Easy to Use App.I recently attended a restaurant conference and was asked to download the Whova app. I am glad I did because it made the conference experience much smoother. I was also able to connect with folks at the conference, which was very cool.

Amazing product to connect with people at the event. I have used this app for several events from the past few years and it s really useful.

Whova is an excellent resource for Virtual Conferences. It has it all from tailored agendas (per recipient) to Live & Recorded Meeting Sessions. The information is very easy to find and we were able to go back and find other sessions we may have missed. This is by far one of the top Virtual Conference app's I've had the pleasure of using.

I had a wonderful experience at the Virtual College Fair that Whova Inc put on! There were games, pictures, webinars to attend, people from universities to talk to, and a lot of networking! I met students from other schools who gave me some important information about how I can help the students at our school. I would definitely attend a Whova Inc event in the future!

Thanks for Whova app! I recently joined a seminar called Compassionate Leadership Summit 2019 at the University of Washington. I navigated my experience by using Whova app which is very userly friendly. I created my community page to connect with the participants and speakers in a easy way. I attended a lunch meet up with medical professionals my first time.

I attended a 2 day virtual conference. It was an awesome experieence. Whova was much easier to use.

Whova allowed me to connect either by my Android phone or laptop. I enjoyed the ease of use and the ability to interact with the instructors. This is a really great tool!

The app makes attending a conference easy. Everything you need is at your finger tips! Getting your CEU's is a breeze, thank you!

Excellent service for our virtual conference this year. You were sure not to miss a presentation, breakout session or one-on-one meeting with their email reminder service and necessarily redundant software.

The app was amazing. very intuitive and easy to navigate! My favorite feature- the ability to take personal notes for individual meetings.

Just attended conference using this app for agenda, linking with others, local info, anything helpful. Loved it! I especially enjoyed being able to see the entire conference agenda plus my own agenda calendar based on my selected choices.

Great app. I recently utilized it at a conference that I attended. This was my first time using it. Very user-friendly and provided a wealth of information pertaining to the conference (agenda, restaurants, Q/A, training materials, etc.). I would highly recommend.

What a great thing to have at a conference - an app that has the schedules, related PDF documents, connections to other attenders, being able to set up meetings subsequent to the conference. All, in all, a great app! I highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a conference.

This app works very well for me in a two-day conference.

After the event, if I didn't manage to exchange a business card, the app stays live so I can still interact with delegates while the content is still fresh in people's minds. I've used Whova at several events now, and from a business development perspective it's very user friendly, and interactive.

I really enjoyed using the Whova app at a recent conference where I was a presenter. I was able to maintain contact with the conference attendees even during the part of the conference I was unable to attend. I was able to connect with those who attended my break-out session and get feedback on that session nearly instantaneously. The communication was vibrant and robust. And, having a "challenge" to be the TOP utilizer was fun and caused more engagement over the course of the conference. *only drawback was that my phone battery was nearly DEAD due to the usage!! :)

I loved the app. It helped me plan out my conference workshops in advance which lessened the stress of running around. I absolutely loved the Meet Up feature. It allowed me to connect with people at the conference and really ramped up my networking opportunities. I would highly recommend this for any conference.

The app was excellent! I knew what was happening, where it was and who else was going! This communication tool was excellent and it is easy to learn and use!

The app was so helpful in all respects; such as listing attendees, sponsors and I didn't have to keep looking on a piece of paper for the descriptions of the break-outs. I loved it!

Excellent tool and very easy to use. Very efficient connecting simultaneous events and providing alerts for the conferences in which you decide to participate. Without a doubt, it greatly facilitated moving between talks and arriving on time for presentations. The visibility it offers is very complete and creating a personal calendar was the best part!

I never attended a conference with an app before! It was amazing how I was able to connect with all the attendees before, during, and after the conference. I presented a session and the participants had the PowerPoint on their phones and other devices. The app provide me with data and alerts. I felt more involved because of the Whova app! It was a GREAT Experience!

Good app, but notifications are a bit problematic. It pops up notifications for the events I'm not interested at all. With that I miss the ones that are interesting to me.

This was flawless. We recently conducted a symposium last week using Whova and I want to thank Whova team for this opportunity to host a virtual symposium with around 400 participants. Very impressive.

Very easy to use for us technically challenged and I loved being able to see what my co workers thought of some of the classes.
Being reminded of where to go next was awesome for those of us who get off track easily. Would definitely want this for all conferences from now on.

I give this app 5 out of 5 stars. Whova brings together the ability to create an full-interactive shared conference experience by an organization. Creating an account is rather fun and easy. Whova streamlines the process for the attendee of keeping track of one's conference agenda, interests, community & social interactions, and more. It even give the opportunity to gamify the entire experience for opportunities to earn IRL or digital prizes by the Conference hosts. I so far thoroughly enjoy using this app as an attendee. The conference(s) I have attended intend to hopefully continue using Whova even after large in-person gatherings eventually resume for the purposes of allowing individuals to explore and experience more than can be done in-person but also to allow opportunity for those who cannot be there in-person. Keep up the good work Whova. *This is not a paid review. I am reviewing this from own experience.*

Whova did an amazing job of hosting Podfest Global Summit! The app and desktop version integrated everything into one place with great efficiency. I was able to learn and network and was so happy to be part of a world record for attendees at a virtual conference!

The app was a godsend before, during and after the event. I did not know what to make of it but as I started using it the features and depth of information was incredible. It is exactly what any event organizer needs to ensure information always stays at their finger tips. In addition, providing feedback, making connections on the spot was so easy, just amazing.

Whova was great in helping navigate the event we attended, and in keeping up to date with meet-ups and announcements.

