Only place I will take my car. Had too many damages at washtub.

I like the place but I wish they would clean my wheels a little bit better.

Great place to get your car washed and/or detailed. Hard working employees. Sometimes there is a wait but that always lets me know I'm at the right place. I will continue to bring my vehicles there.

I followed the advice on google maps and went on an off peak period so I was in and out in 45 min and the car was spotless - masks, social distancing- very responsibly run place - I ll be back !

These guys took great care of my red CRZ whose paint was fading. I'd forgotten how good it could look until they detailed it.

Friendly staff. Waiting time and price were very reasonable. Waiting lounge and a Mexican restaurant were nice to have close by.

Disappointed and Angry! I bought a Basic car wash for $16. My car was cleaned well and shiny with a few water spots here and there that I had the tech wipe down before I drove off. However what I was most disappointed by, actually pissed off about was the entire back passenger side of my car was covered in very subtle brush marks. At first I thought it was soap or wax left on my car, but after the tech attempted to wipe it down and then we both felt the surface of my car, realized that the large brushes from the car wash had actually left hundreds of lights grooves/scrapes on my car. Every time the sun shines the that side of the car, it looks like someone has done a bad wax job, but nope.....just a hundreds of scrape marks!!!! So thanks for that "Car Wash Company!!!" Looks like you need a better maintenance man or someone to better install and monitor how your car wash/brushes are actually working. I'm pretty upset that I have a permanent paint and surface damage to my car.

There advertisement inside there office says
All interior shampoo $150.
It's a LIE !!!!

All they did was wipe down the dash board,
Half washed the carpet.
They called me that it es ready and it was not.
There were still stains on the inside side panels,
The cup holders were not cleaned.
They said they had to use chemicals to clean some candy that was left inside the cup holders.
The carpet is still wet.
I had to leave it over night , and they still did
Not wash or clean the inside ceiling.
Very very disappointed.

I suggest to find somewhere else to get your vehicle cleaned.

This place is so good at what they do that when they're done your car or truck will be a year newer

Did an amazing job. Much more thorough than other companies used in town.

My wife went in to have her car cleaned yesterday before we traded it in. She received very inappropriate attitude and comments from both the front desk attendant and the attendant servicing the car. After paying $81 for a detailed cleaning I find that the plastic and leather is barely wiped off. There are still spills on the seats that weren't cleaned and there is even trash left under the seats. Don't bother with this place, save the money and either go elsewhere or do it yourself.

I have brought my cars to this car wash several times and it is always hit or miss. If they are having a VERY slow day then they will actually clean the car with everything included in the wash you paid for. When done right, they are exceptional. If they are even slightly busy, many shortcuts are taken. When extremely busy, you get your car run through the wash and nothing else done. I have had wonderful experiences early on which is the only reason I have returned at all, but my last few visits have left me extremely disappointed and I don't know that I'll be back. I've let a handful of missed services slide, but on my last visit I waited for an hour and 20 minutes and my car sat untouched for an hour and 15 minutes. It completely air dried and was covered in water spots, and was just barely vacuumed (they didn't even remove the mats). There are cameras in the waiting area which is certainly appreciated, but also adds to the irritation when you see no one is working on your car. I don't at all mind waiting if all the services I paid for are done, and done well, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I'm not sure how they determine the order cars are worked on but it definitely is not in the order of who arrived first. I think this car wash has the potential to be great, but they definitely need a new management system in place to turn things around.

This was my first time coming here today, I ve been to the fancy car washes and a mix of others and I ve got to say. Outstanding!. I got the basic just to test things out and I was surprised at how well the employees washed my car. It was as good as if I washed my car myself. I m very detailed when I wash my car so I was by far impressed. Definitely coming back and spending a bit more money. I m sure they ll WOW me again. Thanks! I really appreciate the perfect service. Speedy and outstanding. Just truely remarkable.

