White Knight has been very informative from the beginning about what they do and the treatments they perform. They are priced reasonably. David performed my treatments and was very nice and helpful with any questions I had.
The experience was excellent. The exterminator was personable and knowledgeable of what to do and what we need to look for and know. I highly recommend White Knight for pest control. Plus, the price wasn t too bad either.
The technician Michael Triggs was fast, courteous and extremely professional. He explained what he was doing and why in a simple and concise manner. This was my first treatment so I can t rate on how effective this company and their products are as of yet but so far the staff has been wonderful.
Promised so much, but provided very little. Pest have never gone away. When they sell you their pest service, they tell you about how they will do so much to ensure your residence is pest free, but they stay at your residence for what seems like less than 10 minutes. Doesn t quite add up. When I treated my home myself, I never had an issue with pests. Now I have roaches, spiders, and ants. Whatever they use to treat my home and yard, is not strong enough. I will be going back to treating my own home and yard for pests.
I started bi-monthly service and am very please so far. They have been very friendly and helpful. If I have a question, customer service is easy to reach.
Richard and Dylan were both very professional and thorough. I greatly appreciated the way they communicated and executed the service. I m 100% satisfied with their expertise in pest control and the professionalism they displayed while in and around my home. They took their time to pay attention to every detail. The service I received was exactly as promised. I m one happy customer.
This company does not do business like they should. Under Texas State Law, an individual has 3 business days to cancel. I tried to cancel our contract within the 3 days, because the technician left a lot of spider webs and dirt daubers, however white knight informed me that it was not possible and wanted to charge me $300 for a cancellation fee EVEN after telling them and showing them the law on the Texas state attorneys webpage. They are also required to provide a notice of cancellation form on their agreement, but they don t. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Kevin is excellent. He really takes care of his customers professionally and is pleasant to talk with. White knight on the other hand will call and try to schedule treatment days earlier than necessary and agreed upon. Also, they will leave a message and a text to confirm dates scheduled when you just talked to a customer representative. Just need a text please. Kevin gets 5 stars. WK a star or two less.
I have a 2 year old that loves playing outside. White Knight keeps our yard and house clear of ants, wasps, spiders, termites, and anything else that my cause harm to my child or home.
This review is a heads up for prospective new customers. While I've had some great contacts and communication with some of their representatives, overall, I'd say they really need to do a better job communicating with their customers. Be prepared to have to call and work with them to truly get your needs met. Even after requesting someone notify me when they were here, it took 2 more times for them come out and even a supervisor to handle the 3rd attempt to reach out. If you have it in you to stay up on it and ensure that things get done-- then I'd say they did a pretty good job. As far as keeping my house/property pest free-- they eventually did it, but at the cost of me having to reach out repetitively and cash in on their "guarantee." Their agents who answer the phones aren't really personable and at times unprofessional. Also, be aware that you cannot "suspend" your service- they will just cancel the contract, make you pay the remainder, and then have you call back to re-enroll later. That seems like a bad service choice during the pandemic when many people are without extra income. Side note: Their phone number has been flagged as Spam by a couple of the cell companies so their reminders may or may not come through as a call based on your phone preferences.

Very happy with their service. They come when scheduled and check with you the day before to see if you have issues. They do a thorough job spraying and treating for prevention. I haven't had any problems they didn't take care of.
Aaron serviced our home today for our quarterly service. He asked if we have had any specific pest issues, aside from normal little pest issues we've also been experiencing a monster problem in our 4 year old daughter's room. When I expressed the issue to him he assured me not only could he deal with normal bug issues but could also take care of the monster problem. My 4 year old showed him where the monster was and he took care of not only that one but found another one hiding in the closet and took care of that one as well. Thank you so much Aaron for going above and beyond!
I really hate this company unfortunately it's cheaper for me to keep them. You have to sign a contract in the beginning. So if you don't like it you're stuck with it like me. The Ortho Home Defense seems to work better, it's cheaper and you're doing it yourself instead of waiting around. I had asked them to please not service my property if no one was home. They only did that once, after that, it didn't matter if no one answered, they still serviced. A big PET PEEVE of mine. 6 more months and I will not be renewing or ever recommending to anyone.
Technician is an asset to this company, he was polite, and professional, did a thorough job, and was very respectful, the whole time, would recommend to all my friends and family.
White Knight Pest Control came out to our house and did an outstanding job of killing Bugs. If it wasn't a Dog or Human, it got Terminated. That's exactly what we wanted. They were very professional, friendly, courteous, and a good price. I highly recommend you using them.

