Kevin Miller has been servicing my house since I bought it and is very professional, helpful and friendly. I had some bugs moving in, but have not been noticing any after the first few quarters.
White Knight (Jesce) was courteous and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. Walked me through what pest activity I can expect after the service.
Appreciated Jesce s efforts in covering all areas of our property. Garage, attic, lawn, and house. I specifically appreciated the perimeter white knight created with their spraying. Not seen other companies we engaged do that.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Guy was offering a year contract with initial visit for 39.99 I said I was ok but thanks. Then he tells me how about just testing it out and trying out the service with initial and one other visit and if i like it i can continue. Sounded good to me. He quickly got my information and asked for my signature without telling me it was a contract for 12 months that I didn't want. Shady tactics to get you locked into a contract with a 350$ cancellation fee. Looking at other reviews this isn't the first time their solicitors used this tactic.

We acquired service shortly after moving into our home a year ago. At first, service was great. A year in and it's the worst. The most recent "service" is why I'll be looking elsewhere to meet our pest control needs. Two weeks ago, they showed up, no notice, no warning. We weren't home at the time and couldn't get home in a timely manner for the service. We rescheduled for the next week. As planned, the technician arrives but states that he is unable to do inside or home because of covid restrictions and can only perform limited spraying outside our home because of recent rain falls. So basically, you show up solely to make an appearance and charge my account for services that you are unable to provide. Gee, thanks! I'll be passing on any and all future "services" and subsequent charges to my account. I would suggest others do the same!
White Knight is great! I made the mistake of leaving to try another pest control company and here I am back again (and won't be leaving). The techs are always professional and thorough, including my recent tech David. He took the time to explain things and made sure to meet my expectations of service. I would recommend White Knight to anyone!

Left a couple leaves and dead bug that I saw prior to visit. Did not put mesh in weeping holes as I was told would happen. Main office said they will do a 1 week test for rodent activity and if needed will put in mesh.
They showed up on time. Very professional. I explained how the mosquitoes were swarming like a tornado in the evenings in my back yard. They knew exactly what to do. They sprayed the porch area well and sprayed the ground and up in the tree area. They checked for standing water everywhere. Great Job

I spoke to the technician through my ring doorbell that he will be treating my garage and I will open the garage later and he agreed. After the technician was completed he rang my doorbell once that I did not hear waited for about 30 seconds and left. All caught on my ring doorbell. He could have at least rang my doorbell one more time or even called me to let me know that he was ready to spray my garage so I could have it opened. He left without spraying inside my garage. Secondly, I prefer to be called at least an hour or 30 minutes before a technician arrives at my home. I did not get that call either.
The staff is great and you are told what to expect. The service offered is great.

The technician (Harry) was great very professional, friendly and informative in answering all my questions.
Very unprofessional ! One of their employee came knocking on my door offering their service and since I just moved in to a new home which is a new construction I went ahead and said yes to their service with a discount that I would pay like $54 monthly and when I decided to cancel the next month because we didn t see any improvement in our home after their service I call to cancel and I was charged $200 for canceling and never was I informed of this. The representative just said that was the discount they had offered in the beginning for a numerous amount of months but since you re now canceling you are no longer in the terms of that discount. My only options given where pay $200 and cancel or keep paying our services until july of 2021 and they you re free to cancel at no additional cost. So angry at the fact that they don't even take a moment to understand what hard times due to covid to make someone pay $200 just to cancel unbelievable.
Initial Review: Sales Team very courteous and professional. Home had an initial treatment within the first hour. White glove treatment, kept home clean with shoe pads. Informed me about the chemical being used was plant based and shouldn't be harmful to people or pets (just let it sit for 10-15min before letting them Rome around).Technician did everything the salesman pitched. So far very Transparent. I do see negative reviews for this company (seemed more so from lack communication or transparency), but will give them a shot and do periodic reviews. Overall very pleased. Hopefully it continues to stay like this for the bi-monthly service (12mo contract). Got a call to go over the contract and brief safisfaction survey. Very pleased. Thanks!
Everything the sales person told me was all lies!! So disgusted with this company on how it treats its customers. They should be real ashamed. I was told by the sales guy that I could try it out for a month or two and if I didn t like it I could cancel for no charge. But when I called to cancel since they never can be avaliable to me during my time! They wanna charge me 175 dollars. To hell with this company.