I used this app for the first time at a meeting last week. It is the best meeting app I have used. It provides more than just an agenda and a map. You can make notes, reach out to other attendees, upload photos, etc. I would imagine it would streamline managing an event also. Good Job!!

The presenters were fabulous and certainly gifted in their knowledge of their fields. Although I would like to see more presenters of other races because their life experiences and learning would put on emphasis on the subject matter at hand. But still the presenters, their information and the class format via ZOOM serviced us extremely well. I can't wait for a physical setting to take place hopefully next for a more personal touch. Nonetheless...GREAT JOB WHOVA and Thank You!

Using the Whova App helped to quickly connect with thousands of others at a recent conference I attended. Whova is easy to use and allows users to schedule meetings and track and set reminders so you are certain to never miss a meeting. Whova also allows people to share photos and upload business cards. Great App!

This is a great app! It made navigating a week long event easy to navigate. Details on the different events were easily available, and there were also abilities to connect with other attendees through the platform. At one point, someone lost a set of keys and the event organizers were able to put out a call for the lost item. If anything, I don't feel like I made enough use of the app! Would most definitely use again.

This App was so helpful and amazing during the conference. It was user friendly and very helpful, with reminders, could email and upload the session PDF;s/presentations. Also to my surprise I returned to work thinking I would have to type up all the notes that I took in the app. and I noticed they were emailed to me from Whova! This was amazing! LOVE THIS APP!

Interpore 2020 could not be organised in the conventional manner due to the difficult times. But Whova successfully could provide the next best thing possible. The virtual conference went much better than expected. It is commendable how close to the real conference experience it could get.

Of course, it is not perfect yet. There are many issues that need to be ironed out. But I understand the app has only recently adapted to the requirement of the times. Given the short amount of time, it did a great job. I am pretty sure it will get much much better with time.

Our first online Ga CASA Conference was a success! Whova is so easy to use, at least on a computer, from my experience.

Whova made it easy to navigate between sessions and to pick which session to attend. It was great to be able to pre-select sessions and automatically put them on my calendar. That was very helpful. I also liked the exhibitor videos too. The presenters were organized and gave very useful information. Impressive on the quality of the video and audio too.

Great App
We used this app at our annual conference for work and everyone raved about just how much they loved it. We were able to keep up with the agenda without having to keep pulling out papers with the agenda on it, and we were able to take pics and post them of the conference so everyone who was there could see the pictures.
The presenters were also able to share documents and Power Points with the app for us to have for reference later.
Everyone really enjoyed using the app!!!

Great app for my annual conference. Works like a dream.

Excellent platform where you can find all the needed information about your conference. I was using it on BPM 2020 conference and was great. The agenda, the attendees information, the way to connect with Zoom. All features were excellent!

My first conference without a paper agenda, so it took a bit of time to get used to a digital format. I really like the features. The agenda is easy to use and the messaging is very useful.

Such a fantastic app! The app made the event I went to very easy to attend, allowing me to organize my agenda, keep updated with relevant event details, and keep in contact with other event attendees. The app's chat platform and message boards/fora also provided an easy and great way to get connected, especially for fellow introverts like me. Never a dull moment in a convention when Whova is used.

Whova App was FANTASTIC! At The Class of 2020 Conference, the app is like a launching pad for everything from messaging to picture sharing! Everything is in one place and easy to engage with, navigate and utilise.

The app is simple. There are various forums as well as a digital business card. Scheduling your agenda and planning your day are made easier.

I found the App very easy to use. The updates that were made during the conference were extremely easy to find and the messaging options on the App were easy to use and added a very nice component to the conference. Definitely would recommend this App for any event where updates and communication are a component to your event's success.

What a great idea!!! To have an app that keeps you up to date on all of your event activities. I got alerts when I was supposed to be somewhere. I got alerts when there were announcements. It also had fun stuff for attendees to participate in. This was my first time traveling for my company and my first conference. Whova made it so easy to connect with everyone. I highly recommend it.

I attended a conference and it went smoothly using the WHOA app. The ability to communicate with others was awesome. Watching the live streams was great and well put together.

Whova APP made it easy to connect with participants at most recent conference in a way that would have made it impossible without the APP. I was able to see all the people signed-up for the event and I could easily chat with them without having to know their personal account information like their own cell phone or e-mail. This provides a safe and effective environment for active engagement for everyone. We were also able to communicate with the event hosting committee so that kept us all notified of changes or to get questions answered. The APP wasn't tied only to the venue, so I could use the APP miles away to stay connected. Many participants at our conference were on-line participants, and they also could use the APP across the country. The team at Whova seems committed to constantly evaluating their product and they add new features regularly to make the experience even better. I give it 5 stars.

Paper-free, always up-to-date, with reminders about the next meeting, possibility of sharing infos, photos, etc.
I especially like the feature of receiving the personal notes taken after the event via email.
A great app making connections, meet-ups, announcements of changes and many other things so much easier than it would be (has been) without it.

Wonderful app! I recently used this application at an international conference and was able to connect to other attendees prior to traveling. We were able to share photos, recommendations, and rides. I was also able to share documents from my presentation with those who participated. Incredible easy to use and a valuable tool for any conference!

It is a very useful application to connect with people who are living the same event, to see agenda, and share experiences of it.

Great as Attendee & Presenter - I had used the app at the the Elevate Nonprofit Event Fundraising conference last year as an attendee and then this year at the virtual event as attendee and also as a presenter, and it has a really intuitive interface. You will get out what you put into it!

The Whova app was a great tool that our school district used for our district wide professional development activities for hundreds of teachers! It kept the day organized and moving smoothly and was able to keep us all connected through out the day with faculty.
