I absolutely loved Whova app! it helped me review attendees' profile before the event and connect with them to have further discussions before and during the event. It is a wonderful tool to optimize time, orient attendees and facilitate networking process.

I attended the Grow the Good 4C Conference in 2020. It was a virtual event. It was the first of its kind. I was highly interactive and fun! I loved that you could choose to your phone or the app. It was easy to log in to your sessions and choose to work from your PC. There were many connections to be made and fun to be had. You truly get what you put in!

I really enjoyed using Whova. I attended the IJCB2020 conference, it was very easy to view all the sessions and convenient to use and navigate between the sessions and materials.

Super impressed with Whova. It's easy to use and provides all kinds of great information for speakers and breakout sessions. Love that you have the ability to check in for sessions and it gives you the ability to see the speaker's handout, take notes, and provide an evaluation. Compared to other apps we have used at conferences, Whova was far and above the best application we've used, and I don't think we even took advantage of all the tools the app offers.

This was the first time I used the app and absolutely loved it!

I was rather skeptical at first but to be quite honest technology is the way to see and keep all things relevant. Excellent idea. So glad we were able to use the app even for an old guy like men.....

This was a great app! Love how the agenda was set up- it was easy to navigate and attend the sessions I needed to. The community board posts were also a really fun way to get engaged with other attendees. Definitely recommend!

I truly enjoyed using Whova. Whenever I needed to refer to the agenda, I quickly found what I needed. It was also useful to keep track of my friends and activities.

This is a great app and the user interface is easy, organized, and makes your day easier. It allows you to connect with anyone and everyone and keep you on a schedule for what you want to get done each day. It allows you to be more connected outside of the conference as well.

Great program and your information transfers over to other meetings automatically.

The Whova app is one of the best event apps I have had the pleasure of utilising. It is user-friendly, comprehensive and thorough and allows for future use and continued engagement with attendees. I would suggest a bulk message system although I understand that this may have advertently been omitted in order to reduce/prevent spamming.
The only challenge I had was finding messages after the banner alert on my phone. Thank you - it now stays on my phone for all future engagements. well done!

The features of the app were great. When attending a conference with multiple breakouts, it was a cool feature to schedule first choice in a time slot, and 'like' several others in case I couldn't get into my first choice. Just some interface bugs like 'main agenda' and 'my agenda' tabs black so you couldn't see the non-active choice, but since I knew where they were, I just clicked the area to toggle.

I am not sure I could have navigated the ShePodcast event without your app. There were so many awesome sessions running concurrently and your app really helped me sort out my daily agenda. Plus, being able to easily download the presentations and communicate with others at the event was extremely helpful. This app was truly a gamechanger!

Received real time updates to changes in the conference schedule. App also allowed me to contact other attendees quickly and efficiently.

I found the Whova app for virtual conferences easy to use. The app offered varied ways to interact with exhibitors and participants in the conference. The app also allowed for easy connection to breakout presentations with other meeting platforms.

The app was good. I really liked it because I was able to access the contents and other relevant information easily.

This was the first time I've used an app for an event so I haven't got anything to compare with (although others say it is a particularly good one) but I did find it extremely useful, in particular to check my specific timetable, to make contact with other participants and organise meet-ups and discussions. It definitely enriched the conference, before, during and after! Well done!

Great App. We were speakers and had a booth at the event as well as attendees, so we got to interface with this App from all angles. It was intuitive , fun and had us much more engaged than we typically are.

I used the Whova app for the first time at the 2019 NEMA (New England Museum Association) meeting and found it extremely useful, comprehensive and intuitive. I ended up abandoning the paper program all together and using the phone app exclusively. The ability to search and connect with fellow attendees and reach out to them by college group (or other common ground) was wonderful. Being able to pinpoint the session location on the hotel map was invaluable. Seeing number of attendees was helpful too.Too many excellent features to enumerate. Extremely well done!

I was so impressed with the Whova app. It left no aspect of the conference without attending to details. Pre-conference communication was excellent, using the app to register was a breeze, conference outline and meeting schedule was wonderful and the person to person communication before, during and post event was over the top. It even downloaded all of my notes from the conference. They get a top rating from me.

This app is wonderful. It was beneficial, offered easy access to event details, exhibitors information, speakers, and schedule updates. The app offered features, such as the map to locate exhibitors and workshops. I hope that more event coordinators utilize this app in the future.

Excellent resource during my conference experience. I loved every part of it. The agenda was detailed and easy access to other resources needed for the conference. It definitely connected me with so many other attendees during the conference and made it so much easier to request meetings and or information. I also really enjoyed the leaderboard option. Overall excellent app.

Excellent app, it was very helpful to schedule onsite meetings and finding people in the crowd that I was scheduled to meet but didn't know. I wish the event organizer had made it available upon registration to the event in order to fully profit from it.