We have been using White Knight for years. Obviously the company is good but our service tech (Harry) is the best. He is the reason we stay with them. I have no doubt the other techs are good, just saying g that Harry is the best and why we don't even consider any other company.
As new home buyers, we were turned on to White Knight through a concierge service. Initially we were excited to have such a reasonably priced yearly service, however we ran into issues when we needed additional treatments. The house we moved into was infested with fleas, and White Knight treated the base boards and said wait two weeks. After two weeks, the fleas were not gone, so they returned and treated in the same manner. A week later, still fleas. Contacted a different company who came the same day, treated the entire yard and whole house. All fleas were dead that night and have not seen one since. Also, make sure you read the fine print and do your math because there is a cancellation fee that is not clearly explained in the contract which states that you must pay the difference of the remaining savings of fees from the time of initial service. We have no idea about their quarterly service, but anticipate it would be much like what was already experienced.

Want to first off and say how professional this company is and how amazing and very informative the employees and techs are. Valente or Val for short was amazing and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He also showed me everything he was doing. So glad we went with this company.
They harass people. Violate a private residence sign, ringing door bells and waking up kids. Looking around for cameras... Even spreading covid by not wearing a mask. Shamefull... you call and complain to the company and they won't do anything.... just say to bad they should have worn a mask. Nobody wants your pathetic salesman on their property.
Called on Monday to set up an appointment to get rid of some wasps that have been around the house lately. They said they had an appointment for 5-7pm available on Wednesday. Well the guy comes Wednesday but at 9 something IN THE MORNING!!! I have 7 kids at home and I wanted to be there when they were there, granted there was someone watching my kids but I wanted to be home when they came out. The guy that went to do the treatment, Nicolas Z., was nice. Poor kid, probably thought I was upset with him, but I asked for his manager s name or supervisor s so that I can see what went wrong, why they didn t come when I was told they would come. Then the lady from the accounting dept. called and wanted to go over what I was supposed to pay, I told her what happened and she definitely was the whole reason why I feel this company is worth having. Great customer service, really nice. I hope that no one has problems but if you do have any problems just talk to someone about the situation and they ll get it resolved! I will definitely recommend White Knight to my friends and reassure them that no matter what, you will be taken care of!! :)
It was my quarterly pest control appointment, and they were INCREDIBLY Professional (but also really chill...). I talked about a problem I was having and he gave me great advice, and I m very pleased!!! Have been using this company for a few years now and they are GREAT!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
*0 Stars! I paid for an appointment that I did not receive. Weeks ago I told them I did not believe anyone came out to spray because nothing was left on my door and they ALWAYS leave something on the door. (Also I had cancelled the appointment before and said I would call to reschedule...the date of "service" was a week after that which I did not schedule) No one sprayed but they gladly took my money anyways. The whole experience with their customer service was SO off putting I submitted an email to cancel for the following quarter. A few weeks later I start having live hornets in the house. I called (still in the same quarter for which i paid for services) because my special needs child is TERRIFIED of the kitchen because of the hornets. They had already cancelled my contract (which no one confirmed with me that it officially cancelled like I was told would be communicated) so the only way they would come spray is if I sign a new contract. This is still the current quarter for which i paid for your services so you should honor that and actually come render the services I paid for. The lady on the phone asked me why I didn't call sooner about someone not spraying and I DID CALL PREVIOUSLY but nothing was done.
I could write more about the horrible customer service and lack of care or concern for their customers but I'll leave it at this DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WHITE KNIGHTS!!!
I acquired the services of this company due to one particular pest in my home and I was GUARANTEED that they would be able to take care of it, so I signed up for their service. They were not able to take care of that pest, even after bringing it to their attention on several occasions. After trying to get this resolved and spending countless phone calls, voicemails, emails and waiting for returned calls, nothing. So I decided to cancel the service and they charged me the full year's cost. At that point, I tried to call to resolve the matter and was told customer advocate department would return my call and I have yet to hear from them. It is very disappointing. I would not recommend due to lack of communication and failure to work with me to help us reach a resolution.
Dole was great! This was our first treatment and he was great. The scheduling group and promptness of the appointment was exactly as they said it would be. Would highly recommend this company!

