Whova is a very good application for managing conference events, time management, personal planning , networking facilities, etc...
I really appreciate it and would like to recommend it to other events organizers.

I've attended many conferences and Whova is by far the best and most user-friendly event app I've ever used.

For a first time attendee of my last conference, Whova provided me an initial gateway to other attendees and their relationships to my interest in the conference. The discussion/meeting platform was extremely valuable in building contacts and generating face-to-face meetings. I would use it again.

I used Whova for the first time at a PASFAA conference and it was the best thing ever. Everything in one place from my documents, to my agenda and contacts. It kept me going throughout the entire day. It gave me the who, what, where and when of my day. It kept me updated and literally gave me confidence of what I should be doing and when. Great app!

We love Whova! It makes running our annual trends event much easier from an admin, communication, ticketing, content distribution and feedback perspective. It comes highly recommended!

Love it. Going to a conference speaking to random people, forgetting who I spoke with is a thing in the past now. Keep tab, engage, connect, share photo. This is first I tried this and it's awesome!

I was blown away by how well this service worked. An improvement could be made in the Agenda feature, in that it would be good if it jumped to the currently active event, rather than having to scroll through past events from earlier in the day to find the ongoing one.

Used the Whova app at the EEBA High Performance Homes Summit. It did a great job of getting me where I needed to be when I needed to be there and allowing me to touch base with presenters and attendees.

During this pandemic, I was afraid the conference would not take place this year. However, this app made it possible, in a very effective way of learning, how to continue providing and giving support to our children. Bravo!

I downloaded this app for an event in which I was on a customer panel. The app was very helpful, it provided an agenda which showed what times I needed to be and where. It also made it very easy to communicate with other attendees who may have had questions which they were unable to ask while I was on the panel. Very useful app for an event like this.

I really like and strongly recommend this app. It kept me updated all the time with any event and activity that is and will be going on in the conference. It made my conference schedule easier. I will definitely use it again in my future conferences!

This was my first time using Whova and it was a great tool for attending a virtual conference. The agenda section was easy to follow and find information about each of the workshops. It allowed conference attendees to connect with each other. Both the website and app were accessible for me. I would use it again.

Whova made this this conference easy to attend. The agenda and downloads made it easy to be prepared for the sessions as well as to determine which ones would best suit my needs or that of my company. The ability to attend view via PC or mobile app was a bonus. I look forward to the recorded sessions to see what I may have missed. The speakers were prepared and professional, moving their presentations along. This was definitely a positive experience.

Its very helpful. First time I used this app in my last APSAM meeting at Bangkok. I got everything in this app, I dint ask any question to anybody about my meeting agenda, room of meeting...etc! Thanks.

I enjoyed using the Whova app at the NeurIPS 2019 conference. The app was easy to use and it allowed me to connect with other conference attendees and to learn a lot about the schedule and lineup on a daily basis.

I absolutely loved it. The app kept me up to date on the itinerary and activities. I liked that we could connect with other attendees in real time I loved the alerts when there were announcements to be made. The Whova app made it so extremely easy to connect with everyone. i needed to and get to the places I needed to be seamlessly. I highly recommend it!

I used the Whova app at the EPP European & Global Pricing Forum in Brussels last week and found it fantastic for identifying potential clients I wanted to meet and then arranging meetings with them. A fantastic app for in-event networking!

I found the app extremely useful on all aspects, schedule, abstracts, attendees, location of events, and making contact before during and after the conference. It is an invaluable for any event of this size.

Whova is a great app. It was used for an international Conference Organization recently and as an attendant I found it really helpful. All the events, locations, photos and documents were uploaded and/or linked there and it was easy to get a nice overview and to connect with other people. Furthermore, I liked that the events I planned to attend were already synced in my calendar and I got a notification about them.
Overall, this was a very nice experience!

I loved using the app to keep me up to date on all of the events and classes as well as networking and connecting with other professionals.

I liked this app a lot. Reconnected with an old friend prior to the event and then in-person at the event.

I attended a virtual conference for work and Whova was super easy to use and did a great job of personalizing the experience. The Community section of the app allowed people to connect and engage. The conference materials and recordings are also available for 6 months. Great app!

Amazing app! I used it for TheClassof2020 in Berlin and all was so simple, clear, rapid (in real time )and always updated! Funny the "leaderboard competition" and the possibility to be in touch with the other participant.

Great event app. It kept me informed and let me see who was attending, create my agenda and give me a place for my notes. The best surprise was coming to my desk on Monday and seeing that all the notes I had taken within the app were emailed for me. I definitely would recommend this app to any event planner. Well done.