I used WHOVA for a work conference this past week. It was a great platform that was easy to use. My only issue is they stated the materials and presentations would be available however, they were not in WHOVA. Having this feature would make it all the better!

The Whova App is a great way to stay connected and up to date with event logistics and colleagues. I highly recommend using the app.

Excellent APP that made the interaction of the conference live and active with the personnel in the audience. Schedule monitoring and question and answer sessions were great throughout the two day conference. Our company is looking in to the use on our corporate level.

The app made moving around different sessions of my event extremely easy. I would definitely recommend it for organisers of complex events like conferences that have many sessions at once.

Fantastic App for conferencing. Was so easy to use. Not only did it allow you to view daily sessions but it had a chat room that could be grouped by subjects and lots of search features which was really useful. One feature I really liked was that you could start playing a session then go back to the menu to look at other things and your video kept playing on the side as your browsed. Great program!

Whova made it easy to find and schedule activities for my conference! What a great app.

I used this app at the Center for Nonprofits' conference. It was very useful because it allowed me to easily communicate with colleagues and clients who were at the conference.

I was at the SWS water conference and this App helped me view which sessions i wanted to attend , reach out to others and more importantly reminding me of when my session was coming up. Great App!!!

Love this app, all the details of my conference in one place and at my fingertips, easy to use.

This app allowed over 500 individuals connect over a two day conference. It was nice to be able to follow up with people as I met them over the two day conference. I was able to make notes and memorialize the connections I made to be able to build on the connections at a future date. I hope more conferences in Asheville use this app so I can continue to grow these relationships.

I liked the experience of using Whova app for TIECON 2020. Would recommend that event organisers check WHOVA app out.

Best conference app. It allows you to create a personalized schedule, add multiple tracks (if applicable). The interactive portion - message boards, private messages, etc. are really well designed. It allows meeting attendees to gather and organize interesting meetups. I am always happy to attend a conference where they use the Whova app!

Less hassle to click on links by e-mail, it's well organized, sometimes when there is a lot of traffic the site stalls a little but I found it very practical. I write my review in French it's my mother tongue and I will be able to describe better than in English I hope you will understand anyway.

Excellent tool! It allows you to multiply your networking possibilities; If you miss someone at the event, you can find it in the app, if you don't know where they went to take something at the end, you can also see it there, in addition to sharing relevant content for other attendees.

The app was very convenient and helpful. I got alerts, messages, announcements,Photographs and many more activities on time. You just get information instantly, anytime, anywhere so long as you are connected on line using Whova.

I was so very skeptical of a virtual conference however Whova made it easy and even fun. To have the conference with me wherever I had to be was a gift. To connect with the other attendees and vendors was more comfortable and definitely less stress. I'm completely in for this wave of the future!!!!

This was the second or third time I used Whova at the IEDC annual conference. It worked almost seamlessly with the messages, agenda and sessions I received. This time, I made good use of the google website version, and was very satisfied.

The app was a lot of fun. I think the mtaeyc will look into using it for our conferences. The networking that happened through the app was great. I posted a job and had interest in it. I never expected to get a response, but I did, we were ale to meet during lunch and start the initial conversation.

I love the ability to easily collect & filter questions from a conference audience. I think it results in a much better discussion because a moderator can filter poorly-formed questions and group similar ideas.

This app provides great great help in my conference. It has a map to show me where each workshop locates and it provides chances for me to connect with ppl in the conference. Will definitely recommend it to other event organizer.

What a great tool to have at a big event. With over 4000 attendees a big convention center and not being familiar with the city, Whova took care of the details and help take the stress out. Plus, I was able to create my own agenda so I could attend what I wanted and yet kept the entire agenda available. Reviews of the speakers and contact information all at the touch of your screen made it so easy. Thank you.

I recently attended and presented at a conference that used the Whova app, and I loved it! I was able to see my sessions (and both the number of people planning to attend them along with their names and affiliations), the complete conference agenda, and a list of attendees. The app enabled me to text and exchange contact information with others at the conference, and also to easily evaluate sessions. Way to go, Whova!!

With more than 2000 attendees at a big convention center in Hungary and not being familiar with the city, Whova took care of the details (agenda, sessions, work shops) and helped me and all the attendees to connect with each other. Great App!

I am the project manager for a conference for about 800 people each year in LR, AR. We are on our third vendor for an app for the event, which so far has not been successful. However, at the HEDIS convention in Texas, their app was fantastic! Very interactive, very informative, incredibly helpful and easy to use. I was very impressed!

Effective application that helped me find all the details of a conference I attended in Toronto.

Whova did a good job at a recent conference I was at. The app was fast. Definitely notification overload, but if you turn those off it works quite well.