Did a much more thorough job than a previous pest control company we used. Went above and beyond to ensure my son's toys were out of the way before continuing with the treatments.
When I first started my service they were amazing and truly professional and got the job done. I have a new service person and I just feel like it's a rushed job, he's on his headphone on a call, doesn't pay attention and not thorough, just going through the motions. Last time he said he came and serviced the inside which was a lie. When I called I said I got home as he was leaving and said he did a rainy day service outside but honestly considering he told his office he did a full service I wanted outdoors done again. Office wasn't pleasant or concerned when I called and told them my service was poorly done and threatened to sue me if I cancelled. He comes again and doesn't do outside and harass inside. Now like I said originally the service was great. Was very happy, so maybe it's just this person but really disappointed.
These guys are rip off artists. They always came and sprayed even during flooding conditions when nothing would stick in that rain. I also caught them on my camera just going to my door hanging a receipt and sitting back in their truck for ten minutes before moving on without doing anything. I heard the same complaint from my friend in Conroe. I asked them to treat around my trees for wasps and they never did. Save yourself time and money and go with someone else. These guys are cons.
White Knight provided a great service at a great price! Jakobe did an amazing job and went the extra mile to provide our family with peace of mind and protection. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fair price and a great service from an honest company! 10/5 stars!
I feel like I was duped into a year long contract that wasn t clear from the get go. The technician had already came to my door asking if I wanted their service. I said no I wasn t interested. He came by again the other day. I told him when I answered the door that he had woke my 3 year old and I up from a nap. I said again I wasn t interested specially due to the covid 19 issue. That I was short on cash. Then he told me the first one was only $30. I wasn t aware I would be signing a contract for a year. I clearly had my hands full with a child I was just trying to get him to go away. I think he took advantage of the fact that I was distracted and groggy. I wouldn t of signed a contract if it was clear to me. I also received a phone call today. Telling me about my contract agreement. And was told that it was in bold lettering that i signed a 1 year commitment. I DID NOT see that on the iPad. Then she giggled at me and told me well I was getting a low price and if I didnt want the contract I d have to pay a hirer price to get out of it. Made me feel stupid actually at first. But now that I think more about it I didn t see a 1 year agreement nor was I made aware that it would be a 1 year agreement. Overall I feel like this company uses ambush tactics to get people to sign agreements and doesn t make it clear. Another thing if I admitted I was waiting for things to get back to normal, why would I sign a year long agreement for them to take more money out? I m not impressed with the service at all.
Mr. Bufford who worked our house did a phenomenal job. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and know his way. He provides great explanation on what he was doing and educated me on some stuff i was not aware.
From here on, i would like Mr. Bufford to work all my succeeding visits until my contract expires next year.
He is a great asset with your company and delivers world class work to my house. We are very grateful and we will see him again.

The Young Man that came to Our house whose name was Charley , he was very knowledgeable about what we needed and where he needed to go and he explained everywhere he was going to spray and apply any needed insecticide. All in all it was a Very Pleasant and Proffessional experience and I will recommend this Pest Control Company Very Highly to any of our Friends and Family in the Future.
First time using White Knight Pest Control. Lopez is very professional and explains to you everything on what they offer and what to expect. First Service was done this past Friday. The Exterminator did a great job spraying around the house and inside. I recommend White Knight.
