran our credit with GEICO and bought insurance on their insistence. Fabio/Manny don't bother contacting us. I was very polite at the dealership. I won't be the next time.
Recently purchased a certified 3 series from Haasan. The transaction was long distance and he was very helpful in getting everything ready for pick up as I was coming from over three hours away.
Service is always A++. Very satisfied on how I am treated at this dealership. Staff is very attentive and helpful. I would like recommend them highly for all needs BMW
I am very happy with the service provide by Alan Himmelfarb. He were very helpful to make a decision. Very polite person. Always answer for phone - calls and e-mails.
Terrence Holmes made purchasing a car one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences possible. He took the time to understand our needs and took great measure to ensure that he delivered the best possible service and met all of our needs. I would highly recommend Terrence and WideWorld BMW to my friends and family based upon my experience. In fact, I did that already. My son was in need of a car as his was totaled this past week and we went directly to Terrence. As was our prior experience, Terrence delivered top notch service and attention to our needs. My son ended up with the car that he wanted at a price that he was happy with. WideWorld's no haggle policy was a refreshing departure from prior hard sell car buying experiences. Thank you Terrence and WideWorld BMW...you have customers for life!
Normally, I do not write reviews but having gone there multiple times, I had to share my experiences and give my overall impression. Walking through the service doors is a hit or miss when dealing with the service members. There are those friendly days but more than 70% of the time I go there, the customer service and experience is bad. Most of the time, the experience is bad because the members attitudes and unpleasant "are you stupid?", "hurry up" facial gestures they make when they question you is just totally UNACCEPTABLE. We all have some bad days but their overall attitudes is terrible to customers. I rated 2 stars since I credit the service technicians for repairing the vehicles in a timely manner.
From the first moment I spoke to Justin the sales person he was extremely honest and upfront with me. I went there he introduced me to William the sales manager and we were on the same page. They wanted what was best for me, at that point I went on to meet Ricky finance manager. They all treated me like I was family, my decision was made I was getting a car from them. I just had to find the right one and they did that for me. BMW X2 extremely happy there s no other dealership for me.
Don't bother looking elsewhere. Save your time and go straight to Jerry. This was my 6th BMW purchase and 2nd with Wide World and I could not have asked for a better experience. Jerry is a true hustler and I mean that in a GOOD way! He's just a genuine good guy who works harder than any other sales adviser I've dealt with and will go the extra mile to work you the best deal possible. Always responsive and courteous over text/email, never once felt pressured, and understands the value of long-term repeat business (got the sense even if we didn't close a deal he'd maintain absolute professionalism with hopes of future business). Thanks Jerry for my 2018 i3!
This was my first time purchasing a car on my own, client advisor Haasan was knowledgeable and made sure all my request were met, along side Ricky from Finance, I had the best experience, truly recommend this dealership.
dont ever buy a car from them. you will never get a call back if you ever need anything. they dont care abut any of their customers all they care about is making money. they dont know what good customer service is at all. terrible terrible
The best car shopping experience I have ever had, Joe and David were super helpful and honest making the entire process extremely easy and enjoyable. They have been continuously available after with any of my questions I had with my new car.
Got a great deal on an X3 from James Fleur!! James did an amazing job and was very informative without being pushy at all. I love my new X3 and couldn't be happier!
Great experience, never bought a vehicle online but it went very smooth thanks to the staff at Wide World BMW. Hassan Pires was the sales person and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the steps in order for us to purchase the BMW.
Met with George, had a great experience buying my 2010 BMW X5. Would recommend this dealer and their professional staff to everyone. Great car, great people
I drove from NJ to NY after a month of conversation with Karl the preowned sales rep in reference to a car that I had my eye on. Upon arrival Karl pressured me to get the Insurance first before I even seen or test drove the car in person. Than when I finally test drove the car I found some noise from the tires and he pretended not to here the noise. The carpet was lifted up in the back seat as well and he accused me of doing it. I left the dealership and the Manager Will called me back to try and rectify or should I sale seal the deal. He than put me in the car with the service manager and he said it was the brakes the manager than deducted $400 for back brakes I took the car to the dealership and back brakes was $499.95. I purchased this car on Saturday on Sunday a repair oil change light came on and advised that my oil was at 15%. So you sold me a car and let me leave the lot with no oil and rear brakes at 1mm SYPER DANGEROUS especially since I was traveling to another state. I just paid over $500 additional dollars on a Power steering flush transmission flush and brake flush. I don't know much about cars as you can see but I know I'm not supposed to have to do all of this the 1st week I take ownership of a vehicle.I don't know how the new car experience at World Wide BMW is but please be aware for the used car experience.