This is my first time here and absolutely loved the attention to detail this company has. They do not skimp on their service. The price is excellent for the work done. I have already returned a 2nd time since this first visit and just as impressed. I think they're going to have a consistent customer from now on

Excellent service, great Crew and Management!!! The regular car washes are amazing.... They are detailed in how they vacuum, etc.. Kind staff.... We get all our cars washed weekly and get the Showcase / showroom detail yearly.

I bought the super special and the outside of my car looked excellent and so did the dashboard. BUT the seats didn't look vacuumed, nor did the floor and I asked them to vacuum my trunk (because there was sand) and they said they would. Well before I left I asked if they vacuumed it and the man said yes. I opened the trunk just to check to be sure, and of course, low and behold, trunk full of sand and leaves. I immediately looked at the man and said "you sure about that?" In the nicest possible way, and looked back to the trunk hinting with my eyes "come over here and look at this trunk" and he walked over and he was like "sorry sorry" and started to vacuum it, which I appreciated. I asked him if he could get under the stroller, (I told him he could move it to the other side because it was to the left of the trunk, it didn't take up the whole space) but he didn't. So as I stood there, I literally was moving it myself to the other side for him and he was vacuuming like he wasn't even trying, like he didn't even care. I was just like 'really man'?! I probably won't be going back and I've attached just a couple of images to give examples of my received service. I seriously should of gotten a picture of the trunk since it was the biggest issue I had, but I just forgot to do it once I arrived home. The pictures I attached, I was just sitting in the car after the service, (obviously).

The company's definitely willing to do what it takes to make sure you're taken care of they've already called me back with a couple of concerns they're definitely willing to address it highly recommend the company it also needs a haircut great barbers.

I was a regular customer until recently. Two cars every other week. The last 4 washes were progressively worse. I purchased the $31. "Super Special" each time. I noticed that the time in the wash was shorter each time and the lack of a quality product showed. After the last wash i decided to move on but I contacted the Carwash Company to tell them why. I called and asked for the manger but was told he was unavailable in the tunnel troubleshooting equipment. I explained the situation to the person on the phone. She took my information and told me the manager and others would hear of it that day and that I would receive a call. Two weeks later time to move on. I am most grateful that I moved on before I had my wife's car "buffed out" to remove the micro scratches and then polished and waxed. I would hate to see what those results are like.

First, signed up for owners monthly service and had first car wash at the same time. Richard wasn't customer oriented and uninterested in helping me even after saying I was a new customer. He was rude by not responding to a question. I should have taken that as a hint of the kind of service I would be expecting. I read reviews and for the most part out of the nine reviews it seemed fair. its a brand new Malibu 2016 and well I didn't get a vacuum (small trash still on cabin floor). they must have used a used towel to dry my car because there's noticeable scratches on the trunk area. I saw after I left the parking lot that there was five dark finger mark impressions on the upper inside driver side door cotton- apparently when they wiped the inside window, It was tough taking it off-- still lasting impression its dark gray now since I wet a white towel w water and rubbed off what I could. the inside windshield was not cleaned as promised by the owner's service. want to know the worst part-- there's three chipped off pieces of plastic from the black driver side window panel, what hit the door? or rather, what did the door hit so hard for that to happen? I still haven't received any response from them.. what the hell were ya'll doing to my car? have any of them have respect for personal property?!

Paid $24 to have the inside vacuumed and wiped down since the automated washing machine was broken. They did a half ass job, completely not worth the money. Complete waste of my time and money.

Out of every other car wash I've been to this one has been the most detail oriented. The reception when you roll up to tell them what pakage you want is kind of warm. One of the dudes was about three seconds shy of getting tuned up for mad doggin so hard. The reception inside when I went to go pay for my wash was much more delightful. Oh, if you plan on tipping you should bring cash. There's no cash back at the register inside. They have an ATM and are located next to a bank. As for me, I took a three minute walk over to the Valero and grabbed a soda and got some cash back. They have detailing services and it looks like they were doing a good job on a couple of cars. The prices are in my picture. Kinda up there, but if you ask me, you pay to get something done right. There are chairs everywhere to sit and wait for your car and the guys working your car seem to take their time and not rush to fast in case they missed anything. I like that. There's a Barber shop in there with soda and a pool table. There's a little shop with some cool gadgets. And there's a tint shop on the other side of the building. This place is like a spa for your whip. Enjoy!

