Great app. I have used it at two conferences recently. It was most helpful at the Machine Learning conference where there were multiple tracks and the app allowed me to track the three I was interested in rather than the full half dozen. Also it seems to work well if you want to reach out to other attendees about meetings.
I really enjoyed using the app. I was able to connect with so many ppl through the app and also discovered a family member from another City was attending the Conference in Chicago. I was also able to recommend nice touristy locations and great restaurants to ppl visiting Chicago.
I have participated in three virtual conferences over the last month, and Whova was the best experience all around. I highly recommend it.

Great conference app! As an app administrator at some events and user at others, Whova supports the entire conference experience with convenient agenda, session and speaker information plus great tools for connection with all participants. In addition, the ability to set up ad hoc meetings and share pictures enriches the entire event.
Very useful and friendly app. Our team used the Agenda feature more than the other features, although we enjoyed posting photos and seeing the "likes" from attendees. If there is a way to share "my agenda" with my teammates, I didn't find it in the app, so we conspired each morning over coffee and again at lunch to make sure we had multiple sessions covered.
This was the second time I used this app for a conference. It was easy to navigate and the organizers seemed to be able to give updated information on it well. Only issue I had with it was when I had it opened and tried to minimize the window on my phone, it would reset to the home screen. Not a huge deal and easy to navigate back. Especially helpful when there are many breakout sessions as there is a tab to filter just your selected agenda.

Awesome app. A lot of ups-- event attendees get to connect with who they want, create or join groups, ask the organizers questions, arrange meet-ups, and create/continue relationships after the event.
The app was very helpful and handy to get information quick and to connect with the attendees.

I have attended various conferences and workshops for 45 years and have been part of various approaches to sharing information and updates. None of those methods were even close to as effective, as real time, and as helpful as your app. This was a top shelf conference in every way and your app was just another example of that top shelf approach.

Very robust, stable suite with many features. I would highly recommend using it as the organizational platform for conferences of any size. Active and involved developers have me confident that this is a company we'll hear more from in the future. Perhaps responding to user data will eventually lead to a slightly less cluttered interface, though it feels as if they are still in early and iterative development.
The mobile app and the desktop version were easy to download and use, I could swap between them easily throughout the 2 day conference. I liked the way I could create my own agenda but also see the whole conference agenda, have options to put things in my calendar with reminders. I wouldn't have minded if I got push notifications about sessions I had put into my agenda.
Love the app! If a conference has to be online, this platform is the best I have seen so far. It was so hard choosing the breakout sessions, so I love that I can go back into the app and view the videos for the sessions I missed.
This App was extremely helpful in keeping me organized and on track during the conference. I especially enjoyed the note taking section and the ability to reach out to the presenters if I needed clarification or wanted a part of their presentation. When I returned home, the notes I had taken within the app had been emailed to me. I highly recommend using this App.

Whova was a great tool for organizing the Global Shop Solutions ERP conference. For the conference going virtual, this was a great way to streamline, organize and network. Great conference and great tool for taking it virtual.

Whova was an amazing platform to use for the 3 day CoverCO virtual conference. The site was incredibly easy to navigate. The conference organizer was able to stay in touch with attendees and sent relevant emails like meeting reminders. Despite the conference being virtual, it was very interactive via Whova's platform. There were many ways to network, stay connected, and provide feedback to the organizer's host. I did not have a need to utilize the mobile app, but I am excited to try it out next time :)

I attended the 2020 Virtual Recovery Summit. The Whova app was easily accessible. There were various opportunities to discuss different recovery avenues in the breakout rooms & instant messaging as well as "Ice breaker" activites that Whova provided! I am grateful I was able to attend Oregon Recovers Recovery Summit I have met lots of wonderful people, Thank You!

Great app to use for a conference event. As soon as you key in your conference details you can start interacting with other attendees even before the start of the conference. We hooked up for ride-shares from the airport, lunch and drink sessions the day before and off-course you can set up a "My Agenda" with the sessions that you are interested in attending and it reminds you 5 mins before the start of the session and it also shows you any room or venue changes. Great App and kudos to the developers.
I had the experience using the Whova app during the Florida Workforce Professional Development Summit in Orlando and it's a great meeting attendee app to keep you informed, connected with the attendees and on track with your specific sessions of your interest. I would highly recommend any meeting planning organization to consider using the app for any multi-day conferences. Your attendees will thank you for it.
Whova is a heckova great app for conferences. Able to connect with more folks, exchange contact information, and share information on line. Will certainly continue to use it and recommend it for other events.