Our Client Advisor, Alan was professional, friendly and committed to making us satisfied customers. He found style/color options we wanted and we got delivery in less than the anticipated time. He went the extra mile and kept us informed of financing and special offers that we would be able to take advantage of. A fantastic shopping experience!
Matt was excellent. He was straight forward with his deal when negotiating for a friends 3 series, the only issue occurred when the amount quoted to be paid upfront wasn't the same as what the finance manager had on the final paperwork. When going to do the paperwork the issue came up and the finance team messed up not Matt. My friend had to pay a few hundred extra because of it, but the issue wasn't Matt's doing. Whoever was in the finance department who calculated the appropriate numbers left out money needed for a tax due at signing.
This was my second purchase with my salesman Matt, this time an X3 M40i that was custom order. The process from start to finish was effortless and I got a great deal. I'll definitely be back for another purchase soon. Thanks for great service.
Matthew in service did great job to me and I felt he really worked for me instead of just getting billed. I was happy with service and received back cleaned car. There is a good guy in customer service.
I went BMW at first to get a brand new car, but since i waited for more than two weeks and was not getting anywhere, I decided I would get a second hand car instead, temporarily to help improve my credit score. I went to the second hand section not knowing really what I was looking for, but was lucky enough to meet with Mr. Karl Rodriguez. Mr Rodriguez was very professional, patient, quick, confident, thorough, honest and knowlegeable about his products. I felt he understood my circumstances and I could easily trust him to help me make the best decision towards acquiring a second hand car. As a matter of fact, I simply trusted his words unto buying a more expensive car than I hadn't anticipated, even without even a test drive. In addition, eventhough I had some issue with my credit, Mr Rodriguez and Gary reassured me throughout the whole process and helped made this dream a reality for me. I thank you so much for your professionalism and care! I have been driving my new car for a week now, I'm still very pleased with my choice. Indeed, if I were in need to to buy a new car again, I would look no further, but to Mr Karl Rodriguez. I really think he deserves a metal or some kind of recognition for his professionalism and exceptional customer service etiquette! I thank you so much for your patience with me and for helping making this reality for me. If you are uncertain about your buying decision, ask for Mr. Karl Rodriguez. He will help you make the best decision according to your pocket and circumstances. You can trust him! He cares more about his customers and his own reputation than anything else! Again, thank you so much, Mr. Karl Rodriguez, for helping me to get the best deal! I also want to thank you as well Gary for your assistance in finalizing everything for me. Have a blessed day! KC
I bought 2 cars at this dealership, a 328i and X1, three years apart. Each time the sales reps were excellent, hassle free unlike other dealers in the immediate vicinity of Rockland. Last time I worked with Brian Waters, who is an exceptional dude - I showed up at 6pm when everyone was already ready to leave, found a car and closed a deal at the price point below competing dealerships in about 20 minutes all-in. A few days later, Brian helped me take my old car with his dealer plates to a local Nissan dealership for return on a lease. I'd say in my 22 years of leasing 2 vehicles at a time no one, ever, has done anything remotely close to the service Brian provided.
Bottom line, the world is full of questionable characters, idiots, a-holes and downright d-bags. Interestingly enough it is NOT the case with Wide World BMW. From the first minutes at the sales floor, to routine maintenance visits to emergency services - they are stacked with really pleasant, caring and professional people at every seat. Even the guy who valets your car in and out - an inch to inch precision clearings with a stone cold face!
My service advisor was great with keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. The texting feature used by the service department is a quick and efficient way to communicate.
The service department here is absolutely DEPLORABLE. About a month ago, I had an issue with the radio unit in my brand new SUV that was never addressed. I brought in my vehicle on 3 different occasions for the same issue; on all 3 scheduled appointments, they held my car for 4 hours and then called to tell me that the work was not done; that s 12 hours out of my busy life that I can t get back. I took my vehicle to BMW of Westchester and had the issue resolved. Then the other day Nichole had the audacity to call me and ask me if I wanted to come back to have them service my vehicle. YOU CANNOT PAY ME TO RETURN HERE. If I could leave no stars, I would because that is what this place deserves. An absolute waste of time. Go somewhere else.
I will keep the below review for some background information. I am happy to say that, after speaking the service adviser Will, I was treated to a great experience. Will took his time to get to know the issue, and although he wasn't well versed with the BMW diesels, he took the time to research, and took care of my problem. He opened a case with BMWNA and got everything taken care of. I strongly recommend speaking to Will at Wide World of Cars for any servicing needs.
