We used Whova for MLOps 2020 virtual conference and we loved it! Helped with organizing, socializing, staying in touch and sharing resourced and it was a great platform for all that.

Great app with good design choices. It made navigating the conference and meeting new people easier. I highly recommend it.

This was such a great app and much more interactive than most event apps. I loved the options available for the conference as well as other topics around the location of the conference, etc.

The simple format makes viewing agendas easy, setting personal agendas quick and painless, and navigating a conference straightforward, effortless, and uncomplicated! After 28 years of navigating educational conferences, I can honestly say that WHOVA is THE ONLY WAY to go!

Whova bossed a major conference with thousands of virtual attendees, speakers, and staff w/o a problem. Appreciated their responsiveness to user questions and issues. What I really liked about their app and cloud software were the video conferencing meet-ups that effectively supported long term outcomes and collaborations, not just the material presented in the conference.

What a wonderful app that allowed our conference participants to network over three days. I particularly enjoyed the fun motivation it provides to users to use the app, through its Leaderboard. Points were awarded for engaging with others. Otherwise it was very easy to use, we could easily initiate discussions by groups/topics, we could share articles, the conference agenda and your own agenda was there. Photos were shared. We could vote. We could exchange contacts and send messages. It was a fun addition to the conference and enabled great professional networking. I really loved it!

This is a fabulous app for conferences! It has so much information and is a platform for sharing all kinds of documents, experiences, photos, and information! It even had the venue map so finding one workshop after another was no problem at all. The updates were very helpful and being able to personalize my experience and keep track of times was the absolute best!

This app is very user friendly. It enabled me to coordinate with my colleagues to make sure we covered all the important workshops and meetings. It also made connecting with fellow conference goers easy.
I would recommend this app to anyone putting together a conference.

I have been using the #Whova app with the two #PodfestGlobal conferences I have attended so far in 2020. The app is fantastic! Easy to use; integrations work perfectly; and all information is readily available and easily shareable. I highly recommend this app.

I attended the tele conference. I liked the format and the convenience of being able to attend from my desk. There was some really good speakers that you normally would not have access to and some interesting subjects and I picked up some really good real world info on several subjects. You can ask questions as you watch. They also had some real pictures of sites of the subjects they were talking about. I will definitely attend the next sessions.

Excellent app to hold virtual event, and even a powerful social media

The application was extremely useful, giving everyone the opportunity to find out about other attendees, speakers, communicate with each other, be informed about any changes to the program, etc.

I had never used to Whova conference app before attending the ReCon Veteran Resilience Conference. I found the app easy to use and navigate, and would recommend anyone using this app for online conference purposes.

The Whova App provided me real time access to the 2019 IEDC Annual Conference Agenda, attendees, and special events. I highly recommend it to conference planners and attendees as the go to app for managing conference attendance.

I'm really happy with this app & honestly probably one of the best apps I have ever used. I didn't know that there is an app like this for conferences & all. I loved it!!

One of the best Apps I ever used. It is a very handy tool to use for organizing events. One of the functions it has was using QR code to register participants. How cool was that!. The time it took to register participants has dramatically reduced. I give this a five star because it has other functionalities that are very very useful as well.

Awsome App! It made my event so much easier... I always had my agenda in hand. I could see who else was attending in an easy way Iike that I could link to my linkedIn account. See conference updates on the message boards. It really added to the overall experience of the conference.

This app was great for QuaverCon! I was able to view some many different share options, choose my own schedule, download files, etc. Thanks Whova!

Love the app! It keeps up with even the biggest conventions. Everyone is able to communicate and have fun in one place without having to download another app or exchange numbers unless you want to. This was a great idea!

First time using this app and it was great. It helped me organize which presentations I wanted to attend, other attendees to meet with and also extracurricular opportunities.

I recently used Whova for the first time. I feel compelled to write this review because Whova actually helped me connect with my fellow attendees in a more meaningful manner. After the conference we remain connected and continue to share best practices and encourage one another. Whova is way more than just a cloud-based file.

We used the Whova app recently to engage with our attendees and answer live questions at the HR Indiana virtual event. We had great success and hope to use it again.

You have everything you need at a glance and the app is very easy to use and to navigate. It's also convenient that the event's content was available for several weeks.

Just an awesome app! I liked the ease with planning my days events and staying in touch with what was happening at all times. The Whova app was just what our school network needed to set the tone for our upcoming school year. The app allowed endless opportunities to share information, play games and make plans to stay connected throughout the school year. There are places for photos, articles, professional development documents and more. Whova is the answer to virtual networking for groups that want more than to learn together, it's an experience.

It was my first time attending a OACETT Virtual Conference,and it was really impressive at least for myself.I would recommend everybody that has the possibility and good will to grew and develop his skills on listening the experienced people climbing on.Keep up the good work on Connecting the people .

The Mississippi Library Association used Whova for the 2020 conference. The interface for both the app and the desktop were simple and easy to use. While I would have preferred to attend the conference in person, Whova made for a great experience. I particularly enjoyed the discussion boards and the leader boards which turned interacting with other attendees into a fun competition.

I was at a conference that used this app and it was a great add to the overall meeting experience. There was a lot of collaboration, folks reaching out to each other for meet-ups, starting group discussions, downloading silde presentations, etc.

This type of technology has been lacking in conference industry. I downloaded app to my phone and tablet and it worked great on both. Very functional and really easy to use!