Great Company, friendly staff and they take good care of you. Always see cars come out looking cleaned well and shine. In the times I have been here have never witnessed an upset customer. Good Prices as well for their high quality work!

This place got my very filthy truck clean quickly. There was plenty of room too comfortably sit and watch tv. You can see the progress of your vehicle in the TV monitors. The price of the Super clean was quite reasonable.

There is a barber and shoe shine in adjoining business, plus a locksmith and auto tint company. Another business for floor sealings is also located here. Sip u mightbe able to knock out other business while you wait.

Very good wash and wipe down. They are very friendly and the cashier area has excellent greeting cards for those with a slightly twisted sense of humor. The people doing the wipe down do a very thorough job. The pricing is very competitive with others. Haven't timed them but they seem to be quicker than others here in SA.

First full service cleaning I've found since quarantine started. They did an outstanding job cleaning my wife's car. Everyone wore a mask and they have a neat gift shop

Dory was the nicest and most welcoming! She has the cutest little gift shop! They did a real good job cleaning my seats! My seats look almost new again!! Definitely will be coming back here! Great customer service!

Kim was the person in charge of the windows and inside of my vehicle. I have 3 boys and my car was filthy. Kim worked meticulously to make sure it was clean and beautiful before I left. Money very well spent. She got the biggest tip I'd ever left a carwash employee. Highly recommended!!

Didn t even vacuum under my mats, clean cup holders, center console...... like I paid 34 dollars and they couldn t even clean my car right

Went in there on 8/18/18 and Best place in San Antonio. They took there time and did it right. They called me when it was ready and they had very comfortable leather couches with football on!
I took a truck and Jeep there and they came out looking great.

They did a decent job washing the vehicle. I paid for wheel and tire package but all they did was wipe down the tires.

The air blower is awesome to dry off the small spaces!

Drove by Wash Tub and they were packed then remembered this AWESOME place!! Love the environment, people are all so nice (hard to find these days) and ladies be careful cute cute cute merchandise!! Thank you cleaning up my filthy vehicle! Amazing quality!

I worked here for almost ten years. Yes there is mishaps as every business but the customers that come in are wonderful and now that I am a customer it is wonderful. Not that I get preferential treatment for my washes but just because there is no other car wash that cares. That is the difference you pay for. Top Notch Carwash and it won carwash of the year back in 2008.

They seem to do a much better job than the wash tub. I think it is because they usesir to blow the water out of crevices. My car has fewer water spots and is cleaner.

I was 8 hours frok home, and had to bug bomb my car because of an ant infestation (thousands of them). For $125 they cleaned and polished the inside and out and cleaned the AC vents of air pollution. It is like the infestation and bombing chemicals never happened! What a relief!

Had to point out what they missed....which I should not have had to do.

I asked them to vacuum and shampoo from front to back on my van. The middle felt dry to the touch and the back of my van under the hatch wasnt touched at all. It's still very dirty. Not going back.

I was recommended this car wash by someone so I went for it. HORRIBLE. I travel a lot so bugs get stuck to the front bumper often they removed most of them but some were still there. I also paid for the package that cleans the interior and they didn t even clean it I had to get home and do it myself. Never going here again.

I came in 10 minutes before close. The service was outstanding!! I purchased the owners special ($22) and it was for my lil sisters car to do something nice for her during a rough time.

It didn't even look like the same car. MR. DELAGARZA was my car attendant. He and his team took very special attention to detail and poured themselves into the task of cleaning every cracking and crevice. I'm very detail oriented and could find nothing they hadn't cleaned. They did the inside and outside of each and every Window. They even cleaned the visor mirrors.

I fully recommend this car service. The quality customer service and value was outstanding in one very competitive industry. Take my word for it. You'll love this place!!

This is the only place that will wash big trucks. I recommend buying a pass.
