Alberto is a very knowledgeable young man who can explan to you all about the services, including the types of bugs and pest that are swarming around your household that keeps you from enjoying sitting outside as well as inside. He stole my heart when he was able to explain in detail about the specials that the company was offering with no hassels, but he was honest and truthful about all services and guarantees available and was able to set up an appointment for me as soon as possible. Bethany Wonder was extremely rude in customer service. Was a bait in switch and was told we can cancel anytime , and now I'm charged a $160 fee to cancel. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere, do not deal with rude unprofessional people. Also the service did not work at our home. Felt conned and disrespected.

Update: the Houston office was very respectful and helped me through this poor customer service. Kudos to them!

White Knight is always ontime, friendly and provide knowledgeable service to keep my home bug free.

Started out well with White Knight, we used them in our first house in the Woodlands, when we moved to another woodlands district we signed up for another year the price doubled, and they (or at least the people who came for the service) were next to useless, never did the job properly, and when we had a problem with Ants, they made some excuses about not being able to deal with them, so I was forced to do it myself. Very poor and have since cancelled.

Why on earth your drivers think it's okay to speed through a neighborhood (that they're trying to push their business on) eludes me. Not once, twice or thrice,but four times already. The last straw was speeding down a cul-de-sac and whipping around hastily with a child on a scooter. You're on camera, several actually. I highly recommend you take better care in hiring your drivers. Their negligence reflects poorly on your business.

I just started gardening and noticed the bugs (flies, gnats, moths...) Plus not to mention they ruin your plants. I was referred to White Knight pest control. They were efficient, reliable and the exterminator was courteous. He did every room and heard my concerns. I have a corner house and they did the inside and outside in less than 2 hours. I can't wait for my lawn in the spring.

David is our guy! He called ahead and was at our house when he said he would be. When David arrived he explained what he would be doing and if we had any special needs like ants outside, spiders or other inside.

If you're going to have people come solicit then they should at least wear a mask and learn how to take "thanks but we are not interested" as an answer.

I always have a great experience with white knight. They re quick yet meticulous. I haven t had an issue after being consistent with my quarterly service. I ve been in an apartment for 2 years now and I m happy to say I m roach free thanks to white knight :)

John was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained to me the process and what i should expect in the following days. The prices were great compared to local competitors.

They perform regular indoors and outdoors pest control to my . So far with good results.

Beware of this company! They come knocking on your door offering a discount but they do not let you know that its a 12 month contract. They don't show you any paper work nothing! They just tell you that the signature your doing Is for your service thats going to get done the one time . If you call and cancel the contract you have to pay $350.

John and Daniel were great. I had my first service today. They went over and beyond. I recently cancelled Home Team Pest Control and I must say they did a MUCH thorough job than Home Team Pest Control ever did! They sprayed in and around the house, the garage, they went into the attic, they spread granules, cleaned the eaves, sprayed my fence!!! They got to everything!!!! Very reasonable in their pricing also. Thank you guys!! I hope this is the kind of service they give each time. Awesome!!

We had an abrupt infestation of ladybugs appear in our living room. I called to have immediate service done and they called around to have someone come treat our house the following morning.

Haley came over after having an already completely booked morning and took care of our home - inside and out. He did an excellent job and made me feel at ease about future treatment by explaining what he was doing as compared to what other companies will do. Thanks Haley!

The yearly cotract we had with them only twice did ok .the other times they come in when I was not around or come in when it was raining or they came and inform me that he is here.by time I put coat on to go show him He was Gone .
Then call office ok ok.... We will come back .
I requested the same person comes.

Still had ants, spiders, etc coming in through walls and cracks even after their "service". Find a real pest control business, this is not the one, i promise you.

I had a great experience with this crew, they kindly knocked On my door and offered their services we are currently dealing with spiders and bugs and it was all done in a timely manner for a great price , we will still wait to see results but as far as customer service very good job. Roughly a dollar a day, have not seen one bug. This is impressive being I live in a new build and had multiple anthills.

Your Review: (5 Stars)I'm giving Tyler a 5 Star (with an explanation). I can say Tyler knows his job quite well and did my front and back yards, and the interior of my home thoroughly. Afterwards he explained what he did and what to expect. My only suggestion to Tyler would be if the customer requests that you ring the doorbell instead of knocking as though you're trying to knock the door off the hinges, please abide by the request instead of saying, "I always knock first; then I ring the doorbell." I explained that I prefer for the doorbell to be rang because it has my security camera on it and allows me to see from my phone who is at the door as soon as the bell rings. Not only did Tyler knock on the door when he first arrived, but after I had made my request, he came back to the door after completing the outdoor portion of the job and banged on my door again (as though I never asked him to please ring the doorbell) to spray the inside of my home. How rude. I started to give 4 STARS because of the rudeness, but the service appears to be done correctly. That is to be determined.

Mr. Kevin was phenomenal. He took the time to explain exactly what he did. His service was outstanding. Please keep up the great work. I will be personally requesting him to service our home in the future.

We received a great price and switched to White Knight on the spot, saving a total $594/year. Our technician was very thorough and responsive compared to our last provider. I highly recommend White Knight for all of your pest control needs. We are now paying half the cost for more than double the quality.