So far, I've had a mostly negative experience with this dealership. I first went in about a week after I bought an off lease 335D from a BMW dealership in Virginia. I also bought an extended powertrain warranty purchased from the BMW dealership itself. When I went in, I had an SES light. When I first spoke to the female service advisor (I forgot her name) she didn't look too pleased to be there. When I asked about a loaner, she told me they don't give one out until after a diag, and that diag will take a couple of hours. (Side note: with the BMWHAT android app, I can do a diag in under a minute.) After waiting a couple of hours, I was told that everything is fine, and that the bill will be 160 dollars...
Michael helped guide me through my 1st car purchase step by step, I couldn't have asked for more. Very knowledgeable, attentive and patient for ever question and concern I had about the vehicle and the entire process. He and Gary worked in tandem on a great deal for me on my 5 Series. Gary laid out all the options available to me, and explained every aspect in detail. The staff at Wide World is 1st class. I highly recommend them.
Every time I go to Wide World of Cars BMW, I have the BEST experience. Allison is my service advisor and makes everything so quick, easy and pleasant! Maria and the other front desk staff are so good about getting me into a loaner quickly so I can go about my day. I am loyal for life to the amazing team and service of Wide World BMW! Thank you for being the utmost in professionalism and service
I brought my car here to get it fixed through insurance since I was already coming in for basic maintenance. The facility is very well kept and clean. The employees are nice and helpful as well. The problems I had were fixed in a timely manner which their always good with. However when I got my car back I realized that there were marks and small scratches around the exterior of my car. While this matter may seem small I am a guy who cares about the minor details with his car. I m hoping that a good detail will fix these damages. Overall this place is good and i would come back. Only for simple things though.
If I could give minus stars I would. Please be very careful when considering buying from the establishment. Everything looks shiny and new and then all things went sideways, after a month, I had to have my car serviced several times and had to come out of pocket even when they sold me the extended warranty. This last go round, the certified pre owned BMW with less than 50k miles on it, needed a new radiator and water pump, How?? why?? and was handed a BILL for over $1200. When calling NO one gave me the courtesy of a call back, I was hung up on and only after repeated calls did I speak to someone. Very poor and lacking customer service. The highlight was the loaner car provided to me, I beat the piss out of it.
Great experience at this dealership. I always shop around to get the best deals on cars. Alan Himmelfarb was my dealer At BMW. I simply told him exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. We negotiated for about 15 total minutes(a record for car deals). I got what I wanted, car was delivered today as promised, no games.
Thanks again ALAN HIMMELFARB for making this a great car buying experience.
In the past 35 years of buying cars...I always HATED the experience. The pressure, the unkempt promises and always the sale, after the sale. The buys this and that and the end payment was always higher then originally quoted. Hate it!! NOT THIS TIME.... I went to Wide World BMW and first met with William Gallagher who was professional and introduce me to a salesman, Bill Kabatsky. A real person that actually listened to what we were looking for, searched inventory, and stayed within our guidelines of monthly payments, down payment amounts and what we were looking for. He went above and beyond, even giving us is cell number. over the course of a few days we communicated and never once put pressure on me. After we located the car, I sat with Will Gallagher who went over the numbers, offering me different down payment options and miles per year to accommodate my budget. We signed the paper work and were to pick up the car 1 day later. Now this is where I would normally become frustrated.. When you sit with the finance manager and the numbers are completely different and higher and sold a lot of things you don't need. We were brought into the office of Joe Gensert. There I sat, ready for the BS to begin..and then NOTHING!! The paperwork and payment was exactly what I was told. Joe was friendly, polite and respectful of us while making us feel very comfortable. He too was real!! All this time, I am thinking this is to good to be true..I asked him loads of questions, which he answered, even giving his personal view on concerns I have had in the past. We signed all the paperwork with Joe. (He Was Great) and then where greeted by our salesman Bill who proceeded to show and explain the features of our BMW. All I can say, is that I had an AMAZING experience with this Wide World BMW and their team. My sincere thanks to William, Bill and Joe.
My S.A. was very helpful and nice, she explained what I needed to do to service the car the right way and I didn't even feel pressured to do anything that I did not want to do.
Dynell sold me an bmw x6 and was the best experience I've had at a dealership.very personal and friendly Ricky the finance manager sealed the deal for me and was very explanatory and helpful. Will deffinetly reccomend to the next person shopping for a car.