I used the Whova Inc app at the NJ Center for Nonprofit conference last week. I found it very beneficial. There was "Community" area. We were able to connect with people. Someone created a 'meetup' at the event luncheon for all new Executive Directors. Several of us responded and we setup a designated table #. We all met and learned so much from each. other!
Excellent App that made my conference experience seamless, efficient, and fun! I was able to connect with conference attendees for ad hoc meetings and get-together's. Can't wait to use it again.

I loved the app. I was one of the panel chairs and it was a great way to link up with the attendees in the build up to the seminar, the various chats, forums and all. I was also able to use it live during our panel discussions as it allowed the participants to voice their questions live as the discussions unfolded. All nice and the best app for conferences and seminars that I have used till date.
This app made a lot of things possible even before the conference I attended started. People were able to connect on the app, initiate events together, and share pictures. This was beyond my expectation for an event app to simply just provide functions like agenda, attendee list, etc.

Absolutely loved the App! Not only was I able to track the conference moment to moment, obtain the paperwork for the venues, I was also able to connect through the app with other attendees!
Easy to use and great to have the schedule at your fingertips as our presentation locations changed to accommodate larger than anticipated attendance. Our paper schedules quickly became out-dated and those relying on them found themselves attending the wrong presentation.
Whova was awesome! Not only did I know what workshop I should be attending but also gave me a space to take notes, rate the workshop and share my comments! I could connect with fellow conventioneers, write in self-made appts., and send private messages if needed. Photos could be uploaded immediately, contests were fun, and the maps were helpful to this directionally challenged attendee. Cannot say enough about Whova!

Terrific app. I had to use it for a real estate conference I attended in Philly and it was so easy and amazingly useful. Can't imagine not having it now.
I recently attended a virtual 3 day conference event through Whova. Overall, while the event was not the same as an in-person event, it was the next best thing. The presentations were pre-recorded and started timely,. The facilitator was able to monitor questions in the chat feature which made it seem like it was live. What I like now if being able to go back and review the presentations for information that may have missed since I was attempting to attend the conference and do my regular work at the same time. There were far less issues than with other meeting software.

Fantastic App! It made my event experience so easy... I always had the agenda in hand. I could connect with attendees in an easy way and decide if we really wanted to exchange personal information. Dig the gamification and integration of the app, with the video, with the conference. I was user friendly and made the online conference experience more fun.

I had a great experience using this app, it's user friendly and functional on many levels. The app helped me navigate through out the conference also scanning the attendees badges allowing me to leave a note on each contact for further interaction as well as downloading pics from the event and topics to keep you up to date with everything that is happening.

This app has the capacity to change the entire approach to events like conferences. From having your agenda readily available, to forming discussion groups with other attendees, to planning dinners and other meet-ups based on mutual interests - it all comes together in an innovative, meaningful way for people to get the most out of their events. I just finished a conference where we used this app, and it helped me engage more and increase my social network more than at any previous conference.

Awesome app, worked really well for a real estate conference I recently attended. I didn't expect much out of "just another app", but Whova really blew me away. It allowed me to view my entire day on the app and freely communicate with others and set up sub-groups, lunch groups, etc. Almost everyone at the conference used it and everyone I spoke with really enjoyed it.
Whova app has everything a conference attendee would want to feel plugged in and empowered to find or start meetups, find individuals with whom to follow-up and just generally suppliment the whole experience. Well done!

To all Whova users and "future users", I had the privilege of using the Whova platform during the ITS Midwest conference last week and I was one of the speakers. I was quite impress how easy it was to download and use the Whova app. More impressively was the ability to chat live with other speakers and attendees during the conference, making it very easy to provide feedback to other speakers during the conference and receive questions "live" during our presentation. During this "working remote period" due to the Covid, I had experienced using WebEx, GotoMeeting, MS Teams and others, but I highly recommend using Whova for simplicity and great user interface. It was so easy to use and great to keep myself organized during my organizations event, I was able to find everything I needed when I needed it. I would only recommend it to be a little more user friendly, but other than that it was great I was able to connect to people from all over who were also attending the event.
Fantastic App! It was easy to navigate for someone who s not phone tech savvy. I was able to get all info needed for my conference. Agenda, meeting room changes, and even the messages for meet ups, etc. were great!!! Definitely would suggest this app for other events to coordinate for their conferences. Mahalo!

When I downloaded the app, everything went smoothly and there were no issues with accessing it. One of my friends had difficulty accessing the app because an email had been provided to them was wrong. After they helped me sign her in, they worked with her to correct her account.
I loved the ease of the Whova platform- both on a desktop and the mobile app. And I especially loved the fun little challenges to get you engaged, that was a game changer!

It's a very convenient app. I recently used it for a large conference with numerous parallel tracks. This app was very handy in giving a nice classification of the different sessions and helping me zero in on the talks that were most relevant to me.
