Where to start. Very nice external showing. Well manicured, asthetics were great. There is car charger for EVs as well which was nice. However, positives tail off there. For the price you should expect significantly better rooms once inside. Room was a 2 queen suite but little things like quality of the mattress itself were definitely areas of cost savings. Even little things like velcro pad that holds the tv remote to the wall just fell off. Wifi quality and speed was absolutely abysmal. I paid for a room that specifies free wifi, once I arrived I was charged am additional $15 'resort fee' that was not listed in the room/taxes. When I asked what the fee was for I was told amenities like wifi and the pool. Even Motel 6 includes the pool in the price... I selected this place as the pictures and descriptions looked great for a night away, I was sorely mistaken. 4 concierges were greeting at the front entrance for.... Some reason? I guess this was part of the resort fee? Lastly, none of the greeting staff/concierges were wearing masks. All we wearing the chin balanced plastic shield that does literally nothing, I watched as one was smoking just outside the door with the shield ON, what's the point? Overall, incredibly disappointing stay and will not be returning. I'd give it less than 1 star if I could.