I loved the ability to set my personal agenda and have it synced with my calendar so that I could get reminders. As a presenter, it was great to see who was coming to my session as I was able to adjust my presentation accordingly. It was great that we can continue to access the information after the conference.

I attended MOF2020web on Whova in September 2020. A conference being this immersive especially in a year and situation like 2020 was completely unexpected, but I am positive I will recommend people and organizations to organize and attend events on this platform in the future!

This app made the She Podcasts Live conference experience even better! Stuff I wanted was added to my calendar (yay), it was easy to interact with conference goers and, unlike my experience with other conference apps, it actually WORKED during the WHOLE conference. Loved it!

I attended the ACOFPCA web conference using Whova Inc. Both the audio and visual aspects of the 5 day medical conference were excellent. I especially appreciate the Iphone App which made it easy for me to listen to the lectures from more than one location. The set up was very easy, as was the daily log in procedure. I would highly recommend Whova Inc for any video conferencing needs. Excellent software tool. Easy to use and very professional in its features to communicate with other participants at the meeting.

I utilized the Whova App for the McGuinty Conference in Portland, Oregon last week. Have the app made finding everything so much easier and made if fun to be able to see and interact with other participants. It was well organized, so finding and attending the virtual sessions was made simple. Hoping my other virtual conferences this year will use Whova!

I attended the McGinty Alzheimers conference in Nov 2020. Found this app to be a fun platform to schedule events, webinars, help with marketing opportunities and was easy to use.

Great solution for a challenging time. The Whova app mape it easy for me to virtually attend a conference and get much needed information. I was able to check in via my phone and on my laptop which meant that I was able to go about my day and still see the speakers I wanted to see.

A good communication tool for a large group of people attending conferences. Agenda and announcements are all in one place. There is also a place to post pictures and invitations as well. Highly recommended.

Great app. Was used at the 2019 Sound Education Conference and it helped me connect with other creators, finding meetups, join conversations, etc.

Whova Inc is good and conventient to convery conference information.

I've used the Whova app at a few conferences now, most recently at the Ontario Waterpower Association annual Power of Water Conference. It is an excellent tool, I was able to stay on track of the workshop proceeding without having to carry paper around and instant messaging between attendees was fast and easy. I loved using this tool, hope all conferences go this way.

The Whova app was used during the 2019 Midwest LaxCon. It is an excellent app with complete versatility. The ability to see the days agenda, their options, and my own agenda was very helpful in planning the day. Also having presenters presentations tied to the agenda was great to follow along in their presentation and take notes. The community feature was also a great asset! Being able to ask questions and get or give responses from the attendees was excellent. I would highly recommend using the Whova app for Conventions, Events, or Trade Shows!

The app was very easy to use, and things were very easy to find in it.

I attended a 2-day virtual conference through the Whova app. It was a great experience! Like an in-person conference there was plenty to do between the chat-rooms and sessions and it was really easy to download and use. We did a photo contest where we uploaded our photos to the app and were able to share helpful articles with colleagues through the app. It was user friendly on both the desktop and mobile versions. Overall it was a great experience.

Loved how the app allowed me to personalize my conference agenda, by pulling sessions of interest onto a different tab. The Bonus was the reminders that the app offered, to make sure I didn't miss anything! Nice!

Great App for Conferences and other events. I had a chance to use Whova during last IFX conference. It really helps to connect with people you have met during an after the event. I prefer this over dedicated apps as hopefully next time I will spend less time exploring all the provided features.

I really liked the app. It had EVERYTHING I needed for the conference. I liked that I could build my PLN, I could get recommendations for other conferences, play games, and see great resources. It had a lot of bang for your buck!

I used Whova for the first time during our company's convention in Pittsburgh. It made it easier to schedule the training sessions that I wanted to attend. It also provided a good way to communicate with other attendees and to find information about restaurants and attractions in Pittsburgh. Very helpful!!

This app was surprisingly useful. It helped me find out more about the event and the other attendees It was fun and easy to use and it helped me network before the event and come prepared once the event kicked off.

I attended the online conference for the Georgia Library Association. Whova allowed me to enjoy the presentations. I had no technical difficulties with connections. The application was easy to learn and navigate.

I attended another conference the following week with another interface; it was hard to navigate, and my connection kept crashing. I had to switch browsers all the time. I didn't have any of these issues with Whova.

WHOVA was a great platform to attend the MSMR conference this year, allowing me to experience the event. Hopefully I can use it again during the remaining conferences for this year! I highly recommend it.