One thing that was a little cumbersome was the conference had contests (person with most contributions, photos, blah blah) and some users contributed ALOT so that seemed to junk up some of the conversation threads that I was trying to follow. Perhaps a way hide or flag to unfollow something that isn't of interest as well as flag something that is? Also, I was looking for different ways to search attendees. It may have been disabled by the organizer, but I wanted to search for all attendees that were from a specific company or job title, etc.

Used Whova for the first time just recently and couldn't be more impressed with its functionality. Conference delegates were highly complimentary of this app, so we'll definitely look to utilize it again at future events.

The Whova app is a marvelous tool for exhibitors to contact prospective clients at a virtual event. I have already spoken with three people I met through the app and look forward to contacting more!

It is great application for event management. I have downloaded the app in my ipad and used in two global events recently; in the Global Perspective Conference which was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and in the ILO Global Future of work conference in Geneva. Whova helped me to track the schedule, get any notices from the organises and follow the events easily and I recommend for any organisation that has a plan to organise high level event to use this application.

Whova is an excellent app! It has all the features that I could ever imagine wanting for a conference app. The app made it easy to reach out to people and network, and dare I say even make just human connections, business aside:)

Great Conference App. Managed instant registration (time saver), had presentation electronically (saved paper and had them at the ready - didn't have to carry them traveling.) Took notes in the app and then viola - they sent them to me electronically at the end of the conference. Love this app. Too bad I can't choose it for all the conferences I go to.

Fantastic event app that enables you to track programs, locations, and participants with ease.

I really enjoyed the conference due in part to the calibre of the guest speakers, but also in part to the platform used. I found Whova reliable, clear, interactive, and user friendly. I had absolutely no technical issues the whole weekend, and was able to hear each speaker as if I was sitting in the room with them. Excellent platform.

Recently presented at a meeting managed by Whova. Great experience and superb networking opportunities on their platform. Made for a very successful event and an enjoyable experience.

The Whova app worked out great for our state financial aid conference. It was convenient to have all of the sessions and their descriptions right there on the calendar section of the application! No more papers to carry around! It also made connecting with other attendees a breeze.

Whova app was used during 2019 NeurIPS conference. It was a great way to keep track of various talks and schedules. Also it provided a fantastic way to meet and contact people at the conference.

Incidentally, last minute I have to cancel my flight to attend the GCF Conference. I was indisposed then. But having the Whova Apps makes me virtually present in the event. Anyway, I guess it will be more than interesting if I have personally attended. Great Apps.

I just used WHOVA for the first time at an industry conference and I was so impressed with the platform. As a speaker, it gave me an opportunity to communicate in advance with my attendees and get them thinking about my topic, also an easy way to follow up. As an attendee, WHOVA provided a convenient way to connect with others, explore the agenda, and - BONUS - it linked directly with my calendar so I didn't miss anything! My only tiny complaint is that it sometimes sent duplicate messages, but that may have been a connectivity issue, and not related to the app (wi-fi was a bit spotty). Overall 5 stars!

The best thing that I love about this app is that you are connecting with people before you get to your event. You are making real connection that help ease that first day of getting to know each other happen quicker. This made my experience of getting to know people first and meeting them online then meeting them in person wonderful.

And then being able to document all the things in real time was just a great task to do.

Definitely recommending this to many others.

Great platform! User friendly! Whova made the daunting task of maneuvering a virtual conference with several sessions on the agenda easy. Felt very connected to the hosts and other participants of the event.

Pretty nice and well organized app for conferences. Used it recently and thought it was nice and convenient. Really helped organizing large crowds of people (directing to certain restaurants, conf. rooms, etc.) I'd like to see information pulled from LinkedIn in the future versions.

Quite handy when you are attending conference. Easy to get information and more importantly to reach to people you want to talk but intimidated to approach in person.

The app worked great at the Oct SPC conference in Denver. It was a great way to get in touch with people and to keep track of the schedule.

Hey this was a great experience ! Why didn't I think of creating this! Whova, I'm convinced that it will make things better even beyond Co-Vid.

I was invited last minute to the summit on sexual exploitation and was not previously involved. I found the organization of the event very good. I could have made many deep connections and all the presenters had opportunities to provide wonderful videos, some short, some more in depth. All in all a wonderful way to interact, meet the movers and shakers, and to leave with new connections.

The app was easy to use and allowed you to see other folks to connect with at the conference. It was a great asset through the links to other social media platforms and conference information

The app was convenient. I allowed me to easily connect with people throughout the conference. I like that I could easily determine if one of my colleagues was in attendance without having to email her. I also really enjoyed having all of the presentations at the tip of my fingers without having to wait on an post-event email from the host.

Good app, easy to use, has good integration with the conference events and activities, and good social media integration and interaction encouragement. I like the leaderboard feature too

I used the app for the first time when attending a large donor development conference in San Diego. It was excellent for helping me get organized before the conference and creating my own personal daily agenda from all the session options. Great experience over all. I highly recommend!

Great application for large congresses and conferences and do networking, to start new relationships, post photos, comments, invite attendees to particular meetings. I highly recommned Whova.

First time to use the APP. Was great. Easy to use. Used as a good communication tool to find and get a hold of people. Enjoyed using it.

Called them once for a consultation and they have consistently called me and emailed me since even though I keep telling them to stop.