The service was excellent! The technician was great, he explained as he serviced. He answered all my questions and took time to ask if I needed anything else he would follow up. I would recommend the company highly!

Absolute worst service ever. Do NOT sign up with them. None of my issues have been solved. Quality of technicians paying attention to issues is below the minimum. No one gets in contact to schedule services, they make them up on their own and then if you need to reschedule it you re locked in for only two days in the month to be seen. Doesn t matter if it doesn t work with your schedule, it will only be their way. They do NOT care with working with you. I have no issue paying the fees but when they try to work with you. That s absurd. You WILL regret signing up with white knight.

The rep explained their coverage compared to the competition. They offered termite monitoring for free plus competitive rates.

This company is over priced... they don t test what you request them to treat...have yet to spray inside my home even after I told them what my issues were...send kids out to do the work

Today I was visited by a White Knight Pest Control service rep. Jaron was very polite and professional. The technician Larry was also very polite and professional. Upon his arrival he called to make sure we were home before out appointment took place. Larry also took time to explain exactly why he was here and exactly what he was going to do. Larry was very timely during service, and made sure that he completed every task he explained to me. If I could give 6 stars; Larry would definitely get them.

They are very eager to please, extremely polite, and conscientious. Their technicians are very thorough and will come back out as many times as needed until you are completely satisfied. They are pricey compared to my last pest control company, but the quality of service is so much better. The only ding against them is their salesman promised me something they cannot deliver. I was willing to pay more because he said they would eliminate the pesky gnats in and around my porch. I expressed this to management and they have dealt with the salesman. I would recommend White Knight to my friends.

They tricked me into signing an agreement which was explained by the rep that could be cancelled at any time. However, he never mentioned that if cancelled you would get a $350.00 bill for early cancellation. This is outrageous.

After everything was explained the rep gave me an ipad with a blanc square for me to sign, and he just said that everything he said was what I was signing.

It s insane - this is company not professional at all, misleading, scammers. ALL STAY AWAY!

If you were considering White Knight Pest Control, let me warn you not to use them. Our experience has been horrible. Bare minimum in their service at my home, bugs, spiders, ants still persist after several services and reservice, and technicians that were so rude and aggressive that I specifically requested they never come back. Because of these issues, I called to cancel my contract and they still charged me a termination fee, even though they refused to hold up their end of the contract. It is truly amazing. I would recommend that you do not use their service.

My technician was very polite. He took care of everything without having to be told. He was very professional and did a fantastic job.

If there was a way to give them negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. I got laid off due to COVID-19 and adke to cancel my service, as I only had ONE service appointment left, and told them I couldn't pay the last $100 for the appointment and just to discontinue the service. They cancelled, but sent an invoice for $325.00 cancellation fee. When I called them and told them that I had paid them for every service and just wanted to stop the last service due to the COVID-19, they said I has a contract and would have to abide by it, even in these extreme circumstances. I had previously complained of poor service and when I brought that up, they said I was only making complaints now because I wanted to cancel. They didn't care that I have 4 small children at home and two seniors in the household to take care of. Their only concern is their bottom line and how much money they can make. No empathy or common sense to make a decision that is compassionate. NEVER, EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY SERVICE!!.

Mr. Mike was very knowledgeable , wise, and careful with my new home. He let me know exactly what was happening to my new house. I can tell they train people in this company. I am happy that I went with this company and I know that we are satisfied. So far so good on our bugs and ants. Yes they are doing exactly what he said they would do. White Knight Pest Control has now service me 3 times. They always call to let you know when on the way. All 3 gentlemen were on time, very nice and considerate. I have not a problem with recommending White Knight to friends and neighbors.

Great experience setting up this service. Staff is friendly and the technician that came out was on time, efficient, and nice!

Their 12 month agreement is reasonable, their coverage is better than the previous company. A big plus for me, to schedule an appointment they don't make you wait a week.

When I first started services it was great . I have been with this company over two years. Lately, the quality has not been the best. I will not recommend this company ever. When I called to cancel service and inform of my dissatisfaction the Representative states about Deformation Act. What does that have to do with how I feel the recent services has been? Poor customer service.

Was my first time and not too satisfied tech looked and gave vibe he didn't want to be here. Took him 25 minutes to do outside ,inside and upstairs. I figure for first time they take more time and made sure all areas were covered.

Sometimes Technicians do not come when they are expected and they leave without performing services if you don t answer the door! When I request for additional services to be done they don t have anyone available for two weeks out! ALSO REALLY SHADY BECAUSE THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT YOURE SIGNING UP FOR A YEAR CONTRACT WHICH IS DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF!!!!
Horrible company!!

It's my first treatment from White Knight pest control, but so far so good. The exterminator was very nice and thorough. He had answers to all my questions and was very professional. The products used don't have a strong odor and from what I'm told are safe. I guess time will tell if it works, but I'm impressed with the services they provide, the prices and the employees.

Update. Been using White Knight for my pest control service for eight months now and I'm still very happy with the services they provide, the technician's and customer service. I barely see any bugs if any at all. I'm sticking with White Knight!