Charley Reyes performed my inspection and home treatment today. He did a phenomenal job. He went above and beyond in treating the whole house. He came early and was very professional. He was very prepared for everything I threw his way. Overall, I am satisfied with the switch to this new pest company. I will update this review if anything changes.

Russell was an absolute delight!!! He called me with such enthusiasm in his voice! He was actually EXCITED to come and exterminate the outside of my home! It was 110 degrees outside! And he was basically whistling while he worked! He greeted me with the biggest grin as he put on his mask! He took such PRIDE as he exterminated my home! Checking every detail, every corner. He wanted to know where my problem areas were and what little critters were invading my space. I could see him smiling through his mask! It was 6:30pm, hot and muggy outside and it was Friday night! And he said he was grateful to be working and blessed to have his full time job! Edit: Almost nothing could turn a 5 star into a 1 star, so i downgraded it to a two. There are so many bugs at this house. Crawling on every outside wall, all over the ground and the porch's ceiling. About as bad as living in the country was, with no bug spraying at all, as a kid. I have had them come out extra times and gave it 4 months. I am switching providers and would not suggest them to others...
To be fair, they just sprayed today, so I'll know more in a month or so, but they were friendly, punctual, cheap, and my technician loved my dog (always a plus).

The technician that serviced my house for carpenter bees was very thorough and professional. He was on time and got straight to work. Told me what all he was going to do and then showed me what he had done. He had just been here to exterminate just 5 days prior and he showed me the damage done in 5 days. Unbelievable. Very pleased.
At a previous rental property, our landlords paid for pest control through White Knight for one year. We really enjoyed and appreciated their service. We recently bought our own home and through some research I discovered that White Knight has the best rates and offered the most coverage in their services. I already knew they were excellent, so we didnt hesitate to set up our own account. Better yet, they are a local company to the Houston TX area. Communication has always been easy (you get a human being on the phone), the initial service was wonderful, and I know I can always count on White Knight to take my concerns seriously and address any issues that I (or they) may find.
Kevin, the technician, was very professional and explained the service before he sprayed around the house, yard, and inside the house. I appreciate that, because I like to know what service will be completed before starting. He answered my questions and was willing to provide a good service. Kevin provided the service Brayden discussed and sold me. That means a lot. I was very impressed with the service provided by White Knight Pest Control.

A salesman came to my home and said that his company was running a special for a one time extermination that would be $50 so I agreed to the service and he took my credit card information. The next day they came out to exterminate. After the extermination I started getting texts/calls about the bi monthly service that I had signed up with them. I immediately called in and explained that I did not sign up for a bi monthly membership with the company and that I just agreed to the one time extermination for $50. The representative told me that I would need to pay an additional $200 for the service because that was the discount I received for the service. I explained to him that his salesman said that it was a one time service for $50. The representative said that I had signed a contract and I received a welcome call explaining the terms of the agreement, both of which are untrue. I asked him to email me a copy of the contract that I signed and I still have yet to receive it. Bottom line this company is a bunch of crooks. Their salesman lie to the homeowners and fluff the paperwork so they can get there commission. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
We started this company in April 2020. First service was great..next few service we horrible. When I mean horrible I mean horrible. The guys were not detailed they didn t do a full service job I was so disappointed that I paying for a service I was not fully getting. We looked into canceling the contract because that how upset we were about it. They asked what they could do better but really your lack of training for you people out in the field working. They wanted to much money to cancel the contract so we just have to stick with the company at this point. So very disappointed! After this communication with the company the gentleman that came was again not really into his job. I told him what I needed and he wizzed through it and I went outside after he was done there was still spider webs in the windows and he didn t spray the perimeter of our house, I only know this because you can clearly tell if it was sprayed or not. So again frustrated with this company. Then I recently just had a service and this gentleman was amazing! He told what he was going to do and I actually did it! This is service I could pay for and be happy with. I really hope they get it together! I love writing reviews and recommending people a company. It s hard to do that when you don t get great service yourself.
Poor quality of service, they don't knock down spider webs on porch. Fees are outrageous. They give you this so called huge discount and then you are trapped with them for a year even with bad service. Their so called normal prices are much too high. HomeTeam does a much better job, no contract, better prices.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but was presently surprised by the level of professionalism and knowledge the tech had. He asked what our issues were first. Then explain how they would go about treatment. He answered all my questions with clear expectations, he wasn't rushing or pushy. I saw one spider in the garage after service and it was dead. I had warps making nest in all the rafters, so bad we couldn't comfortably get into our cars. Not anymore "Thanks to White Knight pest service", hopefully nothing changes cause we are new to service and look forward to keeping it.
This is by far the WORST service experience with any company I have ever dealt with. The initial service was partially done. He sprayed exterior and left bait traps interior and they charged me $87 worth without me even signing a contract!
I contacted them the day of initial service informing them the interior baseboards weren t serviced like an initial service should be. He stated he could send someone out within a few days. I wasn t Available due to me being in labor. I returned home and contacted them they had a different tech repeat initial services interior and exterior was preformed.
Few days later the ants pop back up in the kitchen sink and microwave (initially the ants were in the pantry). I contact White Knight and they had the original tech come back with Bait traps and he explained it would take 10-14 days because the ants will either feed off of the sugar bait or protein bait and take it back to their colony for the queen to feed off of.
It s day 20+ and ants are in my shower, bathtub , kitchen sink, laundry room and pantry. you name it !! I m beyond frustrated and call White Knight to cancel services seeing that their product CLEARLY IS NOT working !
Let me not forget to mention during this call the representative stated well are you cleaning up

