My husband and I and 2 adult daughters had enjoyed a stay at White Oaks in honor of my husbands birthday back in early September and as we had had such a wonderful time, I decided to return with my sister in law. Again, the service was impeccable, in particular Michael the bellman, such a sweet man, Tina and (I may have her name wrong) Alycia?at the front desk, Mark in the restaurant, Michael for my massage at the spa, Lindsey gave me an awesome facial and of course, Andre at concierge...give that man a raise! With times being what they are, those few moments of joy mean so much, and it's awesome as a guest at your establishment to know that you are in good hands. I do have one little complaint, as new VIP members I was surprised to find our stay was not recognized for points due to us using the Travelzoo deal. It is a very good deal, but must still be worth it to bring business in. Even if you dont give full points, surely a smaller amount of points could be given....just a thought. Also, as now both my sister in law and I are members, we had put all food tabs to our room and wanted to split the points between us, but were told the points could only be put on one account. Is there some way we can avoid that in future? As we are hoping to come again soon... thank you once again for a lovely get away. Rose Nairn