We used this company a long while but are VERY dissatisfied with their customer care. We asked for a full treatment of which they did the outside only, charged us full price, and would not give credit or make good on the inside treatment. White Knight would rather lose a long-time customer than stand behind their job. Very disappointed. I know there are other pest control services that would like the $140 we pay for a service. Poor poor customer service. Good bye White Knight.

My husband said he was a very nice man and he appreciated the work he did outside our home. I was even informed that as the Tech was putting away equipment he noticed some webs in our fig tree which he then removed.
The only thing that I must relate is that I did not get a phone call prior to his visit. The scheduled appointment was between 5-6. My husband was just leaving for the store thinking he had a couple hours when the Tech showed up closer to 3:30. A phone call 1/2 hr to 1 hr prior to arriving is what we need. It's in our contract. Thank you.

I love this company. I used them previously when I was living in Del Valle, TX. They are always on time and punctual. Very professional. Told me a lot of stuffs on how to control pests in between treatments. Once a technician found baby rattlesnakes at my Del Valle house he took care of them for me and blocked off access to prevent more of them nesting in my foundation and never charged me for the service. Just said was happy to help out.

Trey, JJ and Ashley from the office are very nice and did everything they could to accommodate our needs; Kevin the technician was very polite professional. Great quality service for the lowest price I've found by far.

Richard is a good technician. Does a thorough job. Not sure about other techs. As when I get a technician who does a good job, I Request that individual each time as I feel much safer this way. Customer service with this company is a bit lacking. I m a new customer and haven t had the best customer service so far. Merely requesting the same person was an issue. I had to request that they actually schedule the appointment with me in advance as opposed to informing me via text at closing time that my appointment is the next day as that is NOT acceptable to me. I am aware that this company doesn t require the homeowner to be present. However, as a rule, I do not like anyone on my property for anything when I am not home. I keep locks on my gates and all serviceable equipment for this reason. Since I am home most days except a few hours per week scheduling an appointment is not an issue at all. It is merely good customer service. I did notice that most of this companies bad reviews come from a lack in customer service. The product itself does seem to do a good job. I have seen bugs in my home however they are either dying or are dead. Of course I d prefer not to see any bugs but this is not likely to happen. It has been raining quite a bit and that tends to drive bugs inside homes. I am happy this product works as well as it does. I know it has cut down on the bugs as we ve also seen many dead bugs outside around the house too. The product they use seems very effective. For this I am grateful. I remain optimistic about customer service and hope it will improve going forward.

Jessica was courteous, professional and thorough. This was my first experience with White Knight Pest Control. They did everything they promised. I like how they guarantee their work and will come back and re-treat if necessary between quarters at no charge. The contract does entail a commitment of 4 quarters at around $100 per quarter with optional renewal after that. White Knight is Texas based. I'm impressed with their professional and friendly staff.

The White Knight arrived at the perfect time. Ants had appeared in my pantry. He sprayed the ants that were present and left a powder substance to discourage any future ants. He then took care of the outdoors to prevent any future problems. He was thorough and efficient. I strongly recommend White Knight Pest Control!

The service was pretty good and Charley was very professional and friendly due to explained us everything process that he did.

They send different technicians out every time. Lady who came didn't do her job right. She didn't spray my yard or flower beds. I saw her on my camera.

Buyer beware! I used this company for 3 months and received the worst service ever. On the first visit everything went fine. Then came the worst second service I have ever received. I was told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to showing up. Did he? NO! He called when he was at my front door, even though the main office assured me that this wouldn't happen. Had to rush home just to watch this guy run through the entire service (maybe 10 minutes if that) and then tell me twice that he had removed all of the spider webs from around the exterior. I watched him from my kitchen spray the yard and never once touch the spider webs. I had to walk outside and show him that they were in fact still there. He said that he always saves that until the end. Bull, he got caught in a lie and he knew it. So, later that day I called to cancel and was told that originally, that there was no cancellations fees. Got a call today from the cancellation dept. that because I only used their service for 3 months, I had to pay $180 cancellation fee! They are sending me to collections over this! If I could give this company zero stars, I would have!

Great salesman who was very informative.

Nick, the tech, came today and serviced our home. He arrived in the time window we agreed to with the salesman and introduced himself before starting. Did a great job listening to my concerns and focusing on specific areas where I saw a roach and spider earlier in the week. After completing the service he rang the doorbell and gave me a recap of what all he did and had me electronically sign.

Just started service. Initial treatment was priced well, and the Alexander was.very thorough in his work. He explained what he was going to do , then proceeded to complete it nicely. Started outside. Again explained what he was going to do in the attic and each room. Also the treatment was pet and people friendly. Last treated the garage. He packed up his equipment and was done. He ll be back in 30 days, then quarterly treatments. Quarterly price is a bit more than competitors, so time will tell for the overall value. We did not opt for termite or mosquito treatments for now.

All my contacts with White Knight personnel have been great from the initial contact with sales to all my contacts with the reps who actually treat my house. They have all been pleasant, professional and helpful. Best of all 99% of the bugs I see are dead. Thank you!