Had some guy going door-to-door during the pandemic trying to drum up business. Didn't accept me telling him I wasn't interested through the window, so I had to open the door. When I asked why he was going door-to-door during a pandemic he called me "retarded".
Not sure they ever even show up? I have had to call once to have them come out for a scheduled visit to spray inside and haven t seen anyone since! Having same inside issues again and I ve tried calling for a week all times of the day and can t even get anyone to answer the phone to schedule a visit. I was told upon first visit that all outside cobwebs would be cleared away on each visit and the only person that s been doing that is me. I do not recommend this company at all.
New home in Lago Mar. Gentlemen showed up and told me about his services offered. Sound good to me. Half off first treatment and the regular price bi monthly for a year.
Techs show up. Very nice. They told me and wife if we had issues that we could get respray as long as we were not longer than 30 days.
We call the back within them 30 because of ants. I was told by lady that it would not cost me. Techs showed up and sprayed and to our surprise my bi monthly was moved up and I was charged.
My wife called and canceled service. 2 days later wife was called at work. Wife told her she could not talk and asked for call back. My wife was told they wanted to make it right and would call back.
We have not heard back from them at all and I never even got email reply back either.
I still have ants. I am not happy with the company s customer service.

Not a fan. Had initially been approached at my residence by a sales rep, which is usually an immediate turn-off, but was talked into a yearly subscription with treatments every quarter. The initial treatment performed that day was on-point: everything was explained thoroughly, the technician spent time to plant 'termite detectors' around the perimeter of the house, and did a thorough job spraying inside and outside the house and garage.
This was the only time the service was performed to this degree; the follow-up visits were not near this level of competence. During the following two services, which occurred when I was away from the home, the termite detectors were not evaluated; they remained covered with pine needles when I looked around later. Cobwebs and their corresponding spiders remained visible in the corners of the garage and did not appear to be sprayed or addressed by the technicians at all. They also missed their 30-day follow-up to ensure that any spiders that had been in eggs at the last treatment were sprayed for, which caused the entire treatment to be ineffective. I have had better results spraying and treating the areas myself with the traditional bug sprays you can find at Home Depot and Lowes.
WK also used glue traps, which we had specifically requested not to be used, near the garage door, which had my wife coming home to several geckos and a small bird (but no spiders!), trying unsuccessfully to remove themselves. After two disappointing visits we asked to discontinue service, but rather than cordially separate ways with a dissatisfied customer, White Knight pursued the remaining $200 for the future visits that never were performed, with multiple phone calls and emails from a somewhat psychotic WK employee, all the way to the submission the contested balance to collections which we received notice of today.
I guess I'll end up having to pay this now, but will take a moment here to try and save someone else heartache down the line. Talk to your neighbors, see who they use and if they're happy with them, or do the work yourself, but avoid White Knight.
I would ask WK if their aggressive pursuit of this $200 balance was worth this post.

DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT WITH THEM!! If you cancel before your yearly contract is up they will charge you a fee over $400. They broke a window in my home and refused to pay for it. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy would not recommend this business to anyone! On top of all that they're chemicals are watered down, I still had pest issues they blamed it on the fact that they had to continue to come by to treat. I've used other pest control and never had to have them come back to retreat, this business is a SCAM I have no idea where these good reviews are coming from probably also a scam!
The original salesman was very knowledgeable when making the solicitation appearance. He was friendly and answered all our questions. Informed my husband and I of all the steps in protecting our home. Showed a photo of the technician Jessie who'd be actually providing the services the following day so there where no hiccups in this pandemic.
Jessie was polite and he also gave a step by step run of what would be done on our yard and in our home. Quick accurate and efficient service overall. We are pleased with our initial experience.
We were told what to expect in the next couple of weeks as the insects have been stirred up sort of speaking and to call for a second application at that time then they will automatically come out every 90 days thereafter.

I would not recommend this pest control company. The first service was excellent I m assuming to lure you in as a customer. I got the 1 year with quarterly services. I honestly saw no difference. We still had spiders and bugs in the yard. We had roaches in the garage and spiders in the house. Even after they treated the house twice for them. For the 100 dollar charge they did for the visit I don t believe it was worth it.
Great service; I love the text, call and email reminders; and best of all, whatever they do is working! We've used other companies in the past, but we've experienced superior results with White Knight. I highly recommend.
Good company. Were on time. Staff called a talk to me. Informed with what was being done. Bug inspector was courtesy and very polite and had concern to what I was looking for and what I wanted done. I would recommend them to my associates and friends.

I recently purchased a new home in the Water Crest subdivision on Lake Conroe. On closing day, while I was unloading and unpacking, a young blond girl knocked on the door selling the White Knight Pest Control quarterly services. She introduced herself as being associated with the builder; she was not. She claimed that the first treatment would be $85 to start; I was charged $90. I told her I did not want to be locked into a long-term contract; she claimed I could cancel at any time.
When White Knight called to set up the second quarterly treatment, not even a month later, I told them I was not interested in continuing their services. They claimed that I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee, I explained the situation to the person on the phone and they were able to get the fee reduced to $75. I believe that this is a common event at White Knight Pest Control.
Moral of the story. Take the time to read the contract, I did not. I trusted the word of the sales girl. That is on me! If it were not for this fact, I would have given a 1-star rating for dishonest business practices.
I cannot comment on their pest control services other than it has been less that a month since the first treatment and I have spiders all over the house. Back to ORTHO Home Defense I go, it has treated well for 3 homes now at a fraction of the cost.
They had their salesman out in Clear Lake today unmaksed and trying to get in my personal space. I would not let them into my home if they can't even follow basic safety procedures.

The technician showed up on time. He was professional, introduced himself, showed up in company uniform. He explained the service he was going to do and asked if I had questions before he started. In a few minutes Customer Service called to confirm if the technician was at our home, she asked if I had any questions and provided details on the contract I signed and what to expect. A lot of homes in our community use White Knight. The pesticide they used was odorless and so far I m happy with the service. They have a very user friendly portal where you can view your account and read FAQs. Most of all, their service rates was very affordable. I m glad we decided to use White Knight.

I called White Knight Pest control because I have been noticing lots of ants inside and outside of my home. Technician arrived at the early side of my appointment time and was very informative and knowledgeable about the product. Went above and beyond both inside and outside my house and set traps for anything else later. I'm so glad I started my service today with this company I definitely would recommend.

HORRIBLE! I honestly don't know how this company can have more than one star. The products don't work and if you have issues they don't care. You can't cancel even when I had months complaining because they charge you for cancellation a big amount. When I was told
my service or contract was done FINALLY I keep getting messages on amount owed and that my account was still active. At that point I had called four times, texted and emailed multiple times. Seemed like they didnt note or communicate to each other. It has been a nightmare for me. I so regret the day I hired them

The technician Harry is amazing, actually all the technicians I've dealt with are great!! The office is TERRIBLE!! I have had their bi- monthly service for 3 years now and it is getting worse every month. If it wasn't for the great technicians, I would have terminated my service a long time ago. Unfortunately it is getting to the point I'm going to have to cancel, it is that bad!
worst company i ever dealt with. scammers.would never use them again and would definately not recommend them to anybody.charge you even though they do not render service.tried to stop service and they said they would but still hoing to charge me for an upcomin service which they didnt come out to do.completely unprofessional.companies like that should not be in business

The sales person came to the door saying a lower price and then put a higher price on the contract. I called to cancel and they wanted an extra $200. Not very cool. The girl I talked to came across rude and hung up on me. Not very happy about it and don t recommend.
